75 days to get my car back. Lady receptionist when I told her how many thousands I spent on a loan car cause it was taking so long and could they do anything about it her exact words were "absolutely not" she was rude and couldn't care less. Steer clear of them. I dont want anyone else to go through it they are bad news.

0 communication. Estimated completion date was almost a month later than the actual completion date was. Wheel cap wasn't fitted at time of pickup, but no one bothered to tell me it had been ordered and that I had to return.

Reasonable job on repairs but they scratched the rear end of the car on a wall or something while it was in there - nothing a bit of touch-up paint won't fix tho'. Not the worst in town - would go there again.

Took em 1 week before even submit the paperwork to nrma and yet they booked hire car rental for 1 week for me after that was left on my own. Quality work done on repairs tho.

Avoid them for peace of mind !!! 2 months and 7 days to fix a holden's damaged door (NRMA insured). The repairer in charge thinks he is a doing a favour and loves insulting

Poor workmanship. Prior to getting your business a great company but Once they have your car it is in shocking. I live at emu plains and I’ll never use this company again.
