I've always been to this salon only because of the workers. The lady at the counter, owner of the salon, is extremely rude, overcharges, disrespects her employees. Every time the owner does my nails, there always seems to be a problem. My mom and I kept thinking it's okay, at least the girls are nice and do a great job but since I went last time, never again. The owner literally yelled at me, "Don't you know how to put your nails when doing manicure? I ask you 10 times", which led to getting a cut on my finger. Whether or not it's my fault, there is a way of talking. Lost four customers. This happened in April 2017.

Paid $85.00 for shellac pedi and mani for the first time (I thought this was a mistake after I left as I thought the owner was under the impression that I did acrylic). Didn't think anything of it and came a second time then paid $52.00 for a shellac mani ALONE. This place over-charges for mediocre work. I did not request for any design or anything. Just a plain colour. I find this price to be very over-priced compared to other salons. Additionally, reading previous comments, I am not happy to discover that I have been over-charged as well. I will not be returning

I had a bad experience with one of the nail technicians. I had an appointment and she was being dismissive before I even sat down but I ignored it. Once I sat down I told her what I wanted and she rolled her eyes and was talking to me like she was berating her own child. I've been to many nail salons where the technician wasn't welcoming but nothing like this. I asked her why she was being rude and I ended up walking out.. Never again

I feel like they JUST strictly get the job done and don't really care to put in any effort into what you want done to the point that you just wait for them to do the bare minimum so you can just get out and do it yourself or go somewhere else. But I mean... if you simply want basics done, this could be your go to.

I've been going to this salon for awhile now. I love it because their nail polish lasts forever, never chips (regular pedicure). Yesterday I did the gel nails and they turned out great. It's always busy there but staff take you quickly and are polite and professional. I will keep going there!

I highly recommend this spa I can’t say enough about Nancy and the fantastic work that she does. I’ve been a few other places over the years after moving away and there’s no other spa that I’ve been happy with. Everyone’s here’s friendly and accommodating. I love it there.

Just had the worst experience at this location. The ower is extremely rude!! the lady that was doing my nails was very rude and was rushing me & did a very poor job on my nails. I will NEVER return!! Pls don't go there waste your time & money.

Definitely a good choice for nails and pedicure. Staff are very friendly and the place is very clean. Prices are good. About $30 for a pedicure. Men are welcome. Professional outfit and the work is top notch. Definitely be back.

Went on Friday without an appointment. The owner greeted me and asked if I could come back in an hour. I did and she did my pedicure. She did an amazing job! As she anyways does when I get her. Thank you!

Customer ser. so awful. Made appt for both hand and toes . The owener booked for only hand and told me not accepted . Come back for your toes tomorrow . Never come back .

Had a last minute pedicure before my trip! The esthetician was so friendly and did a great job!. Would recommend Enchanted to all my friends! You won't be disappointed!!

Very pleased by the service I received today; they fixed a manicure that was botched elsewhere. The woman was very meticulous and professional. Beautiful end result!

Lack of customer service/respect! They won't try to understand your situation or wants - but they will be quick to argue back and show you attitude. Never again!

I go to this salon for 10 years already, about once a month. Always had excellent service! Very clean place , good service, professional work, affordable prices.

absolutely terrible worst nails ive ever gotten. I have never cried over my nails but i did today. Very expensive and not worth the price.

My family has been going to them for years for pedicures, and sometimes manicures. They do good work and can handle ingrowns safely.
