Excellent wash and dry service with every item neatly folded and sorted into their items then placed back into my laundry bag for pick-up at a specified time all at very reasonable competitive price compared to doing it myself at a self service laundromat. Thank you to the female staff member performing what at times is probably not the most pleasant of jobs handling other people's dirty laundry. A job well done.

Rang up the day before I needed a suit dry cleaned and asked for express service for the suit to be dry cleaned on the same day as pick up. Owner said yes no problem. Went to drop it in the next day and the person working told me that he couldn’t do that! Very annoyed as now I have to run around trying to find a same day service. The man was very rude and unprofessional! I will never use this place again!

Very disappointed by alterations services here. Fine for simple work such as buttons but don’t trust with hems or expensive items. Recently ruined a brand new jumpsuit with the worst hem I have ever seen, messy, uneven and folded on itself. They wouldn’t even try to fix it. Go elsewhere!

Honestly terrible customer service. Refused to provide a tax invoice and then when I argued, they provided the tax invoice but refused to provide the eftpos receipt, claiming I was not allowed both. Man was very rude, telling the woman at the counter not to provide me a receipt!
