I purchased a vehicle on 9/16/22 and it was the best car purchasing experience I have every had. The reasons for this exceptional rating are as follows: Rick my salesperson went over and beyond. It was more than just selling a car to Rick. He took my new car requirements and matched everyone of them. When I was in doubt about a requirement like driving in the snow, he reassured me. Professionalism is a top priority at this place for every role I encountered. The manager came in and patiently revised documents since I forgot to add the tire protection plan. She was positive and patient. Customer Service is exceptional. Rick picked me up from the local airport so I could readily pick up my new vehicle purchase. I had no one to take me to the Enterprise location so I had to come into the local airport. Client satisfaction is top priority here. When I approached the dealership, my lovely new purchase was parked out front cleaned, disinfected, and positioned forward with a giant green bow on the hood of it. This just touched my heart. I felt the royal treatment. Patience to meet every client need existed. I had a list of questions and Rick took his time to answer everyone of them. Rick follows the "do unto others as you would have them do onto you" mentality. He performs his duties with Christ in his heart. The bottom line is that when ever I want or need another vehicle, I am heading straight to Enterprise Car Sales with Albuqueue as my first priority location. I felt a little piece of heaven yesterday. Thank you Rick, management, and everyone else behind the scene that made my car purchasing experience so VERY special. I am so impressed that I will be writing Enterprise Corporate headquarters as service like this is just not common these day. Do not order a car from this company. Ordered a car from Denver it showed up with about 10 dents that were previously undisclosed and not shown in pictures. Manager Virginia refused to refund my transfer fees. Very deceptive business practices. Last week I started the purchase of a 2020 Ford Transit 250 High-roof that was located in Denver. I was called and told the Van had arrived in the Albuquerque Location and was ready for pick up on Monday. I  did not make it to the location until yesterday afternoon. Upon arrival, I was shown the van and one previously undisclosed dent on the driver's side.  When I walked around the vehicle, I discovered that it in fact had about 9 more down the passenger side. Again never shown in any of the pictures or disclosed in the listing. I was then told by the manager that since this was considered a work vehicle, the dents were normal and that I should have expected this in purchasing a used vehicle. I was basically given the option of taking it or leaving it and was told that I would not be refunded my $871.52 for the transfer. I left a google review warning other consumers to not get taken advantage of by this dishonest company. Update: I have just written the corporate person in response to their response and also about 20 minutes ago I was called by another Manager at this location named Sam who told me I should expect this amount of dents with their used cars and that I should have known it would be dented that's why he will not refund my money. He was just calling to let me know he was going to sell it if I didn't come get it. Well Sam, I bought a brand new Ram 2500 Cargo van from the very nice and honest people at Melloy Ram just down the street.

Not very happy with the service of this dealership they claim they aren't like all other dealerships. We went and spoke to Juliet gave her the price range we were looking at and explained my son is getting pre-qualified with his cedit union and for how much. She found a car in his price range and stated it is not in yet and is going thru certification. He went on Sat 4/29/23 she stated car will not be ready till 5/1/23 so to schedule a test drive in advance for 5pm on 5/1/23 and they will go from there with the paperwork. He went in for the test drive with my boyfriend and the car was sold she was on vacation and the her co worker stated there was no communication about the test drive. Well guess what... at that point you became like every other car dealership trying to get him into a more expensive car. Will never go back or recommend.

My vehicle was stolen, and I was renting a car through Enterprise. I was set up with the sales team to purchase a new one and was contacted by Leyla. She was incredible, and made the process so easy! She sent me vehicles I would like, I picked one, and applied online. She had everything taken care of immediately for me, all I had to do was come in and sign some paperwork, and she had me in my new car just a couple days later as it was a transfer. I absolutely love my new vehicle! I had the best experience with her and would recommend her to anyone! Buying a new car is always such a stressful time, but she made it so quick and easy. I’ll definitely be going to her for my next one!

The people who work at this location are amazing! From the moment I walked into the door everyone was kind and laid back. My kind of people. I test drove the car I was interested in and got to spend some alone time with her before buying. That part was nice since I wasn’t distracted with small talk. Super stoked on my new to me car. Anthony made it so easy. He made all the paper work (which is amazingly mostly online) quick and painless. While we were doing the paperwork his coworkers made sure the car was nice and clean for me! I went to enterprise car sales in Albuquerque looking to get into a car that I don’t have to pay payments on anymore and Cornell and Virginia and a few other employees helped me do that I found a beautiful vehicle. I was leery about buying a used car from a rental company at first. I realized that they are a fleet vehicle with routine maintenance and proper care. The staff are very friendly and they have reasonable prices too. I picked up a ford expedition for less than the local blue book price and received blue book for my trade too. I also bought an extended warranty that will cover my vehicle to just under 100,000 miles too. The best part is I take my vehicle to ford for any repairs, not a questionable second hand shop. Brie was a real pleasure and joy to work with. I'd highly recommend to contact her.

I worked with 2 gentlemen there: Brian and Anthony. I had a particular car I was interested in and they were kind enough to hold it for me until I could come look at it on Saturday. They were very helpful with financing as well as answering any questions I had involving purchasing, car specs, etc. Though I ended up not getting the car they were nice enough to put on hold, I did end up with a different one which they helped rearrange the financing stuff without a hitch. Terrible experience here! Which is really unfortunate because I liked the vehicles I test drove. I felt really discriminated against. Leslie or Layla and another lady I cant remember her name rude and unprofessional. When I first walked in there was a gentleman that helped me find the girl I had an appointment with and it's really to bad he couldn't have helped me because I would have definitely purchased a vehicle today.. If you are a woman who shows a little skin and has tattoos I would not recommend going here.

We have always had a very good experience at Enterprise Car Sales in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Every member of their team is kind, generous, and knowledgeable. We have worked with Norman for our last two purchases and have been impressed with his overall performance. We have also worked with Sam and Virginia who are both excellent as well. We will continue to return to Enterprise Car Sales in Albuquerque, New Mexico for all of our car buying needs. We have also told many of our family and friends about them.

The sales people were all very friendly and helpful. After picking up the care we noticed the spare tire had a hole in it. Enterprise offered to replace it but we had to go to the Jiffy Lube to get this taken care of and spend 2 hours waiting. A representative from Enterprise should have done this for us. Also all the tires on the vehicle were low on air and the windshield wipers are not very good. I would think all of this should have been checked and corrected before the purchase.

This was my first visit to an Enterprise Car Sales location. I had one particular car I was interested, a 2021 Mazda CX-30. I worked with Lane and Brian. The car was ready when they said it would be and the communication from Lane and Brian during the process was fantastic. I did buy the Mazda and it's a fine vehicle at a great price. The sales process was supersonic. This was the easiest car buying experience I ever had. Thanks, Lane, Brian and Enterprise. I'll be back.

I’m just not sure what is going on at this dealership, I finally walked out and drove down to Malloy Nissan and brought a brand new Car. Poor customer service, poor communication, no sense of urgency. They will starve and go out of business before I recommend this lot. I would love to talk to a sales district manager so I can break down what happened. BTW Juliet had good intentions, but sometimes you need to include more. By far the worst experience I have had across all my vehicle purchases. Please go to a different dealer and save headaches. Learn from my mistakes. My family is planning to buy two more vehicles and I told them to avoid this dealer at all costs. Poor customer service, poor communication. This place deserves to go out of business for good. Don't let the "4.6 star" rating fool you. They will lie to you to secure sales and then ignore you.

I have purchased three different vehicles from Enterprise car sales and have enjoyed my experience with each time I purchased. They made me feel comfortable and went with what I wanted and needed. The only issue I had this last time was that the salesman said he filled the tires with air come to find out that he filled one or should I say he over filled it by 51 and it was supposed to be only 37. Glad nothing happened during that time.

My sales rep, Brian Kahn was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. I was a little pressed for time during the transaction as I had travelled 4 hours to get to the Albuquerque Enterprise location, and had to turn around and make the return trip ASAP. But Brian moved everything along at a good pace and got me financed and in the car in record time. Kudos to Anthony in Finance too for getting me an even lower interest rate!

If I could give more stars I would. Norman and Lane helped me get my new Sonata and I absolutely love this car. The car was in superb condition as advertised. Norman is awesome. He was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and provided a pressure free shopping experience. Lane is awesome. He was personable, patient, and made the purchase process stress free and easy. I bought a car from enterprise and sales guy lied about everything turned out to be a lemon and when I tried to trade it in I was only able to get half of what I paid for it. The battery Gave out after a month $200 to replace, this whole deal was a nightmare thanks Norman. I do not recommend
