No complaints about the sale with Micki. Diego on the other hand is shadier than an oak tree. He has been dishonest and argumentive at best. I was told to bring a car in for detailing because you pay 399.00 for it and it was nasty inside. I was told to come Friday afternoon. My phone was blowing up asking about my 12 o clock appointment. I didn't have an appointment for twelve I work till then. Kat who was fabulous by their claims was to detail the car. She was scheduled at another dealership and was not there. Diego was to call me right back and reschedule. Fifteen minutes later I called and Diego had left with an emergency. Guess calling me back wasn't that important. I went to the dealership and they had the guys at hand try to clean it. They ordered a broken part. One week later return for Kat to clean it correctly and put in part. I sat there for an hour and they drove the car back around and it was not touched. Since they don't communicate with patrons they had my tag mailed to my house. I wished for other arrangements and missed delivery. Now I find out they stole the tag off my other car. Upon purchase you transfer your current plate or they give you a temporary and apply for a plate. I chose a temporary and possibly transfer if I sold the current car. Micki said fine you may get 200 back if you transfer. They told my husband to come get a new temporarily if it expired due to mail issues. Never once did they say,"your plate is in your yard. Take it off your other car " Diego swears I told him to transfer the tag that I chose not to sell. They charge you 450.00 for that and spend 160.00 on unauthorized transfer. If you like to be treated disrespectfully go see them. My last trip for sure.

Let me start out by saying that Mickie and Devon made the car purchasing experience. Amazing! They happened to notice a few things with the car upon delivery that they pointed out to me and had me come back to get taken care of. I didn’t mind at all and they filled my tank up with gas. I happened to notice some other things that needed to be addressed as well and again, they took care of it right away for me. Mary was absolutely amazing to work with. You can clearly tell that they take customer service very seriously. The car I purchased is in phenomenal shape and I get compliments on a daily basis. I’m a transporter, so I am in my car for an average of 10 hours a day and my customers love the vehicle. They always think that it’s brand new. Some people are hesitant about buying a car that used to be a rental but I assure you, they keep their cars serviced very well and you cannot beat the prices that they offer. This is the third car that someone in my family has purchased from this location and everyone is 100% satisfied with their vehicle and the company itself. I would highly recommend looking for your next vehicle here. You won’t be disappointed with the quality of the vehicles, the staff, and the amazing customer service that they provide. Let me tell you about Tommy and his manager, Diego. INCREDIBLE! Wow. *Everyone* here is so accommodating and friendly, but we mostly just talked to them. The experience they gave us was what car buying should be. I remember sitting with my mom in a Chevy dealership for 8 whole hours while she bought her Malibu in 2015. It took us an hour at Enterprise, most of it just being waiting on hearing back from banks for financing. I could tell that this was more than just an opportunity to make a sale for them. They worked really hard to make sure that we were happy and comfortable. Usually I'm kind of disregarded; I don't really blame people necessarily, I'm a disabled woman in a wheelchair and my legs don't look like they work. For real. Here, I felt very heard and I appreciate that. By the way, our car wasn't even on the lot- Tommy made a call to see if they were waiting on any to come in that day. When it did come in after what seemed like two minutes, Tommy detailed it for us and filled the gas tank. :) Thank y'all for the excellent service. We got a really good deal and have a beautiful SUV to show for it! We weren't expecting to drive off the lot with a new car that day, but it was a pleasant surprise when we did.

I had an awesome experience at Enterprise car sales in Jacksonville Florida. In August 2021 a storm came through and I had a 2017 Nissan Altima and I only had it 9 to 10 months, when a tree uprooted and landed on my car and totaled it. I had been renting and paying weekly for a car since then until yesterday January 27th 2022. I went online and placed my application with Avis, Enterprise and other car dealerships. Suffice to say James called me back and made me feel like he was the guy I needed to deal with. I explained to him my situation and how I was still paying for a rental car because I had to get to work. Well he took it from there, explained to me all my options and told me he would see what he could do for me. Then he handed me over to his finance department and Mr Diego. They worked out a great deal for me and even waited till I could get to them because of my job schedule. Then when I made it to the office Devon and James explained all the documents to me and helped me sign my contract and now I'm riding in my new 2020 Chevrolet Malibu. What an awesome team, thank you!!!

I made the biggest mistake of my life buying a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales of Jacksonville. I had always heard you should never ever buy a vehicle from Enterprise. Boy do i wish i had listened to my ASE CERTIFIED MECHANIC. 6 days after I purchased the vehicle (03.06.2023) the check engine light came on. It has been off and on 7 times since then. If you’re looking for a dependable vehicle Do not buy a vehicle from Enterprise of Jacksonville. The GM and Assistant GM are some of the lowest character individuals I have dealt with in over 20 years of buying vehicles. I have went to BUY HERE PAY HERE car lots and gotten better vehicles. But typically, you can't mention salesperson and high character in the same sentence. Also, don't be fooled by the "great" reviews that you may see on here. Because I can assure you all dealerships are the "greatest" until they have to explain to someone aka a customer they don't care about the lemon they sold them. If you're in Florida or Southern Georgia please tell everyone you know DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE OF BUYING A VEHICLE FROM JACKSONVILLE ENTERPRISE.

I believe she had my interest at heart and found the best coverages for me at a good price. The Enterprise team in my opinion represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly, from the beginning the to end during the time I purchased my vehicle with transactions among a number of parties of additional accessories I wanted with my purchase. DO NOT DO IT. I drove 2 hrs and 34 min just to have a grown man try to play with me. I had my heart set on the specific vehicle “he knew this” I confirmed the vin number “multiple times I asked about it and confirmed I needed full coverage to pull of the lot” i was messaging as I was coming, I literally text him 18 miles away so the transaction could be smoother and on arrival he had the audacity to say that another dealer called 10 min before I arrived. Then pitched a suv Audi which was nice, but it’s not what I wanted and I politely told him in the realest way how disappointed I was and he politely still tried to get a sale…insane to me that there was no SOP (standard operating procedure) when a persons credit is ran through multiple banks.I hate it’s over hyped I really want to warn you unless that there a deal save your credit check before it’s too late. I bought my 2015 Toyota Corolla there last week and to my shock I was able to finance a car which I never thought possible with my credit. I mainly worked with Dyana. But Mickie and all the others were so nice and helpful. The whole team worked to get me behind a set of wheels that was in my price range and I really appreciated that. And my lovely new car is just perfect to my needs and has just about everything I wanted in a car. And for a compact car it is spacious and comfortable and easy to drive and I LOVE the go on it. I want to thank Enterprise Car Sales for helping me purchase my new car! I got a 2021 Kia Forte with a 3 year extended warranty on the powertrain, transmission, and more. It is my first car I have ever bought without a co-signer (My credit has improved) or that isn't over 100,000 miles. My car salesman Quinton was awesome and really made my terms great. A $1,000.00 down payment was all I needed, which really made the purchase affordable. After dealing with used car dealers in Tallahassee who have scammed me out of money and put me in Lemons, I'm glad to have gone to Jacksonville and picked up this amazing compact sports sedan from a great dealership and great company. Enterprise is more than just rentals, I was in a lease (long term rental) from them before I bought a car from them. They do it all!

We made our third purchase with Enterprise Car Sales Jacksonville in February 2022. This was the first time we had a car transferred from out of state to this location. We had great communication with the sales person and when the truck was in, the process of purchasing was smooth and about an hour in and out of the door. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, personable, and willing to make our experience a positive one. We are constantly referring friends and family to this location because of our three great experiences, and we look forward to our next purchase with this dealership.

The buying experience at Enterprise Car Sales was a very pleasant experience for me. The car salesman was kind, considerate, and professional. I have never bought a car so quickly and/or easily! I just found the vehicle I wanted on their online website, called their office, and 1, 2 , 3...I was talking to the car salesman and buying the car. The car salesman even drove the car to meet me halfway when I advised him that I couldn't drive all the way to Jacksonville! I went to Enterprise car sales on Atlantic Blvd to talk to Dyana S. We talked for a while as I didn’t know /wasn’t sure what I needed or wanted. She made a great suggestion for a Kia Soul. For me, the car buying process was too easy, I wouldn’t commit to the sale. She phoned and would talk with me and answered all my dumb questions but in reality, she let me find my comfort zone and even picked me up from my home to complete the deal. The last time I purchased a car from a dealership wasn’t as smooth and easy as it was just walking into Enterprise car sales. Dyana, you were great!

The service was excellent, both the sales team and management were indeed professional helpful and genuine. After my neighbor told me why she had a new car, I asked for her excellent sales dealer and salesperson’s names. Then I called Mickie and upfront told her that it was to get information to decide if and when to trade my car. Totally professional and patient, she set an appointment. She and Diego helped me so well that I ended up driving off in a terrific car, a painless experience. (My only complaint is that the owner’s manual they ordered 11/16 still has not arrived and I do not know how to use most of the screen functions.)

I researched Enterprise car sales for over a year as I anticipated my new Truck purchase. The entire experience was just as I hoped it would be. I was able to purchase the vehicle that I wanted with only 11k miles in like new condition for far less than if I had purchased new from a dealer. Benjamin and the entire staff were extremely helpful and made the process very easy and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Micky was great! I tested five vehicles before making my purchase and she took the time to make the expeience painless. I came to the dealership with a list of cars from the web site and tested them all. Surprisingly, the car I eventually purchased was not on the list. I found one on the lot that fit me better.
