The compact SUV I had reserved a week ago while my vehicle was being repaired was not available when I arrived to pick it up. I was told that they tried to contact me but could not reach me, The Enterprise representative informed me that they were short on rental vehicles, so I guess l will try Avis for my next vehicle rental. Received excellent service from this Enterprise location while my car was in the shop at Hendrick Luxury Collision Center. Although rental cars, particularly SUVs, are in short supply these days, this shop did a great job of getting me in a nice SUV for the duration of my repairs. Thank you very much!

Do not rent from this place!!! The employees at the 5100 E Independence location are all abhorrent. Lynn and Justin are the absolute worst. The place reeks of marijuana and there aren't any vehicles available to rent. Lynn is incompetent at doing her job and just overall nasty!!! Justin is no better.
