This location is literally about 5 minutes away from my work place. I placed my car at the dealership and the dealership called to have me oicked up to get a rental since my car would be there all week. When I walked into the location no one greeted me until about 5 minutes later when I asked if anyone was available. The man their was rude and very disrespectful with his comment of "ummm clearly we are all here" and rolled his eyes. This is my first time ever renting a car and he made me feel stupid when I was asking questions. He said loudly maam your card was declined instead of like the other young man did turn his screen around. I called my bank to see why and they said they didnt see a transaction go through on there end, so i asked him to try again because they are saying there was no swipe. he rudely said "Maam we cant do that read our policy" I saw no policy anywhere. He then said maam this card has no funds it is being declined, do you have another card I stated no i dont have another card, he m,ade a comment of seriously, weird and rolled his eyes again. I asked to be taken back to my employer since I was picked up from there I figured I could be dropped andhe stated no he cant do that since I am no longer a customer. If it wasn't for one of my co-workers to pick me up, I would have had to walk back to work. I will NEVER do business with Enterprise! I hope you all find a better training system when it comes to traingin you alls employees because they are by the worst i have ever seen and I have worked in numerous of retail locations. I have seen homeless people with better attitudes, hell I have even seen monkeys have better manners than the employees at this location.

My experience at this location is typically stellar. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They pick me up and drop me back home after the rental period. The only area I thought could be improved with my most recent rental was when I returned the car. No one was at the desk so I waited about seven minutes when I saw a lady in the office behind a glass window. I waited another five minutes and walked over to the window to make sure she knew I was there. She was on a phone call but never looked up or acknowledged me. A man came in but he went behind the desk and grabbed some keys and walked out - again, without acknowledging me. All phone lines were ringing the entire time I was waiting so clearly, they were busy. I don't mind waiting my turn BUT I think the employees should acknowledge that I am there and let me know they will be with me shortly. It felt as though I was invisible until two young men came in the back door and finally said, "we'll be with you in a moment." Employees should be trained to speak to every customer when they come in, even if they cannot help that customer immediately. I will definitely go back because most of my experiences have been very positive and this location is convenient for me.

Update: They still don't answer and they stopped with the courtesy calls to confirm your rental. The last time I picked up, everyone was nice but I waited almost 30 min past my reservation time and it was chaotic. The scent in the waiting area is nauseating. Might be a glade plugin. It will give you a migraine. The staff changed again but everyone seems friendly. -- Update: I still use this location almost solely. Their agents are usually very helpful. However, getting them to answer a call lately is wildly difficult. I called 8 times yesterday. No one even answered to ask me to hold... immediately forwarded to the hold automation, only to wait endlessly for someone to never pickup. Ironically, I just needed to cancel my reservation, which I couldn't do online bc an agent made the reservation for me and it wouldn't allow me a modification. Wanted to be courteous and let them know that my plans had changed. Very disappointing. Never did reach anyone and never got a call back. Luckily it wasn't an important call while out with a rental. -- Decent service, other than trying to reach this location by phone. Comparatively, I would say they're still one of the best locations around Houston.

I had a scheduled rental for 11/20-11/27 that was confirmed by with an agent 11/17. I arrived on 11/20 noticing no vehicles for the type of vehicle that I had scheduled for. I went in to pick up the rental and the agent greeted me and proceeded to take the information needed. After she keys the info in she the tells me that they do not have any vehicles available for what I requested and tried to get me take a different type of vehicle. I declined the offered and explained I needed the type of vehicle that I requested because I was leaving the next day with 6 passengers. Even though the agents in the store were very nice it took them about 4 hours to find the type of vehicle that I needed from another location. This has been my experience every time I needed a rental from Enterprise. They knew they didn’t have the vehicle I needed and waited until I got there to try to get the vehicle I requested. It was time consuming and frustrating for me. Very disappointed!!!

I have not had good luck with this location. The last time I rented a car there, showed up 20 minutes early and waited over an hour to get my car, the tank was only 1/4 full and didn't realize it until the gas light came on. I was already running late, so not convenient! The last time, I showed up 45 minutes past my reservation time and they did not have any sedans left. I got a hideous van that was only half full of gas, all the seats rattled horribly on the highway, the auxiliary connection for my phone was in the glove box (so I had to reach while driving), and blue tooth was intermittent at best. Also, I was supposed to return it at 6pm on a Saturday but the location closed at 2pm and there were no instructions to leave the keys in a drop box. I had to call the 800 number to even find out there was a drop box to begin with. Only leaving 2 stars because the staff, though obviously limited, is very nice and helpful. I'm think I'm trying Hertz next time.

I use enterprise for their easy check in and great customer service, however I did not get that at the heights location. I had a reservation and upon arriving there was a line of people waiting to check in. Apparently they were having system / computer issues and it took over 30 min. before I was able to check in. Upon check in, I had to wait an additional 15 min for them to wash and clean the car. Once I received the car the inside was not very clean and smelled like smoke even though there is clearly a non smoking sign in the car. I think the guy rushed cleaning as he was aware we had been waiting for a while. I generally don't leave reviews but left as an unsatisfied customer. The staff apologized for the delay which I don't blame on them but for a company as big as enterprise issues with IT and their system are unacceptable. These system issues reflect poorly on the company and add stress to the staff. Get it together enterprise.

Horrible customer service.! My insurance made a reservation 5 days ago. Immediately after that i got a call from a enterprise representative stating that there weren't any cars available until wednesday at 7:30 a.m. Ok, no problem. Fast forward 5 days and i arrive at this location as instructed by the representative. As soon as i walk in i am greeted by a female employee and the first words to come out of her mouth are"did anyone call you"? I looked at her and said yes five days ago. She replied with a very nasty attitude ,"well there's no cars available so you are going to have to wait in the waiting list like everyone else". I asked her if she could check another location and she responded by saying that if they were out of cars everyone around would also be out of cars without even bothering to help or check. At that point i figured it would be pointless to try getting any sort of help from her so i just left.

The agent renting the car to me, Shayla, was fantastic and really worked with me to ensure I was able to get the car I needed, when I needed, despite some snags on my end with my bank concerning the security deposit required by Enterprise. When I came to return the car, Shayla was incredibly swift and efficient with taking the vehicle back - she had me out of there in 5 minutes flat and settled in the employee-driven car that was already waiting to drop me back home. She even allowed me a "grace period" for the vehicle return time, meaning I did not have to wake up at the a**-crack of dawn to return the car at the same 7:30am time I had picked it up the day before. Instead I was able to wait til a much more reasonable 9:30am, for which I was VERY grateful. GREAT customer service, would definitely use this exact location again for my next car rental needs.

The staff at this location were very helpful and worked hard to find us a vehicle similar to what we had booked for. But the corporation needs to sort out in the future how many cars they have available for rent in certain classes. We booked a minivan back in July only to find out prior to picking it up on 21st Decemeber. They had none available as the main enterprise for the area (airport) would not allocate any more to them, even though they had pre-booked car rentals like in our case. The staff at the Washington location had to ring around all over the Houston area and managed to find us a 7 seater Tahoe. This was not ideal as the fuel costs we about twice as much as what a minivan would of cost, plus a lot bigger vehicle to have to manoeuvre, and surprisingly less space for luggage. But it was better than the other options of 2 mIdsize SUV's!

I find this company to be everything that is wrong with both the supply/demand concept and customer service. As they are close to me, I have called them frequently in recent years with the most recent being five times this week. Realize also that they have four other locations within five miles of me as well. Five called. Five "we have no cars today." They have never had a car that I could rent. Ever. Nada. Granted their pick up service has a competitive edge on it when one does not have a car. One would think, however, that if they had such demand for cars, they would add such inventory to their satellite offices. Alas, they do not do that. Instead they have a passive voice who repeats the overdone sentence "We have no cars today" and do not even give a thought that should one come in, they would call. Not very enterprising by my standards.

I dont have stars to give but i had to put some , honestly dont rent a car unless its an absolute emergency. the manager is really sweet guy hes very helpful but one of the girls with the pineapple braid thing on her head is disrespectful . she stared at me while i was pulling in like she was trying to fight , no greeting, no nothing. then she kept dancing in her seat while staring at me this is a strange character. Anywho prayerfully i never have to see any of them ever again. Besides the other employees that were there today my experience was not terrible . The manager is the best thing they got , if they dont drive him crazy. oh and the extra fees are horrible, I've never seen so many extra fees in my life. I hope i dont , ever, ever, ever , ever ever ever. have to rent a car again in my life!

I had a really great experience with enterprise. A car accident left me without a car and Davis from enterprise was able to quickly drop off the car for me. Not only that but they were able to quickly adjust when I needed the car 30 minutes earlier than originally requested. Then with additional problems with insurance Vincent was able to quickly resolve the issue with me the following day. Vincent called me within 2 minutes of the insurance calling him to tell him about the rental. Among the craziness of our world right now you have no idea what a relief it was to feel like a company provided excellent service. I cannot express how grateful I was for Vincent to be able to quickly mitigate the issue and assure me everything was handled. Superior customer service and very positive experience!

Be careful and PAY ATTENTION to what these ppl tell you as you’re signing off for things. I paid for insurance for three days worth of my rental. The clerk repeated that back to me and stated I would need to call back to EXTEND the coverage for the rest of the time I had the vehicle. I repeated that back to him clear as day and he confirmed. They called telling me I owed double what I was prepared to pay “because the coverage was never stopped. You had to call in and cancel this and signed that you understood this on the contract.” Long story short, I fought it and they never called me again only to look right now and see they charged my credit card on file for the full amount. VERY UPSET. Don’t rent your car from here. And make sure u don’t buy the insurance package.

Gosh Chris and Peggy who run this location have completely turned me off of Enterprise. For good. I have tried on several occasions to use this location because it is by my house. Every time I prep lave my reservation. It is never ready on time and never ( ultimately because I have to take something else) what I wanted or needed. The last and final straw was a pick up rental for a three day trip with my family to get out tree for Christmas. The. Truck I confirmed three times would be ready by 8am............I did not get it until 3 p ... Day one of trip ruined..... Trip cut way short...... Thanks enterprise for dragging this out with false promises. If you need a car and have to chose between this enterprise and walking.... Enjoy your walk.

I called on the phone one day looking for a car rental. The service I received was off the charts the lady who helped me she called around to other locations she checked her computer. She did everything that she could to get me a rental however, they did not have one at the moment or at the time, but she took my name and number and said she would get back with me. She was very helpful and very polite very genuine, and I loved the service I received from her. I think her name was Chaz Oh my God she really went above and beyond my expectations. I would hire her if I was looking for an employee for my company and I probably will go back to this location and call again just because she was so nice

OK hello world I have experienced the worst from this rental location. I rented a car for a week I was one day pass the return date. Payday was the next day I just needed it 1 extra day and pay my balance due and rent again for another week cause my car is down. How about the lady Eve or Eva called and said they been calling 15 times not true I have references on my account also, she told me that to return the car are pay 350 are she will call the police authority. Mind you I call the day I was supposed to return no one documented that. So because I'm 1 or 2 days late she want to call the authorities bad service from this lady Eva y'all people watch it.. The customer service was great, this is about Enterprise in general. The website is very misleading, it does not give you an accurate count for the cars that are available at a given Enterprise. I booked a mini SUV at this location because it said there were mini suvs available here. When I arrived the next day, I was told there were no more mini SUVs and I would have to chose between a Tahoe (SUV on steroids), or a pickup truck. Also, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for them to wash the car. The price on the website does not include insurance or gas. I was expecting to pay around $70.00 after taxes, and it ended up costing me $123.00 and driving a boat with 4 wheels (Tahoe).

I have always used Enterprise Car Rental when traveling over the past 18 months. Each experience the service gets worse and they are missing the mark. My last rental in started in Houston. I reserved a car in advance of my trip. When I called for pick up at my hotel I had to wait 40 minutes and then another 30 minutes at the location while they detailed the car. Next they pull the car around with water running off it and ask me to do the customary walk around. No way to identify any damage because the car is wet and water running down the panels. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one was that the cost was very low. Guess I got what I paid for.

A reservation doesn’t matter for enterprise, they’ll give you whatever they have on the lot despite making reservations. They show up late to pick ups and take no accountability, say they “have nothing left.” Very disappointed in enterprise as a WHOLE because the service I received has been TRASH. I reserved a CAR, for a set amount, they bring a minivan, make me pay out of pocket because “my insurance doesn’t cover the vehicle.” Which was not true because the reservation was made THROUGH my insurance. I would not recommend to anyone. They didn’t even leave the vehicle with a full tank so don’t expect the tank to be full when I return the vehicle.

I had to give it a star because the option 0 star is not available. It really was a disappointment I had reserve a car for my vacation because I need it a bigger car to fit car seats and family, they try to give me not what I had reserved but what they wanted even tho I had told them I already drive a car like the one they wanted to give me short story long on pick up day they didn’t have my car reserved at this pint I have no time to think of plan b since I have to leave ASAP I paid and reserve a cabin in Colorado. Very poor costumer service in this place they difnt want to help me anymore do to they had to go home never gain

Char & Kyle were great and very pleasant. They made the process very easy. The only con was the cars at this location are not of the best quality. The first one car had an underlying scent of cigarette smoke so I returned it and without issue of returning it. It was raining that day so I did a quick sweep outside and only at the driver's seat. Everything appeared fine and the SUV only had minor wear and tear. But I didn't notice until the following evening that there was a yellow/beige stain behind the driver's seat like vomit. I documented it and was not charged for it though. Otherwise good service and easy location for me!

I was really surprised by the reviews posted before mine. I've been using this location for about 2.5 years - I travel monthly for work. Though the staff are completely different than from when I first started using them they were good back then (2013-2014) and are still good now (2015). I book my rental online, like you should, and call beforehand if I need a pick-up from my house - easy peasy. Given the amount of times I've used their services there have been a couple of issues but nothing too dramatic that I've been upset. I see the staffs interactions with other customers and they are very friendly and very accommodating.

I have rented 6 vehicles from this location since the beginning of 2023. With the exception of the first vehicle in February, which was brand new (60 miles on the odo), I have always been very disappointed with how dirty the interior of the vehicles have been. A wipe down of all contact surfaces (steering wheel, shift lever, center console, etc.) leaves me with a cleaning cloth that is black with grime. Was absolutely nothing learned during the pandemic? Totally disgusting and unacceptable. The only reason for the second star is because the office personnel at this location are always attentive, helpful, and courteous.

I received outstanding service from this location's Branch Manager. The rental was coordinated through Metlife for a collision that required my truck to be in the shop for a few weeks. Kyle set up a seamless Saturday morning pickup at the shop, then drove me to the Heights location. Everything was ready to go, and I probably spent a total of 5 minutes confirming my info before taking off. Dropoff was even easier - I just left it at the collision shop when I picked up my own vehicle. Kyle was professional, efficient, friendly, and obviously takes pride in his job. Thanks! I would rent from here again.

My experience with this Enterprise location has been wonderful. All the employees are extremely helpful, pleasant to work with and very down to earth. I have had to rent 3 vehicles from this location over the course of 6 weeks; Each time I worked with Char. She always has a positive attitude and works to resolve my issues as quickly as possible. Considering the car shortage and me not having my own vehicle due to it being repaired, this has been a very stressful time for me. It’s always nice to work with professionals who go above and beyond for you.

Despite all my last minute changes, Darryl and his team came through beautifully for me, even giving me a ride home afterward with just a half-hour’s notice. The car was a really nice one for the price and they didn’t nickel and dime me about the gas. It could have been cleaner, but that’s because I came two hours early. A very professional staff, young people with an old-world work ethic for customer service. When I need to rent again I won’t shop around; I’ll just come to Darryl’s office and be take care of like family.

I booked a full size car and was got a mid size. They also try to convince me to purchase a CDW and LDW insurance because the credit card I have is no good even I paid with a credit card with world elite benefits. Also the price I booked the reservation was less that what I charged. ( not too big difference. About six dollars per day) I do not want to waste time to dispute. The car I got was absolutely in horrible conditions: pursuing noise when driving, brake is not sensitive, has 60k on it, and very sticky and dirty!

The attention of the staff during both pick-up and return cannot be called poor but was marginal at best. Additionally the person that rented me the car did not mention that all the "additional" insurance coverages were optional. Since these are high cost and profitable options one can only assume Arthur (the person who helped me) gets a bonus for selling the additional insurance. The car while functional was pathetic in that the seats were so soiled and stained it looked like there had been a frat party in the car.

I've rented from this location about half dozen times. I've had good luck until this last time. At no time I did not ask for full coverage, yet it was tacked on without anyone informing me I was getting it. I was charged an extra $100 for two days of rental just on the full coverage alone. This kind of sneaky underhanded practice is mind blowing. Do not rent from this place, or the company. They will steal your money and not offer any to work with you on reducing or removing the fees. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

I have always had a good experience at this enterprise, it’s very busy but the people who work here are very helpful. I rent vehicles from here approximately once every 6 weeks or so. I showed up about 10 minutes before they opened and James came out to me on the street to check me in. I told him I could wait until they opened but he said it was no problem, and looked over the vehicle, took the mileage and told me I could sit in the heated car for a minute while he went to get my receipt. Easy and friendly!

This location offers no means for a customer to drop a vehicle off outside of their office hours (7:30 am to 6:00 pm). Considering how long it takes most folks to commute due to the traffic in Houston, a 6:00 pm close time is way too early for those who have long commutes or are unable to take time off of work. When I explained that this was my situation, no solutions were offered, just "sorry about that." As much as Enterprise touts its customer service, you would think they could be more accommodating.

My insurance company put my reservation with this Enterprise location while my car was in the shop. Every time I called to check if a rental vehicle was available, I was put on hold for upwards of 15 minutes each time I called. When I did get a representative on the phone, I would request a callback with an update and never received one, even after multiple requests. I get that cars are in short supply right now, but they really need to step up the customer service to match other Enterprise locations.

Returned my car early on Saturday at 1245, told we are close but I can still check you in but you will be charged the full day because we've already closed. Drive the car downtown, I'll hold to it since I've already been charged. Went downtown Sunday waited 45mins since 12 and charged an extra day again. Spoke to manager and was told the other manger will give you a call within 3 days to settle bill. Been waiting 2 weeks now for that call. Unsatisfactory my worse experience ever with this enterprise

My insurance company dropped the ball and failed to reserve a car for me after dropping my car at the body shop. Leticia was contacted by the insurance company later and she contacted me right away. Although they were out of cars, she searched high and low and located a vehicle within my price range. She sent a driver over to pick me up and had me driving out the door within 5 minutes arrival. Returning was also an ease with Mike helping me out. Thank you Leticia and Enterprise for saving the day!!

Unfortunately I've had to rent from here a few times this year due to fender benders. Eva is great. She is going to do everything she can to ensure you are satisfied. I received a personal customer satisfaction call from her out of the blue, and as it turned out, I ended up in a rental car that smelled like booze and tobacco. I was in a hurry at the time I picked up the rental so I didn't have time to address the issue. Eva corrected it promptly for me after making several suggestions.

Best rental place! After getting screwed over by other rental locations (specifically the one off of i10 and Gessner), I have had nothing but great experience at this location! Every single associate here is very nice and professional. I will say that some of the customers that come here are rude jerk in suits and DO NOT APPRECIATE the customer service they give here.. Overall, will continue to rent vehicles from here!!

I just wanted to express how wonderful Brooke was! She helped me at every turn and went out of her way to help me in the most stressful moment of my life! She was fantastic! She was so helpful with rates, getting me a car I was comfortable driving after my wreck and even picking up my rental from the dealership where I was able to purchase my new car! I have already sent a few people there because she was so wonderful!

This last time I rented a car from Enterprise (10-20-2017), was NOT A GOOD experiece!!! They were late to open the branch; staff NOT friendly; the car I was given had a broken front guard that was dragging on the highway and when I brought it to the Enterprise employee, his response was "it will be fine, you won't be charged for it". Verrrry SAD!!! I've used Enterprise for years and I don't feel they value my loyalty.

I would offer a zero star rating but that isn't an option. I got nothing but bad attitude, false reservations, and a car that was not even there after I confirmed my reservation. I cannot express to you how bad a decision it would be to work with this location or any other enterprise office. This is perhaps the first bad review I have ever done so believe me when I say that yous should take your business elsewhere!

Manager at Heights location was slightly rude with no customer service skills with me. A reservation was made over the phone with an associate that forgot to move the location of my pickup. There was no error on my part...the associate gave me the physical address to the Heights location and that was the number I called. That wasn't the manager's fault at all but he was not interested in assisting me.

Almost impossible for a non-smoker to get a vehicle that doesn’t smell like smoke here. Wiping down the inside and washing the outside does not remove cigarette smoke! The little sticker on the care that says no smoking does not guarantee me a smoke free care. To top it off they gave me a hard time when getting my rental. I try my hardest not to rent vehicles and especially not from this place.

I wanted to give a 5 star rating since the staff at Enterprise worked hard to get me a car last minute so I would have a vehicle for work. They were able to get me a rental on time which I appreciate. The biggest issue for me is that the car was not cleaned. As soon as I got the car I had to go pay and get the car cleaned. Otherwise the staff was friendly and professional.

Char really helped us out, literally at the last minute before she was set to close. Hopefully I will be better prepared next time (and there certainly WILL be a next time because of how Char treated us!), but I feel in great hands with Char at the wheel! The team was professional, friendly, and courteous. When I arrived to pick up a rental car, the representative quickly accessed my reservation and already had my car waiting for me in the lot. Wonderful crowd at the Heights location of Enterprise. Eva and her crew do a great job greeting you quickly, making the paperwork fast and easy, and having your car ready when you arrive. Turning your rental car back in is even faster. Good job, Eva. This was our third time renting from this location. Needless to say, we'll be back.

Literally useless. You'll call and make a reservation and they they'll claim they have cars, spend 15-20 minutes on the phone only to find out they have no cars...complete waste of time. At least they called me back before I went down there tod let me know they had no cars for rentals after I had made a reservation on the phone.

This will probably be the last time I ever use Enterprise. I Uber to this location and the worker tells me no cars available yet there’s 5 outside. I call enterprise and they say there’s cars available here. I only need it for one day. Ridiculous. Maybe not the workers fault but still. Waste of my time having to book a Turo now.

I have tried calling this location 3 times. The first time I was on hold for almost 30 min and still couldn’t get a hold of someone. The second time I was on hold for 10 min and then I got hung up on. Now the third time I’ve been on hold for 15 min. Almost an entire hours of trying to get a hold of someone and failing miserably

I have never had so much run around and so much removal of money from my account without any warnings when there was no communication with my insurance company. They are still deducting money from my account after having returned the car. I have yet to receive a call as to why and when I call some lady had an attitude.

I had a great experience here. My car was in the shop, and I had to travel for work. My company hooked me up with this Enterprise, and I am grateful. Latisha was able to accommodate an early pick up for me, and Isaac, who got me settled with my car was so friendly and explained everything very thorough. I will be back!

The staff at this location (Washington @ Studewood) are top-notch. They make car rental and return super quick and easy. I always call ahead for rentals, esp. if it is early. I called ahead and they told me a good time to come in so they have a chance to retrieve all the car returns. Everything was super smooth.

I reserved a car and had to wait forever in line because the customer service rep seemed to be moving very slowly. When they finally got to me, they told me I would have to wait some more so they could drive me and several other people to a different location which I could have just went to in the first plac.

Please BEWARE. I have at least 3 bills where the location has fraudulently upcharged the rental to improve their numbers. Avoid this location at all costs and find a better rental car company! I was a corporate account and even Kyle, the manager, would charge me a higher car class that what I had reserved.

I've been renting here for several years. I'd rate them much improved overall. As others have mentioned, Nick is always on his game...others close behind with great service. Easy check out/in procedures have reduced wait times. All in all they feel like family! Great location!

Worst Enterprise I have ever TRIED to use. They are uninterested, rude, and care nothing about Customer Service if you have an Insurance Claim rental...I have already reported them to USAA my Insurance Company as they have cars just no cars for USAA customers...suddenly.

We rent car from the Heights location on Washington Ave. for its convenience of being close to our condo. We have found that they don't have the car ready when we come to pick up our car and generally have to wait for the car even though we have given the pick up time.

This location was great! Micheal was super helpful when my car got hit and I needed a rental. After a 10 day rental, they let me drop the car off and Micheal even drove me to the auto repair shop to pick up my fixed vehicle. Would totally come back here again.

Daryl was so helpful I was in a accident that same day I called they had no cars available and at 5:00pm he called me and ask me if I still needed a car and I he waited for me to get there everything went smoothly and quickly in and out in 15min

Awful customer service, not worth going into details, but they simply do not care about their customers. Isaac specially won't make the slightest effort to make sure you're taken care of. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Friendly neighborhood car rental. Had to rent a car for couple of days. Due to high demand I couldn't get a rental right away but they put me on wait-list and informed me immediately when it became available. Friendly staff is a plus.

Staff is very nice, however they rent out vechiles that are not safe to be on the road. Just had a bad expierence and almost cost me my life on the highway between Houston and San Antonio, Texas.
