This place is TERRIBLE! Fraudulent things are happening here and no one seems to be handling or taking responsibility for it. The manager Phil and their employees all treat the customer as if we are hoodlums. I was referred to this location by MZ Collision Auto Repair a lady name Alexandra at MZ told me that I should go here because they'll treat me right (HUGE MISTAKE) I was promised a rental car that was supposed to be paid by the auto repair just to come to find out 3months later that I was billed an excessive amount for the rental and to make things worst they added things to my rental that I never requested and made it seem as if I did. At first, I received a summary of my bill and at 1st glance seem ok and 3 months later I received another summery and this rental agreement was completely different. I honestly believe these rental places are all in it with the auto repair shop’s to get you for your hard-earned money it's so unfortunate because you can't even trust well-known car rental places anymore. Shame on you guys. You can't trust anything they say and please make sure you read and of agreement before signing and as a suggestion id take a picture or request a copy of anything you sign before leaving if not you will be sorry.

The worst rent-a-car company branch ever. I reserved Suburban for 7 people about 2 months ago and they called me 3 days before the travel date and says "We don't have the car you reserved. We can give you Tahoe instead" So I said "I need 7 seats and spacious trunk for family trip but Tahoe has very small trunk so I need the Suburban how come you guys doesn't have it even though I reserved it about 2 months ago?" and they said "We said Suburban or SIMILAR car" She thinks Suburban and Tahoe are similar??? Sizes are way different. Even price was different when I reserve it. So I told her about the price then she said "It was different prices but now it's same. If you don't want Tahoe, just cancel it " What the hell??? and also I heard "Oh GOSH". I cancelled the car from Enterprise and I got Ford Expedition from H.E.R.T.Z. and I paid DOUBLE. Thanks a lot Enterprise. I love you. I don't think Enterprise is not teaching their employees about CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our family loves travel so we uses rental car at least 8 times a year because we need big car for it. I will never use enterprise again in my life. Plus, I will write this on all the review websites and apps.

Very disappointed in customer service. I had my car stolen from my hotel at 1 am on a Saturday. I live in NV and car was stolen in Los Angeles. So I have luggage, my 2 girls 13 and 10 with me. Discover car stolen at 10am. Once my insurance setup the rental with enterprise at 11 my wait began. At 1230 I tried to call the location since no one had contacted me yet(was previously busy with police report) only to find put the location closed at 12! I got through to general customer service. Explained the situation. The woman asked me how long I planned to have the vehicle at least 3 times. I had to keep explaining my car has been stolen I have no idea. Unfortunately there is a car shortage and only one location was open until 2pm. They only had a luxury sports car and a cargo van. She proceed to tell me well sorry there is nothing we can do to help, you'll have to wait until Monday! That's it, no try going to the airport see if anything is available. Nothing!! Just well you're stranded until Monday have a good weekend.

Ok so the company as a whole needs to be more efficient with their online booking process and execution. That said, this location is spot on with customer service and the overall car renting process. I have been there twice, both of which I made a reservation online only to have it not available at the location (I mean why have a reservation process where you pick the location???) Anyway, that was almost moot anyway based on talking with the reps and getting what actually fit my individual needs better that what I reserved. They were courteous, personable and genuinely helpful (a quality often forgotten by companies these days...) Anything even remotely negative was resolved and more than made better. The whole team, management, associates, runners, etc., all stellar! Hate to know what their interview process is like to have such solidly well trained, efficient, well mannered employees. It' can't be luck... Other companies should take a queue from this office...

I have been living in KTown for almost 3 years (with no car), and previously rented from an Enterprise in Glendale since they offer after-hours drop offs. I rented a car from here in KTown for the Holidays because I didn't need to use the after-hours drop off, but after my experience here, I won't be going to Glendale anymore. My main point of contact was Andy, who delivered exceptional customer service from start to finish, but really everyone on the team helped me out in one way or another on the day I picked up the rental. I needed to make an adjustment to the drivers allowed to drive my rental, and someone there made that process very easy for me even after I left the facility. They both went above and beyond for me and took a lot of stress off during the Holidays, plus this location is central to much of the KTown area. While I don't rent cars more than once or twice a year, this specific Enterprise has earned my business as long as I'm here!

Called ahead to see if they had a specific car (11:45am on 8/12/15). The woman (Lisa, maybe?) said they typically do but she can't guarantee it. I informed her I was calling around, and only about five minutes away, and if they had one I'd come pick it up now. She said she could only tell me what class they have, not the cars. I said I appreciated that they don't reserve specific cars, but that I just want to know if they have it right now in stock - knowing they can't promise it will still be there in five minutes. She refused to tell me if they had the car in stock. She simply wouldn't answer the question. How hard is a yes or no about even having one at all? It sounded like she just didn't want to get up and check. I'll rent elsewhere.

I have been a long time Enterprise customer and this is the WORSE exotic car rental experience. Paying a premium price specially during these unprecedented times to keep your family safe and comfortable should get a deserving customer service and good condition vehicle. The vehicle is not prep to go and with alot of problems. From smelly odor from the a/c, liquid discharge from a/c vents unvacuum floor carpets, visor stains and software updates to name a few. This branch should up their game if they want repeating HAPPY customers. The shortcomings of others does not reflect the mission and vision of the company. These need to be address by corporate management accordingly.

I'm super late but Kyle really took care of me. I called 3 or 4 locations for car availability. I was ss back and forth. Kyle was honest with me and said "right now, there is very limited or no availability of small cars". I typically drive a honda fit, which was at the shop. I unexpectedly received a call the next day and it was Kyle, who had remained on the look out for me. I truly felt taken care of. I've never received so much amazing customer service throughout my entire experience with any car rental company. He was personable, down to earth, and genuine. He seemed cery knowledgeable, engaged, and proud in his work. Truly appreciate you, Kyle. Thank you!

The worst service I have ever had in my life. I don't even wanna give them a single star. Both managers are not professional, they don't know what they are doing. All employees are so rude and not helpful. Will send details to Customer service department. I seriously recommend people who are looking at this review to try other location or other car rental companies. There are lots of rental companies in LA. TERRIBLE. I wonder why they don't quit this job even thou they don't have any passion or job commitment. I would never go back, and I will post this every travel website as many as possible so people don't put themselves into trouble.

I am a long term renter from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and I keep coming back, because they seem to really care about their customers. Their service has always been very good. The few times, I had a problem, the representatives, made an effort to make me feel better, about the company, by discounting some of the rental fee. Not much, but the offer, and the sincerity of the offer, made me feel good, made me feel that I mattered. I am renting tomorrow and next week, and the thought of dealing with any other company, makes me anxious. Thanks to the employees and the company itself.

Although there was a very long line when i came, the service is very friendly and they are not rude at all despite them being stressed about having too many customers to attend to. Other places, they will give you attitude when they are already stressed from handling too many people. This place tries to accommodate your needs by providing you with a different vehicle when the one you rented isn't available and for no additional cost as well. Simply no issues with renting from this place or from these guys. They are very professional and easy to return vehicle.

I've been renting from Enterprise for many year and I'm amazed at how they keep getting better. Not that they were bad before but when companies grow some have shifted focus to bottom line and lost sight of customer relations. I applaud Enterprise for the continued excellent service, from flexible reservations, to the excellent staff that greeted me with a smile, made me feel secure wearing a mask, and always welcome me and pay attention to my needs and not the bottom line. Enterprise on 4550 Beverly Blvd. the staff have excellent customer service. The smile the staff have on their faces even when the lobby is full of people waiting to rent a vehicle they always take the time out to say "we will be with shortly" and then when they are ready to help you they apologize for the wait. This awesome because these days people be in a hurry and forget to be cordial to each other. Want to thank R.J., Erica, Davis, Artis for always meeting and greeting me with respect and courtesy.

Customer service as usual is really good, Julian helped me with the car, the problem was that all of the cars he had available was not cleaned at all, and others were with really bad tires. This is the second time that I experienced this problem during this Year. At the end I just took one car because I was getting late to work,which I had to cleaned myself, and after driving it for a day the brakes started making noise (bad brakes) This was not a good experience.

I rent a car from here to family road trip because my mom and brother visited me from Korea. I had an amazing experience with Enterprise. My main contact person was Andy and he literally took care about everything. He was so polite to my mom (who cannot speaks English,) and I really appreciate it. When I contact to enterprise to ask something, they immediately response. This is my first time to rent a car and I will use this company forever. Thank you, guys!!

The service reps at this locations are always nice. Most of the time they always try to make sure that I'm happy with the vehicle I'm renting. The only thing I don't like is that they switch their employees around too much as a company in whole. It may be 3 months and when I go back there always seem to be somebody new until the whole office has all new people. It's nice to be able to build a rapport with the reps, but can't due to the constant changing.

These guys deserve more than five stars; I've had a lot of car trouble over the past year and have probably been here four times and have had only amazing experiences. They've accommodated every request and go out of their way to save me time and money. I can't recommend them highly enough and will be a loyal customer as long as I live in LA. Be very careful when rent a car here, even if you make a reservation in advance. After waiting almost an hour, the associate informed me that they did not have the car I had requested - ok upgrade? - well the upgrade was dirty, smelled like smoke and used twice as much fuel. I tried reaching out to the manager, but he would not return by phone calls or emails. This is very unfortunate. I've had really good experiences with Enterprise in the past.

The guys were nice in the process, but unfortunately had to deal a horrible smell of weed. The date for the pick up wasn’t able to caught it right away because they had just cleaned the car, but the next day first thing in the morning which is when I had to drive. As soon as I open the door the smell was so strong, what upset me was the fact that I couldn’t go back and exchange it because I was scheduled to be at a certain time in San Francisco.

Came in to get a car that the insurance company was going to pay for and they didn't have anything and told me to make a reservation for Monday. I come in on Monday and the only car they had was a pickup truck. And they said they could give it to me at the insurance company price because they were not using it. What is the point of making a reservation when cars are not even available? I went to the hillHurst location and got a vehicle there.

a bad experience with the employee named George - it's funny that such a person says they don't speak Spanish. a perfect idiot. I had to pay Uber to get back to my house without renting the car ... this person is not the right person to deal with clients. you don't give solutions ... just a bad reputation for the company, bad customer service ... .... you are really a shame george for your company using that position and bad attitude

Decent selection of mostly brand new cars (life hack: don't rent anything you wouldn't own yourself, e.g. Nissan, GM, Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep etc.). The employees are professional and friendly. Rates are decent, but if you have AAA, have them make a reservation for you; you might get a pretty good discount. If your auto insurance doesn't have full coverage, the $16 (minimum) for the bumper-to-bumper coverage is worth it.

didn't have any cars, even though I had a reservation. shuttled us to a different location. Didn't have the car we reserved at that one either. tried to get us to take a suburban. we were about to take a road trip up the coast. no thanks. terrible. luckily when we returned the car in Seattle, the service was much better. the entire ordeal of picking up or car took almost 2 hours.

I called customer service and was offered the Labor Day weekend special for only $86 with 300 miles credit. When i got to the Beverly office, i ended paying $102. I would like to request that next time to explain better to your customers the special offers and elaborate options so that customers like me won't be surprised by the difference in cost when we come in to your office.

Tanya at the front desk is fantastic! I was returning my car to this location on a very busy holiday weekend day. She had a line of many customers and was respectful and solution oriented with everyone she helped. Recently rented from here and had a great experience. Although the wait to pick up a car may be a little bit longer than usual, this is all for safety measures around COVID, so I didn't mind at all. All employees wear masks, and you wait outside to begin your check in process. I feel very safe renting from this location which is very important to me during this time.

I understand it is not the person who helped me to do get the car but manager is being a selfish person make me walk 2 miles on hot sun to go pick my rental . Shane on them.

Customer Service is amazing here! Staff is not only good looking but always smiling. Customers are helped promptly or as fast as possible. I have heard staff add perks to the deals on rentals if they've experienced any inconveniences (so that's nice). I have always had good experiences at this location and highly recommend doing business here. :)

Sam took care of us. Great service. Fast too I was amazed by how patient Sam was. He let me look at my options and chose between multiple cars in the category I booked. If I could leave zero stars I would.. I reserved specifically a convertible mustang 2 weeks ahead of time for the 4th of July weekend... I even spoke to a representative named Christian the day before I had planned to pick it up and he assured me they had it.. I get there to pick up and they don't have it. Pure waste of my time!

The Hancock location is the best location that I've used with you guys. The crew there is incredibly nice and straightforward with all the requirements and rentals. The room was large, spacious and clean and an easy 10 minute drive to nearly everything in Santa Fe. The breakfast each morning was wonderful and calm and the exercise room had everything needed. I stayed for 4 nights and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Santa Fe.
