I never write reviews however I felt compelled to share this after my recent experience. I rented a one way car rental from Long Beach to the Rancho Bernardo location (flew in from a business trip to Long Beach Airport at and needed to get home) and drove straight from the LB Airport Enterprise at 7PM to my driveway in Rancho Bernardo at 9PM then dropped car off first thing the next morning to the RB store where I was then charged $576.10 for damage that was already on the car. The guy pointed out a dimple that you had to look at it from the perfect angle with the light just right to even see (that was also covered in road dust so it was obviously pre existing). I would have never picked it up in my walk around. Very disappointed. I feel totally SCAMMED. I travel extensively for work and I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again. If I could give them a 0 I would.

This was one of those experiences that just make you wonder what is wrong with people and what happened with the value of Customer Service! The man with no name tag appeared to be the manager. I had a reservation already and he acted annoyed by my very presence. He said i needed to give a credit card for this vehicle, yet the order went through just fine on line with what was supposed to be a "speedy checkout." I did not feel comfortable, so I asked for a substitution....he totally ignored me with no sense of concern, since i was now stranded. I went on line, and there was a few selection available, so he completely lied. On my way out I just staded "wow, the worst service ever", then he got aggressive....he had no name tag. I wonder what kind of standards does this place have? Awful experience. What a smuck!

Easy to rent car at this location. Have rented from Enterprise for many years. The only problem Enterprise needs to quit doing is the following: Asking if you "want unlimited mileage on their rental specials for an additional $10.00?" They failed to add that the $10.00 applies to EVERY DAY you rent the car, NOT a one-time charge! So instead of paying the special $9.99 per day rental fee, you would end up paying $19.99 PER DAY for your car. Thank goodness I asked if this was a one time charge to which they said NO, it's an additional daily charge. I wonder how many people have fallen for this tactic not realizing they are increasing your rental fee. This is very sneaky at the least.

I went to pick up my rental car at 10:00 am with the confirmation in my hand, I was asked I have to wait till 4:30 pm as they do not have any! They promised to pick us up at that time. I called at 4:30 pm and I was told they forgot and that the driver will be on his way [I live 2 miles away only]. Only at 5:30 pm that the driver showed up. Upon returning the car, I was charged for a GPS that I did not rent with the car. And the saga continues ...enough now. I was told they will start charging me starting the following day since I got the car at 5:30 pm, but when I went to turn in the car, the lady there told me she had no idea about this deal ! Do you think I will come back ?

When I rented the vehicle, I was taken out to the car and put in the drivers seat. The woman proceeded to mark places on the form where I was to sign and initial. She said something about me not being worried about things like a rock hitting my windshield because I was covered for that. Little did I realize, I was agreeing to extended additional coverage that was nearly as much as the daily rental rate. I don't find that this is an ethical way to treat people. It does help Enterprise with more profit at my expense since I have great coverage already with my State Farm policy. Beware.

I tried renting their compact for a day and I thought I had booked a car over the phone but I got a call later saying that they did not have anything available until 4:30. I am giving them 2 stars because I went and shopped around for rentals with other companies and I was being charged way too much for a compact. I have fairly mixed experience with enterprise but I will definitely do research before going with them again.

Very Professional and polite. We had a problem with the gas gauge and left us on the freeway with no gas and they were going to charge us $94, when we returned it to the store, not that they only charged us $22 + gave us one of the days for free as a courtesy! Also love the fact that they give you ride for pick up and dropping off the car.

NO EMERALD CLUB UPGRADES! If you book a midsize car expecting emerald aisle choose your own vehicle, that is not available at this location due to its small size. If you book a midsize car they will most likely give you a midsize car. I would have rented from a different location had I known this. Service is otherwise great.

Dishonest staff. They will not honor their commitment. If your car is not working properly they will try to send you to the original place that you rented your car from or they will offer you an insanely expensive car instead Bottom line is that they don't care about customers. I will never rent from them ever again.

ALWAYS a friendly customer-oriented staff with good attention to detail and overall customer satisfaction. When in the Del Sur - Rancho Bernardo area I always rent with this team..in fact, wherever I am I always rent with Enterprise. However I do want to publicly recognize the Rancho Bernardo team as EXCEPTIONAL.

The always try to find the type of car we need to rent and have it available to us when needed. We continue to go there for car rentals and recommend this Enterprise location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the car performed great. The only reason I took one star away was that the gas tank was not full when I picked up the car. It is hard to return it less than a full tank so either I pay huge prices for gas or overfill. It should be full when you pick up a car.

Excellent, friendly service and great rates. One of the nice things about Enterprise Rent-a-Car is that they come and pick you up (and drop you off) when starting/ending the rental. There may be distance and resource limitations but in my experience this has greatly reduced friction when renting a car!

I've rented from the Iberia Pl. locations for many years now and haven't had any issues. I've been provided with great customer service from rides to/from home and not long wait times when picking up or dropping of rentals. I'd recommend this Enterprise Rent-A-Car facility to anyone.

This place is absolutely horrible. They do not have an after hours drop off box so they force you to pay for an extra day. They also force you to buy insurance if you add another driver. None of this was disclosed when we booked online. I will never rent from Enterprise again.

Once again they went out of their way to take care of my car needs with the up most care. They come to pick me up and also drive me back so all I've have to do is be on time. Rented many other Car Rental Companies and Enterprise leasing services have never disappointed.

Not prepared for "back to normal" services. They never have any cars available. They don't give you phone numbers for direct telephone calls at the site. 800# only. Call Centers aren't even in the city four state that you're renting a car phone from.

My car needed repair immediately, I dropped it at a shop on Miramar rd, went to the enterprise there, no cars, came back to Poway no cars there, was going into work in RB so I called RB to reserve a car for after and Melissa was amazing she

I have rented a few times from them and each time they were profetional and very efficient!! Once we had the car for almost 2 weeks and a few other times just for the weekend. The rates are Awsome and better car selection to choose from

Manager is full of excuses , she said car is ready in 5 min and took 20 min , my booking time was 9:30 am and I showed up at 10:00 , she said our policy is to hold 30 min , overall she made me wait 30 mins
