I want to preface this by sharing that this review is not solely for the Hillhurst Ave location, but for Enterprise as a whole. My experience this weekend was a disaster and I will be sharing the details across a few different platforms. I have used Enterprise for many years, and have gone to this location once before, and have always been had a positive rental experience. I picked a car up at the Hillhurst location on Friday morning. I arrived 5min past my pickup time so I was a little late, but was informed upon arrival that none of the cars they had available currently were in the compact category that I had reserved. I was given the option to wait or to take a minivan. As I was driving this car out to Yucca Valley, I opted to wait and it took all of 10min for a compact car to arrive. The associate who inspected the car with me inquired if I wanted it cleaned which I declined as I was going out to a very dusty environment. After I took the car, I received a warning message ‘Change Engine Oil Soon,’ which caused concern. I called Enterprise who said I should disregard this message. Then, I opened the center console and found trash, a dirty mason jar, a pair of heels, and a plastic bag with clothing in it. It just made me feel weird... I know I opted out of cleaning the car but I suppose I would’ve expected they check that. None of this is of great importance or inconvenience for me, but what followed has truly changed my opinion of Enterprise as a whole. I originally scheduled a drop off of this car at the Yucca Valley Enterprise for Saturday at 12pm (as I was meeting a friend out there who would subsequently be driving me back to LA on Sunday). I ended up calling Enterprise Hillhurst on Saturday morning to see if I could extend my reservation and drop the car off on Sunday morning in Yucca Valley. The associate confirmed with me over the phone that the Yucca location was open on Sunday, and modified the reservation for me. Sunday morning came, and as I typed in the Yucca Valley Enterprise address, it showed as closed. I immediately called the location, and they were in fact, closed. So then I called the Enterprise mainline customer service number to see what my options were. The first representative I spoke to, Valentin, was the most disrespectful, rude, and unhelpful customer service rep I have ever spoken to. He offered no solutions, did not listen to my concerns, and even when I inquired about extending the reservation one more day and returning the car to the location in Los Angeles, he said he would have to charge me the extra day. This makes NO sense. This was a company error, and I should not have to pay for that. When I shared that with him he stated ‘I’m sorry that the answer isn’t what you want to hear but I can’t do anything about that.’ After going back and forth with him like this for 10 minutes, I asked to be transferred to someone else because it felt like I was talking to a brick wall. So insensitive and disrespectful and frustrating. The second associate was at least willing to discuss possible solutions and to offer them, but he was equally unapologetic for the company error. I ultimately opted to keep the car one more day and drive it back to LA and the associate waived the charge for the additional day, but this experience was stressful, frustrating, and ruined my weekend. I felt talked down to by the associates I spoke with over the phone who, again, are not at the Hillhurst location, but they are the reps that are supposed to help resolve these issues. And ultimately, the biggest error was the Hillhurst associate I spoke with on Saturday morning who confirmed that Yucca Valley would be open, and they were not open. If I had known they would be closed, I would’ve just returned the car on Saturday and I would still have a fairly good opinion of Enterprise. Unfortunately this has been such a horrible experience that I will never rent from Enterprise again. I’m returning the car tomorrow to Hillhurst and will share this info in person, and that will be it.

This was my 2nd or 3rd rental from this location, My Corp. rents 20 to 30 cars yearly including usage by employees in addition my family rents a dozen or more times yearly.. I was very happy with the pick up and the Vehicle (Rate that 10 )! Where you loss my business at this location came when I returned the Truck.... During the pre-rental, the Fuel was slightly above 1/2 tank, when I returned the truck I had just left the gas station and put $40 into the tank and the truck gauge read straight up 1/2 tank.. I was told that I would be charged another $17.89 for a fuel charge, told the fuel read 11/16 when I left.. I tried to explain that 11/16 is almost 3/4 tank and that was incorrect that it was slightly the gauge was slightly above 1/2 that would be 9/16 at best... after being told a sales speech about how it is automatic read and adjusted, which I responded that's not correct I return vehicles all the time with more gas than when I left and it does not credit... and there has been times when I rent vehicles and they have told me because of last rental was returned with more gas just return with less... I also explained that it was ridiculous and never had I rental a car with 16th percent of gas, 1/4- 1/2- 3/4 full yes but 16th never.. after a lengthy discussion I had to drive 4 blocks to a gas station put in $7 (Gal and 1/2) and drive back to return vehicle.. Truly believe this is not the way to due business, Especially when dealing with an account that is set in in your system with an corporate account number... An account that uses your vehicles both person and business.. As a business I would have never treated one of my customer in this manner! I have been renting from this office since it opened. I have rented cars literally hundreds of times in the past 20 years or so. On this occasion I chose to use my Bank visa card as opposed to my credit card. I need to keep my credit card open as I have a very sick animal at home. I've done it many times. This office changes staff a lot. The girl at the desk treated me like I either had a mental disability or was a homeless person I couldn't figure out which. She actually told me I was lucky they didn't run a credit check on me like other car rental places do. Then she proceeded to very slowly explain to me how to apply for credit card. The whole experience was insulting and bizarre. I explained to her I was a Plus card member and was actually paying for part of the rental with my loyalty points so obviously I was a frequent renter. I told her she was being incredibly rude. I believe her name was Ali. Luckily another young lady took over who was extremely Pleasant and provided excellent customer service so the experience wasn't a complete loss. If there was another car rental place closer I would not use this particular office again. Simply because of the constant turnover of employees. It is comforting when you walk into an office and they know you say hello and are friendly. This particular young lady did not know me and made a judgment call based on the simple fact I was choosing to use a Bank visa as opposed to a regular credit card. I did not feel I had to explain my reasons. But it certainly did seem like she was trying her best to be little and be condescending.

Customer Service was wonderful. I want to start with this positive aspect of my experience. Dalhia was open to listening to my concerns and met my needs after I voiced my complaints. I called the agency the day before my rental to confirm that I would be there at 8am. They confirmed that my name was in the system and that my car would be ready. I got to the rental agency and was given a Nissan Centra. Great, this is the car category that I had chosen. We walked around the car to check for damages. We opened the car and it was dirty. The agent noticed the dirtiness as well and asked if I wanted the car cleaned. I had no time to get that done since I was on a timeline. Crumbs, old receipts and dirty windshields. This was not the best way to start the rental. I started the car and the tank had only 1/4 tank left which was a bummer because I had more miles to go than what was left in the tank. I drove away and two alarms turned on after a couple of miles: the front radar was not working and the tire pressure was low in a tire. Ultimately, they gave me a car that was not ready, didn't feel safe to drive and that I nicknamed: "Junk Bucket" because that's what it was. This is my second experience with this agency and the second experience that was more than poor. Too bad and won't use their services again.

I first placed my reservation with your Gower location in Hollywood. I was thrilled because they said they had small SUV's avalible and I needed it to do a work project. They even had a deal to get a upgrade and I used my enterprise + points to get a very small discount. I needed to rent to have repairs done on my BMW X5 and hours later after turning in my car to the mechanic as I waited for my Uber to go and pick up the rental. I get a phone call informing me that they had no cars at all at the Gower location. (3 blocks from my home)Sorry but we screwed up . I had to practically beg for them to find another car. They said I should call another location to see if they had something. I had to ask him to call and find out what they had. He found a car ,Well it was a huge Dodge Ram pickup that I had to jump up into to drive. I had to get extra damage insurance $60.00 because I was afraid to drive the car. They had waited to late in the day for me to call another company and I was stranded at the repair shop. and the Uber drive was now over $0.00 for the round trip. When I got the truck the gas was bone dry and barely made it to a gas station. The whole experence was a nightmare.

A friend of mine rented a car online in the morning and with reservation for the vehicle made we took an uber from his house which the uber was a short jont from . once we got there they prompted us to wait outside in the blazing heat . after waiting on 10 minutes the enterprise associate came outside and said that even though we reserved a car they were backlogged 7 cars and we couldn't rent a car that day due to it being memorial day weekend . My friend then asked if enterprise would take him back to his house and he said that they only take ppl 2 miles away and his house was 3.4 miles away so he reluctantly said yes but that it would be a 20 minute wait . So if you rent a car from enterprise don't wait till the morning of because a reservation made doesn't always ensure your going to get a vehicle if its a busy weekend ..not reliable uncooperative and not very accommodating . I'd go as far as to say flat out rude . They should have informed my friend before arrival that he wouldn't be able to rent a car .

When I wasn’t able to get the 7 seater because I didn’t have a credit car, the guy helping me just said that “ yeah I can’t let you take the 7 seater. We have a small suv, and since I didn’t have a choice I took it, he didn’t review the walk around the car didn’t even check how much gas was in the car, non of the procedures that enterprise does before realizing the car to you were done I’m very disappointed at this enterprise located at 1608 Hillhurts Ave. Los Angeles CA, 90011.not to mention the key I was handed didn’t even have the key to open the door in case the controll battery ran out, or was low. I almost got stranded because I wasn’t able to unlock the car, and it would have taking 1 hr for a tow truck to pick me up and take to a dealership to get another car, I ended opening the back part of the key control to move the battery around and only then I was able to unlock the car. I lost about 45 minutes of my trip. Because the gave me a faulty key.

Very unresponsive service. I received my rental car through State Farm insurance.They hold my $300 for security and told me when they have authorization they will transfer it back. They never told me that insurance company didn't reach them, I needed to check with them to find out, for some reason they are unable to communicate with insurance company even though they have the claim number and everything they need to reach them. Other big problem, I left my camera in the car, then I called them about this, couple times (because they are telling me to wait and after a while they were hanging up and not calling me back) and finally they told me that checked with vacuum cleaners for a minute maybe and they said that they don't have it, they were a little careless. I know lost items are not Enterprise's responsibility, but I really didn't get any satisfying help and feedback about this. Unfortunately this whole experience was very frustrating, unsatisfying.

Not impressed. The service at the branch In silver Lake/Los Feliz area offered customer Service with a twist. The person “helping me” kept asking for hook ups from my job and tried making it seem like he was doing me personal favors to get the price of my rental down. I booked the reservation online, he tried charging me more than what was quoted. He seemed somewhat combative, he finished just about every sentence with a rebuttal to any of my comments and was all about “educating” the other customers requesting service. The service came across as disjointed. Covid of course was the response to their way of service but I think that’s an overused excuse; the branch in Glendale is experiencing the same issues, I’m sure, yet their service was MUCH better and more organized. I believe in giving the benefit of doubt but Enterprise, do better and be better. I’ll remain loyal because of past experiences but please don’t let me down, again.

We rent vehicles at Enterprise quite frequently. Almost monthly. Our experience has been great. Renting has never been so easy and convenient. Staff are helpful and have mastered customer service. However, the last time we we there (2/5), not so much. I guess they stopped giving the AAA discount. I get it, but it’s interaction that bothered me. The manager was curt and seemed unhappy as she “scolded” us about AAA discounts has not been honored since last year and added that we haven’t rented in 2 months. It felt very odd. This whole time we understood we have been receiving the discount because we have not been told otherwise each time we asked for it. We live in the neighborhood and appreciate the location of this rental place. We are professionals who work for the nearby medical center. That is no way to treat customers. She seemed very unhappy that day and used us to unload her frustrations. Not cool.

The staff is great personally but the car I was given wasn't cleaned and reeked of cologne or air freshener or I don't know what but I had to keep the windows down or get nauseated. I HATE calling the company because when you're put on hold, as you inevitably are, it's a LOUD, NONSTOP COMMERCIAL for a company you're already calling. The message starts out with how much they value customers, but if they really valued customers, they wouldn't subject us to nonstop annoying chatter, and you can't turn it down because you're waiting for a live person. THEN to make matters worse, the hold cycle includes the phone ringing and you think someone is going to pick up, but they fool you because it's just another recording. I cannot tell you how annoying and disrespectful that is. The next time I rent a car, I'll probably rent from another company just to avoid serious annoyance.

It's too bad that there are some poor reviews for this location because I have never had a negative experience with this branch even once over the last 10-11 years when I've needed to rent a car. I used to live in the neighborhood and I moved away about a year ago and started going to the Hancock Park location since it's closer, but after a couple or three times ending up with cars that were dirty and in need of repair, I returned to the Hillhurst location even though it's out of my way and I'm out of their free ride range. I recently again had a very positive experience with this location and had the chance again to rent a Dodge Charger from them for the drive to Vegas for New Year's. This is a very popular branch and they do brisk business, so you would do well to plan ahead if you can and make a reservation to ensure top-notch service and availability.

Very kind, courteous, and helpful. 1) Without me asking or even so much as pointing out, they automatically gave me a deep discount due to the interior not being all tidy. 2) They kindly assisted me with technical questions concerning the vehicle. 3) Initially, before signing and completing the transaction, I was offered to purchase coverage, which I did. This came as a surprise since it did not come up during the call when I made the reservation over the phone, despite pressing the agent to disclose any and all potential additional fees or charges that might occur. However, when I mentioned this to an employee upon returning the vehicle, again, without me even asking, the coverage fee was automatically waved. I can't say enough nice things about the service. Have rented here before and will again. Highly recommended.

As a Hertz Gold member, I have just received the worst customer service from the Enterprise The girl who picked me up was so kind and considerate ! She gave great customer service!! However Katie the Manager was beyond rude and did nothing to provide great customer service. She would not let any of her employees drop me back off where they picked me up! Call logs show it was 5:45pm. They were open! Not closed and The location where they picked me up is 1.4 miles away!!!! Not once did she say “i am sorry I know we are about to close let me see what I can do, especially since we picked you up and its only 1.4m away Therefore, I will remain a loyal client to Hertz ! Called Mercury to cancel my reservation which they were paying for and called the body repair shop to complain as well!

Have rented here several times always OK. This last time when we returned the car we had left a bag in the trunk. That was our fault. But when they accepted the returned car they neglected to check trunk(seems pretty basic there could be anything in there) they rented same car to new customer before we realized where the bag was. I call and dropped by and they were very nice about locating car and tried to get new renter to return bag??? It never happened and we were never contacted. When my son who lives in the neighborhood inquired a week after he was told the bag was at another enterprise 20miles away and he would have to get it. They are suppose to check trunk when a car is returned and they could certainly make the effort to get the bag.

The car they gave me wouldn’t start after a week of driving it. I called and spoke to the “manager” about swapping it out but they said they had no inventory and would call me back by end of day with an inventory iodate. They never did. I called back THREE TIMES over 12 hours and each time was in hold for over ten minutes with no answer. I could even hear them pick up and put me back on hold! They said if they have too many customer there they cant always answer the phone. Uhm then hire a secretary. Phone customers aren’t any less worthy of service than in-person customers. TERRIBLE customer service. I mean- THEIR CAR would not start and is parked on the street in a street cleaning zone- you’d think they would be concerned about that!

I live here in Los Feliz and I go to the Enterprise conveniently located in walking distance on Hillhurst. I’m the kind of guy that sticks with something once I find a good thing. Cars are cars, so what keeps me a loyal customer is their service. They’re like that old school neighborhood business. They have always taken good care of me. They have always been more than reasonable. And not just me, I’ve overheard when they deal with other customers. I wish all the other businesses I deal with treated me this well, I mean they’re better than fair, they go the extra distance. If you aren’t happy with them then you won’t be anywhere. Trust them. The least I can do to show my appreciation is write them an honest review.

Went into this location after we almost died in a hit and run to get a rental car, that we selected through our car insurance. We were careful to choose a car that was well below the allowed amount, including taxes. The gentleman who helped us put us in one of the two cars available, which was apparently more $ per day than allowed by our insurance. When we returned the car there was an outstanding bill, even though this rental was fully covered by car insurance. Called to explain that we chose a car online and that car was not available, and ask that they adjust the rate to reflect what we agreed upon. No dice. No manager would get on the phone. Really polite staff, but they will rob you. Buyer beware.

I don't do reviews but this one is a must. I rented a cars in the past. But this branch blows all off the map no pun intended just being an honest review. Hunter, Marisa, Butch and Briana or Bree go way beyond above and beyond. Courteous and kind people. We got Hunter with an amazing attitude that no other can do but good ol' Hunter. It sad to see Butch going to another branch but he was awesome too! and Bree we can't forget Bree. She has a very entertaining soul and pretty too. That is important in business, attitude is always. I am definitely coming back here for my rental needs!!! Go ENTERPRISE Hillhurst for the win. I live in Victorville but I am willing to shoot out here just to rent a car!!!

I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy! I rented a car from this place for 37 days. They put a 5 day hold oops 6 days Monday is a holiday on my $200 deposit, when Anthony said it would be credited immediately when I returned the car. Anthony gave me a car with 3/4 of a tank of gas (I took a picture), which I returned full, I have the receipt. He then proceeds to offer the customer returning a car ahead of me if she needed to be dropped off anywhere. That's NOT an offer he made to me! I would walk 100 miles before I gave them one more cent. But, thanks to my banking institution, they had my back. They gave me what everyone wants REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Take note Enterprise!

local auto shop rented a car for me and after watching how the staff treated other customers (refusing a free upgrade on a weekly rental when the customer refused to take an electric) i was right to be worried. when i expressed frustration that they wanted to bill my card the young, aggressive attendant (said his name was albert) said "i'm not renting to you" and left me stranded. after i called the auto shop to pick me up he then came over and asked if i still wanted to rent a car. after i told him no, he stood next to me and stared threatening at me. i asked if he had a problem he said "yes, you can leave the property" unacceptable and unprofessional.

I really would like to give these guys 5 stars. They were nice and professional. But when I returned my car, I realized that had charged me over $200 for extra insurance. I did not okay this. In fact my insurance covers rental cars. The way they did it was really slippery... As I was outside checking out the car and getting ready to drive away, the Enterprise guy said "so just regular insurance" I said "yes I have it." I signed the contract without going back in the office. He did not go over this charge with me! BEWARE, this is a tactic I've heard rental car sales people use. To top it off, I've called three times and no one calls me back.

Absolutely horrible! They don't tell you that you need a deposit which I kinda knew I needed but they should let people know for sure. Also, they didn't tell me I needed a credit card when I only had debit available on me only being 3,000 miles from home. They charged me over $100 in insurance money in advance and I never even got to use the car when I clearly HAD the money to pay for it. And when I told them I had a reservation, the guy said "no you dont" before even asking me my name. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! They messed our vacation all up and it was so stressful trying to find an Uber to go everywhere and being robbed of over $100!!

I was having a really hard day after my car got vandalised and I needed a rental pretty quick so that i could get to work and get on with life. Sevan was so cool and really kind and because of the way things were set up I had to come in two times (insurance coverage stuff on my end) and he made it so so easy and the paper work was super fast as well. No hard sells for anything extra. Even when I declined the original car he offered to me (minivan, yikes) he was so nice about it. Hillhurst Enterprise is lucky to have him, and I was lucky to get him as my coordinator. The other guy that was working was not as cool or friendly or anything.

I was dealing with a difficult car repair and Stacy made my car rental one thing I didn’t have to worry about. I was supposed to pick up my car and when I went to get it and return my rental my car was not fixed. I had to call last minute about not returning and Stacy was so nice and reassuring told me not to worry just keep her in the loop and she would make this one less thing I had to worry about. I used to come here with excitement because they used to take such good care of us. I just found out that all the managers changed locations and a new batch has been placed here. Let me start by saying they never have the cars available that you have reserved here, and when you ask why they give you attitude and looks like we’re crazy for asking questions. Anyway the now manager Mark seems to not really care about the customer service he’s providing while representing Enterprise rent a center. 5/9/22 Service redemption! Julian was great helping me return my rental and was extremely professional. Thanks !

AVOID. They charged me double the agreed to rate after having to switch out my rental due to a severe and dangerous alignment issue. I was informed I would be comped 2 days as well as billed 16.00 less per day than my original weekly contract. But nope, they not only charged the original fee but 40 additional dollars ! I currently have a dispute filed with my credit card company because the manager and supervisor couldn’t be bothered to correct this error or keep their word. I will also be going to the Better Business Bureau. What a hassle.

Got a car key that was faulty, almost got stranded because I wasn’t able to unlock the car due to the battery being very low, and even putting the key next to the door of the car wasn’t unlocking the car, also when I got the car the guy didn’t do no walk around the car didn’t check how much gas the car had, and I feel like the fact that i wasn’t able to get the 7 seater car that i had reserved due to not having a credit card, the guy seems upset and didn’t even try to accommodate or try to work with me, very disappointed at this enterprise

This team really went above and beyond to make my experience the absolute best. This incident isnt even something they needed to concern themselves with, but I had lost my earring in the parking lot and I swear every member of that team at some point at least attempted to help me look for it, and just when I had given up, one of them found it under a tire of a car next to mine. In the past month ive rented three vehicles from the enterprise office in loz feliz,ca. I can honesty say that the employees there have all been extremely professional,curtious,and have made my rental experiences absolutely perfect,from check in to return.The vehicles are always clean,sanitized and ready to go.I must add that i rarely write reviews,but nowadays its rare to see exemplary customer service from such young employees.I have become a loyal lifetime customer of this enterprise location. Rented a Hyundai Accent for a week and a Santa Fe for four days afterwards. They came to pick me up and drove me to their shop to pick up the Accent, processed everything online, explained things clearly and I drove off with no problems. The second rental was pretty much the same. The staff were very friendly. Everything was done online with no paper documents! Only complaint was I had to ask them to email me the bill both times. Otherwise a very good experience. Besides, their rates were competitive.

Zero - 000000 stars :( Update: Enterprise is still Abandoning Large Vehicals here :( I Replied to thier resonce, and they have not respondeded :( I would actually give them a Big 0 NO star rating if possible. They continually abandon large vehicals for weeks at a time on residential streets, burdening the residents neighboring the business. And when you go ask them about moving the vehicals they just laugh or are rude. And continue to abandon the vehicals. Unneighborly, unprofessional, and entitled

This is a convenient Enterprise location for anyone on the east side, and the vehicle selection is top-notch. I’ve had nothing but accommodating and friendly interactions with the staff (renting multiple cars while mine is at a body shop), and I’m glad to know this is here for any needs that should come up in the future. It’s a small lot, but they seem to have lots of luxury cars every time I go. They have an efficient setup for COVID times as well - everything is outdoors and feels safe. 10/10

I had to drop off my car at the mechanic, get my rental car, and get to the class I teach by 10, and I was running late and cutting it close. The Enterprise worker met me at the mechanic's exactly on time and took me quickly through the process of getting my car--I made it on time to class! When I brought the car back, I guess I was a little early or something and the cost was actually less than I'd thought it would be. All the staff, just stellar, smart, efficient--I love Enterprise.

Manager, Rocky, at Hillhurst, Los Feliz Enterprise was absolutely terrible to work with. He begins his dealings with charm, and then within seconds he becomes belligerent and defensive. I've used this Enterprise location for years, and always had good experiences with customer service. Rocky is a nightmare. I complained to Corporate. They said someone would follow up. As of today, still no follow up. Enterprise is a great organization. Time for Rocky to be weeded out!

The Kia had 50,000 + miles on it, lots of dings and scratches and an AZ plate, which is a lot of miles and not the quality I’m used to at Enterprise. They use some kind of cleaner that leaves a thick film on the inside of the window, which makes it impossible to see in direct sun or at night, and quite dangerous. The electric windows and lock didn’t work, not great when you’re in crime ridden Hollywood. I hope they improve, otherwise will have to look elsewhere.

Joshua went out of his way to ensure I had the right vehicle based on my agreement and drove me to a different location to get it since there wasn’t one available at the Los Feliz location. The vehicle was perfect for our needs and I had no issues. When I returned the vehicle, the computer was trying to charge me more and the new manager, JC (?) made sure that was adjusted. I’be been using Enterprise for years and they have my full support and confidence.

Great service. Easy check in and out. Added covid protection. Each vehicle comes with verification that it has been extra cleaned. They moved their service and reception area outside underneath a tent so you can avoid the Sun but still be out in the open. I've always had great and friendly service. And they do have a wide and changing selection of vehicles. I've driven everything from a Buick SUV, a camaro, a mustang, and a really souped-up truck.

The staff at this location are great, super down to earth and friendly. I had a rental since my car was in the shop after an accident and they made the pickup/return process super easy and smooth. Definitely makes a difference having a stress-free rental car experience when you're already dealing with the stress of being in an accident/waiting for your car to be repaired. It took three hours to finally get a car, after reserving it online. When I received the vehicle the interior and exterior was dirty, covered in dirt outside and crumbs all over the back seat. I voiced my frustration to the agent, she had the detailing guy take care of it. After I recirved it only the outside was cleaned. For $300 dollars for five days, I expecteded better service, not to mention the big hole in the floor of the driver side.

Generally easy times to rent a car from there, although they do get busy in the mornings. I’ve always gotten the class of car I’ve gone in for, and returning has normally been a breeze. They’ve gone out of their way to try and get me a car in the lot that I’ve wanted but unfortunately failed on that occasion (it had a chip in the windscreen and they tried to get it fixed before I had to leave town later that day). Fantastic customer service. I waited one minute before we inspected the car and then I was quickly on my way. I received proactive text communication, which made it exceptionally easy to extend my rental time by a day. And returning the car was as fast and easy as when I picked it up. Suzy at this branch went way above and beyond to help us with a rental minivan / SUV that fits two car seats after our family car was totaled. There was some insurance billing mess (thx, insurance company), many weeks of extensions, and lots of other things that came up and Suzy made sure we didn't pay extra and always had a car during a global pandemic. Hope everyone there is able to stay safe in these times.

Be careful with car insurance claims! They pulled a fast one by giving us a more expensive car then we selected through Geico and then stuck us with the "taxes," and then avoided our phone calls for days until a manager rudely let us know that there was "nothing he could do." Had a car accident, and needed a rental car quickly while it was repaired. We got there in the last 10 minutes they were open on a Saturday and they got a car cleaned and ready for us right away. They charged me the wrong rate when I picked up the truck but they had no trouble refunding the difference when I called. Very helpful staff, much appreciated! I'm not giving 5 stars because they gave me a pickup with a spare tire but no jack; turned out I got a flat tire in Death Valley so this could of been very dangerous for us out there if it wasn't for the helpful local community

Had Great Experience! They picked me up from my home. They were out of mid-sized cars...they gave me a mustang convertible, at the same price for a mid-size car. I had to leave the State for my Aunts funeral. Enterprise didn't charge me for the week I was gone. I will only go back to Enterprise, Los Feliz..I have been back 8 times. Great customer service!

Rented a car for the Christmas holiday drive north to Berkeley. Process was very fast, and convenient. The return was even BETTER. I wish I remembered the name of the young man who helped me, but when he heard that the car suffered a coolant issue on our drive, he did NOT hesitate to make it right. Our company has rented cars here over many years . Most of the time it has been good service and glitch free, however it has had its problems. Almost never has the car have a full tank so count on getting gas also on a few occasions no car on the lot (small lot) Which is very irritating,particularly when you rent there as much as we do.
