I shared the following email to Envie Beauty in December. I am still waiting on their response. "My daughter and I attended your salon today for eyelash tints, lifts and an eyebrow wax for me. After waiting 20 minutes (which I understand, being so close to Christmas), my teenage daughter was told she had to "like" your business page on Facebook before being admitted. One of your staff took her phone from her hands to do this. Once in our treatment rooms, photos were taken of our faces without being asked (before shot for me and before and after for my daughter) My tint/lift was fine, however, when my wax was removed, some of my skin was ripped off* By the time we left the salon, I had been asked three times if I wanted to pay cash to receive $5 off. I was even told to go up to the bank to withdraw the money for them. Once outside, it was obvious that my daughter's tint was only visible at the root of her lashes. We returned to have this fixed and was told that she should have mentioned to the beautician that she had long eyelashes! I then waited outside for her for 45 minuets because apparently someone forgot she was in the room with tint on her eyelashes. We have frequented your business for many years but not any more. The whole experience was unprofessional and unacceptable" *Photo was included with the email. My eyelid still hadn't healed enough by Christmas for me to wear eyeshadow on it.

Worst beautician I've ever step foot in. I booked my appointment through the Online Booking service on their website last week, receiving also an email to confirm the appointment. When I arrived to the shop that day, I walked in through the door and said to a staff member that I had a booking, then the two asian ladies looked at each other with surprise, saying something in their language. They went to check on the computer and with a poor attitude, one of them looked at me and asked "what was your booking for?" I then said that it was for a Brazilian Wax. With an annoyed face she told me to follow her, leading me to the waxing room, saying that she'll be right back. I DIDN'T GET ANY SINGLE USE UNDIES, ANY TOWEL, ANYTHING AT ALL. I was left in this dirty room, where I was supposed to lay on a UNHYGIENIC beauty bed, next to a dirty trolley and a filthy bin full of previous people' hair. Two minutes later I've just LEFT the shop. I WOULD HAVE NOT PAID A SIGNLE DOLLAR FOR SUCH A POOR SERVICE LIKE THAT! THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS BOTHERING THEM. Envie Beauty Clinic, you deserve to shut down for good.

A Fantastic Nail Experience Here! After a long absence, I returned and found that the experience here has significantly improved. The staff members are friendly and attentive, providing me with professional and meticulous service. The nail technicians here are excellent, displaying precision and attention to detail. I am extremely satisfied with the final results. Furthermore, the team here is also creative and flexible in creating nail styles. I received wonderful suggestions and advice that perfectly suited my style. The cleanliness and safety measures are also ensured, giving me a sense of peace of mind. In summary, my experience here has been truly amazing. With high-quality service, skilled techniques, and a comfortable environment, it has provided me with a memorable nail experience. I am highly satisfied and will definitely return here in the future.

Poor time management, unprofessional and unclean. Overall Terrible service. All communication regarding the service went through a child, the nail techs didn’t speak to me just to the child who then relayed the message. Same tools were used on me as the person before. I ended up waiting over an hour and then leaving with only my previous nail polish having been removed. 6 clients waiting for treatment with only 2 nail techs working during which new customers were coming in asking how long the wait was then being told 10-15 minutes. Being understaffed is understandable but if that’s the case don’t waste people’s time by giving them false time frames that aren’t achievable.

Both myself and my husband had waxing done here. We are both disappointed at the hygeine. Disposable sheets on the bed had not been changed after the last client. There were spots of wax on the sheets from the last client. Did a shellac mani pedi today. Pedure was good. OPI was used, which was good. Manicure was not done properly. Dead skin was not properly removed around the nails. They used a brand called DND, which is not so good in quality. I just mentioned it to the beautician. She said 'You chose it'.. Well I only chose the color, not the brand. Plus I was only complaining about the quality, not the color. Anyways, time to find another nail studio.

I had my nails done here a few times. I get the sns done for my hands and shellac for my feet. I had my manicure done only last week, unfortunately, I had to go back after a week to get two nails fixed as the edges were a bit rough and one already has cracked. So when the lady repainted it she put the wrong colour. I mentioned to her it’s not the same colour as the other finger nails and she refused to admit she made a mistake. My family thought it was ridiculous that she couldn’t tell the difference! Before covid one lady also scarred my eyebrows from the wax. I’m not sure if I should continue supporting their business?.

We went back and asked them to remove the polish for a refund. They removed the polish but when I asked for a refund they blamed my daughter ("she must have touched something with her hands"). After they refused to provide a refund, I left, swearing to never return. Avoid this place at all costs. I should have checked out all the other 1-star reviews before coming here.

Today I visited Envie for the first time. What a really lovely experience. The nail technicians were friendly and very professional. The shop had a lovely feel and had soft music playing, including some classical music in the background making it the perfect place for people needing some self-care. It is probably the cleanest nail place I have been in a while. I’m so glad I chose this place to have my nails done and will def be back in a few weeks. Would highly recommend this place to get your nails done. Thank you.

Envie has been my families go to nail place since we moved to the area! The staff are so kind and friendly and very professional at doing their job. I am always warmly greeted with smiles! Lee is normally my artist who does my nails as I like to get designs and she does them to perfection! Every time I have shown her inspiration pictures she is effortlessly able to match it exactly! Lee’s lines and precision with designs is immaculate! I am always extremely happy seeing the results of my nails after I visit Envie!

If I could give 10 stars I would over and over again. I have been getting acrylic nails for over 30 years and the job the girls did on my nails today is the best I have ever had. From the moment I walked in I knew that I was going to experience true professionals. I will be returning once a fortnight to these lovely ladies

I Love this place, I have been going here since I moved to the area and have never thought about going anywhere else, they are always kind, patient and do beautiful work everytime I go !! Their customer service is great and my nails are always beyond my expectations :) make sure to drop by if you’re ever looking for great nails, eyebrows, eyelashes etc

The team at Envie are all wonderful, first visit last week and was very impressed the service. Special shout out for Lee for my new eyebrows, Naomi for a great pedi and foot massage for my tired feet, Lisa and Troy for my manicure and hand massage too. I’ll definitely be back and with the online booking it makes it so much easier.

I have returned to Envie clinic time and time again, Monica and her team are always professional and friendly ,and have looked after my skin and nails for five years now. Monica has recommended skin products that have been amazing! and really made a difference .I would strongly recommend that you give Envie Beauty clinic a try.

The salon is clean and the staff extremely friendly and talented. Every time I go for SNS and Shelac pedi, the outcome is perfect. Colour range is great, plus if you find Nancy nail images they can reproduce it. My nails last me up to 6 weeks and I’m rough with my nails. Envie Beaty keep doing what you are doing. ❤️❤️❤️

I have been here twice now, once when it was quiet and once when it was chocked full of people for Christmas - each time I've had great friendly service, even when busy never skipping steps or skimping on quality. This salon is without a doubt my favourite salon in Lane Cove. I have never walked away disappointed! The quality is fantastic, there’s a huge range of services at really reasonable prices. Not to mention that all of the staff are so lovely and welcoming! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

this place made my friends nails horrendous and ugly. they were chunky and rough and left her in tears because they were that ugly. she was so devastated that she left our sleepover early and we will not be coming back because of this incident. do better be better and look better.

This place is the worst!!! Do not even waste your time coming here, there are plenty of other salons in Lane Cove to go to. They are so unprofessional, have terrible time management and one of the staff has her kid running around like it's a child care centre.

Took my partner here and have serious concerns about their cleanliness and hygiene. Items were shared between clients and my partner overhead the staff belittle a customer. I'd feel uncomfortable coming back during a busy time.

Mary did my permnant eyeliner- top & bottom. She was professional, attentive and caring especially as it is not a relaxing treatment. I love how great my tattooing came out. Natural and exactly what I wanted.

Got a manicure and got nicked on 2 fingers, stung to touch water afterwards. Also very slow - took 1 hour and 20 min.
