Excellent updated cinema with huge Steen's, comfortable seats, great acoustics and nice amenities in the lobby including a boutique bookstore and a fascinating display of early moving picture technology. I can honestly say I've been in some of the best cinemas in Los Angeles in New York in this place ranks right up among them.
Outdated. When you buy tickets online, you can’t simply present the QR code to the usher, you have to wait in another line to scan it, then return to the line to enter the cinema. Also, the same guy who gets your drinks also prepares the popcorn, so you get a nice greasy plastic cup of soda. Popcorn was cold too.
It's among my favorites in São Paulo. Both the main one and the "Annex", which is across the street and has a really nice cafe (I don't know if the Annex closed, as per fears, as we haven't been back there since the "Air" screening). Either way, it's an excellent cinema option in the region.
I went to watch a film in room 1 today and what a disappointment. The room has a completely musty smell to the point of ruining the experience. It seems like it hasn't been cleaned there for a long time. A brand as big as Itau would leave the space abandoned like this.
I went to the international exhibition and they had to go out and ask for the lights to be turned off and they had to restart the film because the subtitles weren't out of sync... I don't know if it was because of the exhibition or if it's just that bad normally.
A great space for contemplating the 7th art. For some time now, they have wanted to demolish the area to build yet another skyscraper in the region for a "real estate development", probably of an auto standard. Simply No! May the Itaú space resist and exist
I paid 40 reais to see Mussum's film in a decrepit room with a lot of broken armchairs, a robbery. A bank, q. It makes billions of profits speculating with public money, it doesn't even offer a decent movie theater at a low price. We really are idiots.
Popcorn is horrible! The guy who works there has no hygiene. Place your dirty hand and arm inside the popcorn bag. Besides, he's totally rude. This is the employee who was there on 12/03/2023 at the 4:30 pm session. The room has no steps
Great location and different programming. It has 3 rooms and all of them are in good condition, with air conditioning at a pleasant temperature (who has never been cold in the cinema? Not so here). The downside is that the bathrooms need
The atmosphere is great and the selection of films too. What is really frustrating about this place is buying the ticket online and being forced to print it at the box office in order to access the room. Since you have the ticket on your
One of the best cinema spaces in SP!!! Street cinema, great popcorn, attractive ticket prices... and if you are an Itaú account holder... then there is a 50% discount, this cinema is always at the main film festivals in the city!!! Great
The space is inviting whether you go alone or with friends or family. You can find blockbuster and alternative films, which is really cool! I watched the wonderful Viola Davis in The King Woman - room 2. I bought the ticket online and it
Cozy space. Far from shopping mall cinemas and their excesses (lots of bigger popcorn, soft drinks, combos, etc). Films that are different from the common commercial fare, so to speak. The surroundings are another charm. Pure diversity.
I went to watch Assassins da Lua das Flores today in room 3 of Espaço Itaú Augusta and the experience was quite disappointing. The sound was extremely low and the screen was dark, which, for a 3:28 film that is a masterpiece, becomes a
I'm sad to give a low rating to a street cinema, but the Itaú rooms are extremely problematic (perhaps only with the exception of room 1, which is the most acceptable despite the dark projection and the screen marked by a vertical line
The cinema employees are not enforcing the right of Preference by Law. You have to respect the exclusive box office. The rooms are still dark to enter. I have to use my cell phone's light to avoid falling. I am elderly and at risk of
The employees are grumpy and did not give the correct information, there was a discrepancy between the ticket purchasing platform for the venue! I ended up wasting 20 minutes of my session; it was not a good experience
The space is very cozy and quiet. I don't recommend staying too close to the last rows, because, depending on the number of people waiting for another session, outside the room, you can hear people talking in the Hall.
I liked the small room, very good for watching movies more calmly, without much noise. Room 3 is great, very spacious and very comfortable. I really like the location, very close to the Consolação metro station.
I really like this Itaú cinema unit! Although the seats are uneven, they are comfortable and it is never completely crowded. The best part is definitely the in-house bookstore! I love staying there and
I loved the cinema, it's spacious, good seats, good visual audio, and it was empty at the time I went (1:30 pm). It's an advantage to have a street cinema for those who hate going to the mall
A classic street cinema in São Paulo, on the no less classic Rua Augusta. The program is great, the coffee is the best, the seats are an attraction in themselves. Tip: blood donors pay half!!!
It was very busy on Thursday. Huge queues, so much so that there were people who entered with the film in progress (myself included). Additionally, some self-service machines were broken.
Beautiful cinema. Everything was perfect, from the ticket office, service, well-kept room, very clean bathroom, sound, image, armchairs, to the very pleasant café/bononiere part.
I felt at home! The space is not very big. Comfortable armchair, good acoustics. The popcorn needs to improve, I've never had popcorn so bad lol
Programming grade 10. Needs to improve accessibility information. And also the signage on the stairs, risk of falling.
Always great, with a great selection of films, a beautiful, clean and well-maintained space, and a reasonable price.
I love the space with the bookstore, as well as the selection of films ❤️ a super nice program in SP!
The seats at the Cinema Annex are disgusting. All ruined. Gentlemen from Itaú, let's reform this.
