My son started to feel unwell last night, I tried to book our usual GP but she was booked out till two weeks later. The other doctor at our usual clinic is very dismissive and most of the time extremely rude. I found this family clinic and saw all the good reviews. I really was impressed with the services I received, from reception, nurse and the doctor, everyone was professional and caring. Especially the doctor, she was thorough and caring. Highly recommend it to families who just want a reliable GP who listens and cares and tries to help make you feel better.

Amazing Doctors Dr. Divya Sood & Dr Ahad, Nurse and Reception Staff. You are not just a number, but a very respected client. This clinic has looked after my family for last 7 years. The medical services you get her is par excellence. Dr. Sood goes above and beyond to get the best treatment. Very family feel, We just see, the same GP every time, this makes the difference for us. Went in there with the flu yesterday and the gp didnt even ask to swab me to test for covid or influenza- my own original doctor would have done this on the spot however they were booked out unt Sat. I then went to go bak in the following day, and they tried to charge another booking fee for a swab test - appaling customer service from whoever is running this practice. First they notified me twice there would be no charge, then phone me right before the appointment to say they will be charging. Appalling, would never go back.

Always been impressed with how professional, helpful and welcoming the clinic's reception staff, nurses and doctors are. Dr Divya Sood has been my primary doctor for the past 3 years. She has always been so patient, clear and knowledgeable in our sessions, especially with a recent particularly difficult medical incident that I'm going through. My family has been going to EFMC for quite some time now. Dr. Sood is our main doctor but have also consulted with Dr. Ahad couple of times as well. They are both very professional. They do not rush consultations and listens very well to all our health concerns and knows what needs to be done to address them. The Pathology nurse is also professional, kind and caring. The lady at reception is also kind and accomodating. Definitely highly recommended!

Always had great experience at Essendon Family Medical Clinic. Dr. Sood and her staff are very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait for more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment. I really appreciate how Dr. Sood take her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. Doctor’s demeanour has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.

After getting Covid I was worried about long term effects and wanted to avoid if possible. I had a Vitamin C infusion, and also nearly finished my treatment of NAD+. I've definitely noticed an increase in energy levels - less lethargic and also more focuses mentally. I'd previously had vitamin infusions, but they were much more expensive than those at this clinic. The team is very professional and caring.

Love this clinic. Principal GP Dr Divya Sood and her team are fantastic and are always super thorough and so friendly. I still come here even though I’ve moved away. My appointments always run on time, the clinic is beautiful and super clean. I’ve seen another male doctor here and both of them are great. I’ve never felt silly or embarrassed, even when I have asked very private request.
