Racist staff please avoid I saw two young males who appeared to be mixed race they were refused to fill up before paying like everyone else the manager was called as they compliant as this was a racially motivated decision as everyone else were able to fill up prior to paying. I myself filled up then paid so was suprised when they were told they had to pay first as it was clear daytime and there was no sign stating that you must pay first. Once they complaint to the manager about the decision the manager said "how do I know your going to pay" this was clearly racially motivated as everyone else was filling up before paying so what makes them feel like everyone else is going to pay but not them his to me was clearly racism and the young lads were clearly aware and were every very unhappy they also had the money on their hand and did not look like the type to run away without paying for a their petrol as they had a really nice car and were very polite and well Mannered. This was disgusting to see the lads were very frustrated and felt unhappy with such racially motivated decision I recommend no one use this petrol station.

I wa s given the wrong order, by this Edson Midlands link store, and after stating this to the customer service, I was told there’s nothing that can be done. No refund and no replacement of my original order. This was later corrected after raising my complaint on Facebook. And calling head office, I’m very disappointed with my first experience with Deliveroo, and this store. I will stick to “just eat” as my source for home food delivery, sadly I was recommended by someone and it was a big let down. Not their fault. Anyway My order number was 9405. In addition to this Deliveroo who took my order was equally as unhelpful and rude. But as I said they sorted it after much complaining.

I have used this station for petrol (not the worst prices for a local garage but more than supermarket petrol) but mainly use the shop for dropping off Hermes (now EVRI) parcels. This place will take the larger parcels that some shops in Erdington will not, so it is my usual go to drop off point. All places and staff can have an off day but in general I found the people friendly and efficient with parcels. I would hate to be in retail the way some of the staff are treated by the public and generally not deserved.

Hello, I went here yesterday with a flat tyre hoping to use the "air and water" station, sadly that didn't happen as they are charging £2 to use it. This to me seems extremely expensive for a tyre pump and some water, I don't want to sound tight but I think there taking the mickey here, therefore I will never use this petrol station and I strongly encourage everyone to use the petrol station on the other side of the road, they can supply air and water for only £1. The fuels cheaper there as well. Cheers

Close to where I live, so go quite often. There is an Asian off licence next door but don’t go there because the staff are very rude snd stuff out of date - so I spend my money at the Esso instead. Reasonable priced and different deals. It’s just a shame they don’t sell LSV energy drink but everything else is good!

I asked the unmasked cashier when the chip/pin machine had last been sanitised . she didn't know. Neither did her unmasked colleague. Proceeded to wipe the machine with dry cloth !! No hand sanitisers orwipes were evident in the shop or at the fuel pumps. Very poor COVIS-19 precautions in place - if any.

Open 24 hours a day it say's on Nisa window, try to go inside, door closed. How it's supposed to shop? To tell the person inside what i want and give me the products? Stupid. Also was one old English guy, his English and that broken speaker don't help me, i don't understand nothing....

Customer service is terrible . The woman who works in the petrol station is rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Ordered food and it was wrong she says what do you want me to do about it I just come on shift . Very rude woman

I fill up my truck in the early hours almost every morning here its well lit has great staffwith excellent customer service + cheapest shop prices in a 24 hour garage I've ever seen …

Amazing garage, staff are always polite and well mannered. Couldn't ask for better service although the middle aged caucasian gent seems to have a very distinct odour to him.

Petrol was cheaper than across the road. Nice shop with some different to usual goods often found in petrol station shops. Assistant could have been friendlier though.

Decent petrol pump and shop. All the regular convenience items available. They claim to offer nectar points, but can't seem to scan the card off the nectar app.

Greatest Garage Around, Fresh sandwiches and great service from all the staff who work there. One of of pleasure of visiting before I head to and from work.

Agree with other about rude staff. 4 people behind me, none with masks. They were not challenged either. I felt dirty just filling up and paying.

Had to wash big bed set this machine will text you 15min before to tell you its ready and did a good wash price is a bit high tho.

Very accessible from the motorway and I got diesel ⛽ not that I was bothered but the washing machine facility is great.

Now a days it's quite hard to go Esso station coz of quite higher fuel prices I try to avoid as much as possible

Great pump prices shop shut in evening and can take ages to pay if people are shopping ot winding up the teller

It is a standard petrol station but the 24 launderrette is a real surprise asset.
