They Open whenever they feel like it. Sometime open at 5am ( like theyre website says) or sometimes at 5:50, or 6:00, or 6:10 or 5:30. Also The Tim Hortons here is Disgusting Ive had foreign objects in food and the staff are incompetent and rude, Usually I have to ask to be served, they will ignore you until you do.

These companies started charging for air years ago to "maintain" the equipment. I stopped here yesterday to air up a low tire, wasted two dollars on the air as the hose had a leak and actually drained my tire rather than filling it!! Thanks for nothing, how about bring back the free air!!!

I like this esso because most of the time it is a few cents cheaper and it is right next to work, but do find that I have had a few pump nozzles leak down the side of my vehicle. I have found a few others that don't leak at all...I go to those ones. Haha

Everytime I come here the pump needs to be serviced and it's a hassle. Move to a new pump and the card doesn't work, but it's fine if you go in. Pumps are very slow then I need a receipt and the pump is out of paper so back in I go. Total time 23 mins.

I pull up to the pump 10:44 PM, get out of the car, put my card in and the pin....the lights go out, finish selecting pump...nothing....I go to the door women behind counter throws her hands in the air...I go back to the car and wait. Voice

The fuel pumps kept saying wrong pin, yet I haven't changed my pin or had issues with my card anywhere else. Had to call MasterCard and get my card unlocked, it was because of the machines. Nothing was wrong till I tried to fill up gas here.

Slowest pumps in Edmonton always avoid the pump by the dealership. You will age considerably watching the numbers change in slow motion Seldom paper in the receipt printer. Takes an extra 4-5 minutes to buy gas here.

I fill up here often, as I have several commercial vehicles and pieces of equipment. I have yet to find a receipt printer that works at the pumps, although I have mentioned this issue to staff multiple times.

The Tim hortons in this Esso is lacking management. Too often you come in and the employees are goofing around the corner leaving you constantly waiting.

A lot of times the staff are rude. Usually boxes, mostly broken down ones, laying in unsafe places with no caution signs around.
