MANAGER HAS TO GET FIRED! Very disrespectful! And for one thing bunch of scams! Simply today I went to get some gas and as some of you knows you get free water when u fell with 25L+. For one thing they never mention that to you when you pay. Anyway I had that I asked for my water and they were like ohh too late we had to scanned and this BS but if you want go grab a water from cooler. I go there and randomly get a bottled water and go to use the washroom as I am leaving the manger comes hey you cant take that bottle of water and now you have to pay for it. I was like its a bottle of water for god sake and you did NOT mention which one I should take! You just said grab one if you want! Anyway after few minutes of give and take they forced me to pay for it! I know I could have refused to pay and left but 2.35$ was not worse the hassle. For one thing the manager was rude refused to take responsibility and had me paying even though what ever happened because of their miss understanding and disrespectfulness. From my experience of more then 4 years in costumer service we never had a costumer forced to pay even if it was their fault and 100% not forced to pay if it was our fault specially for something small as a coffee or a water bottle!

I had the WORST customer service from a women named PARAM. Yesterday was my first time EVER at an Esso gas station, and I asked to sign up for a points card. She was extremely RUDE, arrogant and belittling by the way she was speaking to me. I thought maybe she had a bad day, so I let that slide. Went home and looked at the points card, which came with an EXTRA PRIVILEGES CARD in addition. The card shows that it expires DEC 31,2016... meaning it’s expired and no longer valid. So I went back today to speak to her and she literally starts to point fingers saying the card is valid (even though the card states EXPIRES DEC31,2016) and that she had told me and I wasn’t listening and was at fault—I’m to blame for causing all this trouble. So I just left and here I am writing this review. I personally work in customer service and by no means should anyone be disrespected and be talked down to. Yesterday is my first and last time going to ESSO for gas. Honestly this doesn’t even deserve a one star.

Normally I give locations benefit of the doubt, but I've had it. After repeated customer service failures, I'll make sure to go anywhere but here for gas. The attendants are rude, forgetful and outright lie when called on offering certain services such as whether or not they stated they offered their luxury wash. Which is another joke. The machine couldn't clean off a single stain and I preferred to wipe my car clean with a cloth rather than bother with them a minute longer. Avoid if you can; multiple places nearby for gas and car washing services.

Very rude staff. Very grumpy and aggressive for no reason. Do not come to this gas station if you do not want to ruin your day because of their bad attitude toward customer. We go to buy gas and we pay by our money but the staff treat customer so bad. One more thing , the staff does not welcome the gas gift cards, So if you have any kind of gift card , do not try to redeem it there. I am disappointed. I will never come back.

DO NOT VISIT ESSO GAS STATIONS. Poor customer service, they charged me twice for one transaction and then refused to return my money. The staff is HIGHLY incompetent and doesn't even know how to do their job. When asked to get my money back they simply shrugged their shoulders and said I should call their manager(they wouldn't even call him themselves). Long story short, worst place to get gas or anything else. STAY AWAY.

The attendant working there is a scammer. We explicitly asked him to activate the PC Optimum offer of getting 10 c off per liter for 4,000 points (see pic). He said ok and we realized after fueling that he never activated the offer. We went back and he denied that we made the offer request, then said we had requested the points carwash, then denied the offer exists altogether. He’s a scammer or incompetent at best.

Employee stole my credit card info and used it to make fraudulent purchases. I know it was them because it was the only purchase I made with that card in weeks. And i usually pay at pump, but paid at counter this time instead - that's why my card was targeted, because they saw it was not chipped. Very dishonest. Even though it didn't cost me any money, it was a big hassle not having the card over Christmas.

It has a very convenient location: South East side of Dundas St East and Dixie Rd. I filled up my car tank a few days back. It has a reasonable and competitive price among other stations in the area, but pumps seem rather old, so you may face problems with credit card payments or filling up the tank. The touchless car wash at the back is a bonus and easy to use.

i fill up gas soo many time from this gas station when we need to go washroom its always closed . The person has a responsibility to clean the washroom . i dispointed from the guy who always denied to give the key for washroom. Its not Covid time now still they close the washoom for customers. …

6am on a weekday heading to work how does a employe(parth)of a multi billion dollar company not have change for a hundred when I’m getting 50 dollars of gas waste of my time now I’m getting late from work because of this never again in my life I will pump from this location or esso

I usually come to this ESSO as their prices are lower in comparison to other stations around a 5km radius. 3-star simply because of the cleanliness - retail items should be stocked, salt should be on the ground once there’s freezing rain, and pumps should be regularly sanitized.

It's a small location that doesn't offer car wash services and the retail store isn't much, but the gas prices are usually more competitive as this is a high traffic intersection, but I prefer the Shell up the road for the comparable prices and too notch facilities.

Esso gas stations are the worst when it comes to washroom. 9/10 would have their washrooms “out of service” when in reality they are lazy to clean the washrooms. There be legal actions against such locations who deliberately do this jst bcoz they are lazy.

Gas prices are higher than Costco, which is just around the corner. 24/7 with a touchless car wash. Pay right at the pump with credit or debit. Employees are usually nice. New employees don't know something and aren't able to help you out all the time.

Car wash takes one car at a time and runs for about 3 minutes. Doesn't sound like much until you're in a line of 7 or 8 cars. The nice landscaping hides the real length of the line until you're locked in. Feels deliberately deceptive, but who knows...

Poor customer service especially from the lady called PARAM.. she has so much attitude and doesnot know how to treat with customer ... system mostly remain down.. car wash usually doesnot work.. run out of fuel all the time.. Dont recommend at all

South east corner of Dixie and Dundas. Has competitive pricing, probably because Costco is a kilometer east. Large bays, touchless car wash and air and vacuum. Have plenty of issues with their credit card reader considering I visit here often.

I went there to wash my car. This place is better than on Hurontario and Central Parkway where you do not need worry if your car will be washed properly and not damage. Car wash is touchless. Recommend this place if you need to wash you car.

Don't buy car wash from here . If you buy it use it right away otherwise cashier will share your code to some one or will use it his own.Car wash code will not work if you try to used it later . Stay away from this location. Fraud people

They sell everything above local market price and 10% higher atleast. While 500 meters away Canadian tire sells it for under 20 dollars. I have complained on esso canada if they don't respond I am reporting price gouging on Govt Forums.

Very convenient location (pretty much the only one in the area). Usually VERY VERY BUSY. The carwash is not very good. Self carwash used to be great, but lack of maintenance made it less attractive - very expensive too.

The car wash has not been accepting the circle k car wash codes from the app for a few weeks. Terrible. Update June 6, 2023. Now it's not taking debit or credit. And nobody has replied to my previous complaint.

Yet another Esso station with a permanent out of order sign on the washroom door. People, we know washroom upkeep is hard work, but many of your customers stop for gas there with the promise of a washroom.

Went to buy snacks at 1:00 a.m, as it's open 24 hours. There was a reasonable selection. The employee was nice and the place was clean. I'd go back again next time I have middle-of-the night cravings.

Quick busy for this location. Has stuff to buy inside like a convenience store like any other big gas station or Esso. The gas was $0.03 cheaper here than anywhere else that day so I went here.

Please don’t use their car wash. It doesn’t wash your car properly and doesn’t dry up your car .. I called the guy at the desk and he said it’s the way it is. Not helpful and waste of money

Washroom is not available for the consumers. The gas station is an essential stop and I hope the owner/management will look into improving their customer service.

It's usually empty and they got a car wash (automatic but not touchless which is great since the touchless ones ruin my tires/rims).

I asked to store employee can I use the washroom she said it closed out of order.. she lied to me very bad person!!!

Watch out for the outer lane pumps — they mark up the prices an extra 5 cents/litre than the middle lane pumps.
