The staff were so friendly and helpful. And their coffee and iced coffee is really good too and not expensive EITHER.....,..Please remember situations change from day to day, not necessarily purchase wise but environment wise. so be nice first. edit: I find that most of these posts are so old, their revance is questionable today. there are no longer as many homeless. and the ones there may ask for a coffee. I am a regular and have been for a long time. things have been addressed.. but I agree with the hour's. I too have arrived at 11:45pm. it was already closed, cleaned up and dark. hmm? ANY job I had, this would not have been accepted by management, unless an urgent reason. catching a bus, unless it is the last one, and in this specific location, the lrt runs and the #9 owl, seems to run regularly after midnight. please remember, the "jerk" attitude homeless are quickly run out of the area, eventually, by the "polite" homeless. they know that your opinion is affected by the "rotten apples" in their group as well as. most homeless are not bad, rude or thieves. you be nice to them first. before you piss them off and end up being a victim AND blaming them. they are exactly the same as you and me. They put their pants on one leg at a time. they are, just hungrier, messier and out of a bed to call their own. how would you act in their predicament. What extent would you go to, if you had society turn their noses up at you, due to what you represent to them. whatever and however dumb it may be. sorry if i have offended anyone, but, this is their and our reality today,

This Esso station is ok because you can fill up your fuel tank, get items from the store inside and Tims as well. Tims does NOT have wraps, so do not order one on your mobile app, then stand there waiting like I did. It would have been nice if my payment never went through on the farmer's sausage wrap, then I'd know they didn't have them. About five minutes after standing there at the mobile pick-up, the Tims employee asked if I'd been helped yet. I said yes, and showed them on my phone what I had ordered. In the end they made me a farmer's sausage on a biscuit, which I actually like more. Also, perhaps someone could remove the graffiti on top of the blow dryer in the washroom to right. The homeless around here are making some people apprehensive about coming into the station/store as well.

Well honestly its a good one stop shop for gas cigarettes. Novelty items and you can also grab a Tim Horton's Coffee there a well. I have been frequenting this establishment for about 6 years and the one thing that has changed and not for the better IS THE PRESENCE OF A SECURITY GUARD WHOS A REAL PIECE OF WORK. constantly putting down homeless people and people with substance abuse issues. Even those HE ASSUMES HAS ISSUES. HE LOCKS THE STORE DOORS AS THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE ARE APPROACHING. AND ALOT MORE THAN THAT. I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THE THINGS NOT ONLY WHAT IVE PERSONALLY SEEN BUT ALSO HEARD THIS SECURITY PERSONAL IS NOT HELPING THIS business. He is definitely hindering the Kingsway Esso.

They usually have what I want. Pretty decent selection, though I've seen better elsewhere. The service is fine, although I'd advise you to arrive no later than 11:30 pm or so. I came at 11:45 pm once (having done that before with no issue) and they just shut the doors, said they were closed, even though they're supposed to be open till midnight. Having come on foot, I ended up having to walk to the Esso on 109 St and 111 Ave instead, so I was a bit miffed. (That place is also open 24 hours and a bit nicer than this one). But of course I'll come here again, because it's the closest gas station convenience store to where I live.

The men’s washroom had no paper towels, toilet paper or hand soap and was not clean. The gas bar had only one windshield washing tool. (Squeegee). Spoke with an employee and was told they had run out of paper products and no one could explain why there weren’t more squeegees to clean windshields... it’s bug season. They apparently had more inside somewhere. I was under the impression that each Exxon gas bar operator contract included clean well stocked washrooms and squeegees for windshield cleaning. May have been a one time incident, I don’t have data at this time that would suggest a pattern at this location.

They charge premium prices for regular gas. Called the manager to let them know and he wasn't pleasant. I explained I filled up my vehicle with premium as I always do, my car will read 650km to empty and this time after I filled up here it says 450km to empty. He didn't believe me, said no one else has complained (because who does call to complain about this, after the price of gas is now I decided to) he ended up hanging up on me. It's upsetting that consumers are getting ripped off with these gas prices along work these stores selling regular gas as premium. Go anywhere else in the city to get fuel

Ive only been to this location 3 times and this will be my last time. Pre pandemic they have refused to cook or server food when asked over charged both times and would not pay attention to simple requests such as what brand cigarettes I wanted to purchase. Now despite their advertised 24 hour open schedule they refused to let me in and have been blasting classical music loudly for almost an hour.

I like esso for gas ,as I get pc points ,which is always a good thing !!Only complaint is that almost every single time I’ve come I’ve been asked for money by vagrants hanging around the store .Also a lot of the time the authorities are there trying to remove an unruly person either in the store or just out front of it .

It used to be just fine. Now theres a particular Security officer whom now watches over the Company. Its shops and its property. From what I have both seen and heard from friends this self appointed Security Man is locking paying Customers OUT. preventing them from brief able to access the store and Tim Hortons

Stopped there for Tim's coffee. Needed to use restroom. Wont do that again. It stinks, no tissue, no paper towel and no hand soap. Writing all over place on the walls etc. Told the cashier about it, and she just looked at me, didnt even say Boo. Yuck ... disgusting place! …

Nicely renovated spot with a 7-11 convenience store and also a Tim Hortons inside. The new owners are doing a great job of cleaning up that corner and are open 24/7. Such an asset to that corner of the city- thanks for the great service! Such hard working staff :) Thanks again

I regularly fill up at this location. No issues most times but a couple of times the pump have ran out of paper for receipts and I had to go into the store to obtain the receipt which I was not planning to do in the first instance.

. Your vacuum machine says 711 on it. If theres an issue with the machine takong money its your responsibility dont tell people to call a number because youre too lazy to give the customer change for stealing their money

Stopped here to buy a pop. Had a bunch of homeless guys inside eating the food there while the staff did nothing. I was scared for my own safety but with the area around I should’ve known better than to stop here

I usually only go during the day. The problem there is too many sketchy people hanging around. When I do go, I bring protection. Especially at night. I'd rather go to the mall even though it's farther

I was in a rush and asked for USB C charger. I trusted the person and they messed up and gave me the old USB B. I didn't realize until I got back to the hospital and my break time was up.

This is one rough 7-11 where beef jerkey and coffee is behind the counters. I feel sorry for staff at this location because of the crazy customers they have to deal with and high theft.

Visit this location daily since it is adjacent to my wife's work and I stop after I drop her off. They usually have the lowest gasoline prices in the city.

They would not let me, a paying customer use the public washroom, but would allow the staff to go in without an issue. I'll buy my gas elsewhere next time.

I only went there to use my bank ATM machine, I don't go to esso or any gas station, because Petro gas station has contain antifreeze gasoline for winter.

Kind of dirty feeling to it. Unfortunately the neighbourhood lends to the drug and alcohol problem that plagues the location at any hour. Friendly staff.

The last few times I have come to fill up their pc point redemption conveniently doesn’t work. It’s frustrating especially when prices are so high now.

The gas price is always wrong, e.g. regular 1.32 on March 5, 2023, but it showed 1.23 on Google map. I met the same issue more than three times here.

Homeless harassing you outside for money and homeless inside harassing you. No security to deal with it. For your own safety I would not recommend
