I used the ATM on July 29th (Scotia Bank) and withdrew $20.. The machine charged me a $3.00 service fee to complete the transaction.. When I took the bill out of the machine, there was a huge corner missing from the bill.. Not only did the store refuse to give me a new $20 bill, but they then refused to accept the ripped bill as legal money! This is after talking to the clerk and telling her to look at the security camera footage.. It's not like I was doing anything illegal or was in the wrong at all.. So I refused to leave the store with the bill and left it there!! So now, Your establishment OWES ME $20.. And I refuse to ever visit (or recommend) this store or the #TimHortons that is inside until this is resolved!! ... you can inbox me with directions as to how to recover this stolen sum of money as soon as you have a chance!! I'll be waiting... UPDATE: It is now November 1st and it has been three months without a response, reply or even an acknowledgement of this incident.. You have 10 days to reply and inform me as to how you intend to rectify this situation, or I will be contacting your head office as well as the police.. I've waited long enough now for your establishment to conduct themselves in a professional manner.. Now it time for action!!

So the lottery ticket machine in the back is old and slow. Couple people were lined up for it so when I asked the cashier to scan my tickets she told me to just go wait behind the ticket machine. She wasn't doing anything else! What was preventing her from assisting me and doing her job? I will never use another esso because of my experience at this one location. Not to mention not a single employee was talking English or french to one another. Yes live your culture but when you're on company time and dealing with the general public you should be speaking in at least one of our national languages.

I have been here twice the customer is not very good the woman on cash on both times she yells at the customers this at 1210pm today she is very rude and nasty never even asked to swipe my pc points. She should not be working there. I WILL ONLY GO THRU TIM HORTONS I WILL BE GOING THRU ANOTHER ESSO FOR FUEL I WILL NOT BE BACK WHAT SO EVER. I WAS NOT RUDE SHE NEEDS HER ATTITUDE CHANGE. Esso is operated under the 7-11 umbrella in terms that we deal with 7-11 staff. The staff here for the most part have improved their services. It's a gas station attached by the hips of 7-11 and Tim Hortins... what can I say. They have a car wash that seems to be operating at a consistent rate, haven't seen it shut down for repairs. Air supply for low tires, etc... but for a price.

Accessible to public transport, Just across Jasper Place Transit Centre. Prices of gas may vary. There are times when I was in a hurry and did not check to compare price, it's too expensive. Sometimes it's just fair. Instead of going to a cheaper gas station and your travel will be too far, the amount you saved wont make any difference.

Not happy. Went to this gas station so I could get my optimum points. Scanned. Bought other stuff and gas. Went outside to pump took awhile. I think the guy reset everything. Told me to start allover again. I didn't get my points. Different reasons for this. Not saying why. I will never go there again. It's the principal.

I was not able to pay on the pump when I went there, I had to go inside which I really don't like doing because there is not much space inside. There's always a line up for the Tim Hortons inside and with shelves of goods inside, it becomes too crowded. Some cashiers are not friendly at all.

Our usual go to station for fuel and lotto. Employees pleasant and helpful. Store is usually well stocked. Washroom sink messy but otherwise ok. We also had a carwash which was functioning very well for wash, wax and dry. Overall, this site meets our needs and would certainly recommend.

This esso gas station is the best on the west Edmonton, there is tim hortons that's open till 10:30pm. But the store is open 24/7 and the staff are amazing and help full, the washroom is cleanest than your house washroom, they look after the washroom, good convenience store.

It was a good place except when they over charged me on gas when I have a little car and I know what my car takes and they kept fighting with me about it I’m going back there this weekend and gonna see what they have to say well I am there in person

This place is really good because they are honest i forgot to get gas one night and they reminded me the next time i came and ive seen themdo that with other customers and the place is always clean

Horrible staff and management. My vehicle was damaged by the car wash but miraculously the car wash exit is the one place without a security camera. Always lots of shady people hanging around also.

Don't need Gas no more, so don't know why I went there, big on Choneys, if you don't know what a Choney is, it's a Black Eye if you forget to pay the Store in ERC for that Chocolate Bar

Good and convenient place. Has a convenience store with a drive through Tim Hortons and even a car wash. The employees were pretty friendly as well. Car wash was pretty good as well.

I don't usually go to a gas station cuz I don't drive but Astro is pretty good like some of them have Tim Hortons or you can always go to a gas station and get yourself a coffee

The mini convenience store has a wide variety of stuff for people in a hurry, extended hours of service, and friendly efficient staff who know most of their customers by name.

The staff ladies there make me not want to go there because they are pushy and rude and don't even acknowledge their wrong doing when they push past you!! I was mortified!!

Seems a bit unsafe at times with people hanging around there plus being hit up for money or have people yell things at you lol I try to stay away from this location

It's a gas station with a convenience store. The window squeegee actually had water, which is not always the case at other gas stations

Always great customer service at the kiosk where they have what I need from 6 am to 11 pm. (Check Sunday hours.)

Store is too cramped. Till area very small. Have to tills in the small area but only can serve one at a time.

Junkie hangout. Will get panhandled aggressively here. Over priced smokes and the store is way too small.
