I've been coming to Esthenik Skin for almost 2 years now (including the time they were closed during the pandemic for safety), and I've always had an incredibly positive experience. Both Nicole herself and all of her staff are incredibly kind and customer service oriented. I've had multiple staff members be willing to share about the laser hair removal process as it was happening so I could better understand the procedure I had purchased as it was happening. As a trans masculine person, I've received the utmost respect for my identity and I've never felt uncomfortable while receiving services. Being on hormone replacement therapy has made my process a bit more complex due to the changes in my hormone levels impacting hair growth, and Nicole and her staff have been excellent at working with me through those changes and explaining how the laser treatments continue to impact the hair growth. I am on my third round of treatments, and after I finish treating the initial area, I'm so satisfied with my experience that I plan to purchase additional treatment packages for other areas. Esthenik Skin is helping me feel more empowered by and in tune with my body with each session, and I am so thankful for it!

On 10/27/20, I contacted EstheNik Skin by Nicole salon in Indianapolis to schedule a consultation appointment. They took my contact info and also asked for my credit card info to hold the appointment. I called my credit card info in to them on 10/27/20. On 10/30/20, I noticed 2 strange charges to my credit card from GrubHub. I contacted my credit card company, and they also indicated that a 3rd GrubHub charge was made on the morning of Saturday 10/31/20. Subsequently, I had to close my credit card account. I contacted GrubHUb the same night of 10/30/20 to let them know what was going on, and the next day, their investigation team let me know that a Michaela B. had used my credit card info to place orders. I thought back and remembered I gave my credit card info over the phone to Esthenik Salon a few days prior. I did an internet search and saw that a Michaela “Kayla” Bell works at that salon. Needless to say, I have cancelled my consultation appointment with the salon and let the owner know what happened. I now do not trust this company. I am taking my money and business elsewhere. Please be careful if you do business with them!

Let me go straight to the point. tl;dr: Do not waste your time and money here. Got TO Milan. First, you have to know 1 package would not be enough, so expect to purchase at least 2+ packages. Unfortunately, at the end you will pay more or less than the "Milan Laser" which is a lifetime laser treatment with the best laser machine in the world. This place diode laser looks old, do not know how old tho. I did not see any reduction in my chest hair after 9 sessions of treatments out of 12. I paid almost $700 for two packages and no progress at all other than a little bit of patchiness in my chest area. I asked them, I am not happy and do not want to come to the last 3 sessions and want a refund, they said, it is not in our policy, you either come and finish it up or no refund. It is silly that the client should be happy, that is all that matters, but they did not care. Finally, I went to Milan laser, I paid more but I am very happy with the result and you clearly see how new the laser is when you compared it with their old diode laser.

Would not recommend for anyone! I purchased off Groupon. Should have known it was a mistake! Not to mention they expect you to tip after every 5 min service you receive. I cancelled 10 hours prior because im sick you have to pay 30$ before your rescheduled even though they never mentioned that on the phone just via email, even though they rescheduled me on the the phoneAnd with other reviews of people having thing's charged to their card I don't feel comfortable giving my card # over the phone! After my last two sessions are done with I will not be back. ** Never reached out to me so communication isn't your key. The only reason I come is for Mecca . Be blessed you have a nice tech! Nicole and Mecca were amazing!!! Took my teen step daughters in for their first facials!! Staff was professional... knowledgeable..layed back and fun!!! It was my first visit but they were so warm and welcoming that I feel like I had been going for years...all the treatments they offer are custom made to fit u and your needs!!! Me and my girls had the best time....the staff is extremely knowledgeable and educated us and gave us tips on how to improve our skin health!!! This is gonna be our permanent go to for skin care!!! I hope this business is around for years to come...Indy needs more amazing small businesses like this one!!!! Thank you again Nicole and Mecca you made our girls day out the best!!!!

I had my laser hair removal with Nicole and it was a waste of my time and money. She promised 60% to 90% reduction during the first consultation session before I start the treatment. After my last session, I called her to get her opinion because I barely got any results. She immediately started yelling at me and wouldn't stop screaming because she ASSUMED I want my money back. She didn't let me say a word and I had to hang up as I panicked from her behavior. I also got a scar from her laser treatment but she didn't even let me speak. Please save your time and money and go to professional places that know what they are doing!

I'm currently getting laser treatments with Nicole, and I am very satisfied with my experience so far. I've only met with her twice, but I already feel comfortable with her. She is really knowledgeable about skincare and laser hair reduction, especially for those with dark skin. She takes the time to give you all the information she can upfront so you know what to expect. She truly wants the best for her clients and is so accommodating with scheduling appointments and addressing any concerns I have. Also, her space is super clean and professional. I'm looking forward to the rest of my treatments.

Nicole has provided an inviting experience at every appointment that I've had with her. She does consultation services prior to your treatments and thoroughly explains whats about to happen before, during, and post-treatment. The appointments I've made for waxing services, laser hair removal, facials, and eyebrow arching all have been great, pleasant experiences. The music selection at every appointment always sets the mood and my time flies (while having fun). Its always a professional atmosphere when interacting with Nicole and I appreciate that.

New client here - I am so thrilled I was able to get a last minute spot with Nicole to start the new year off right. Her space is beautiful and clean. I wanted a facial and she evaluated my skin and personalized the treatment. She included an extra face mask that I know I will get again and again, because my skin is glowing. I appreciate her attention to detail and her honesty when it comes to skincare. So happy I finally found my facial spot in Indy!

Nichole was very professional and informative, she made recommendations on products to use, to help me maintain a good skin care regimen.
