Poor customer service. Decided not to purchase from this store after interacting with the "lead" salesperson who exhibited unhelpful and demeaning attitude. For a candy store employee serving a large customer base from the Aloha State, this was a startling experience. We ended up patronizing the airport location with happy and helpful salespersons. Management reponded to our report of the incident. Expected better.

Neat idea but staff was not all that nice and almost nothing going on in the factory. We got to see them pour out some brittle on the table and flatten / cut it up after we waited 2 hours. Then after no more action we finally left. If you are planning on visiting call ahead to make sure they have anything going on. Chocolate is good but very expensive. Not worth the drive from the strip IMHO.

Oh my! Fantastic candies. Loved watching them make some of the candy. It would have been even better if they posted what they were making. The pecan brittle was wonderful and I wish I could have tried some of the others. The staff were friendly, attentive and answered questions with a smile and obvious warmth, even though they must get asked the same questions hundreds of times.

Not good I'm afraid had a big win in casino as you can see in the photo but had no o e seems to know as a non US citizen I didn't have to pay tax so ended up paying 363 dollars that I didn't have to .I think they need to train staff a little better. Very nice place but can't recommend gambling there

Sorry I can't remember the sales ladies name at this time but she was wonderful. She understood customer service and was attentive to everyone who came in the store at the time we were there. This was the shop on Ogden in the casino.

This was a fun place to eat chocolate and check out a cactus garden. We went at Christmas time and they had a night light show of the cactuses and t was a blast. The chocolate was yummy too!

Went to check out Ethel Ms I have never been but my boyfriend's sister loves this candy. I love chocolate covered Cherries but really didn't care for these and for the price my Lord......

I was told I had to stop at Ethel M’s to get chocolate. The woman who helped us was so friendly and helpful! The chocolate was delicious and tasted so unique!

Retail location inside California Hotel. Good selection of chocolate. I personally love Ethel M chocolate, I try to pick some up every time I visit Vegas.

Ethel M is the best chocolate in town (they make it in Henderson), and this shop is fantastic. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I will be back.

Good selection, plenty of box sizes to choose from, pretty much everything is delicious. Can't wait for their hot cocoa mix comes back in.

OMG! I love this place! Staff if friendly & chocolates are fantastic, especially the dark chocolate lemon creme.

Place was closed when we got there, but they do have good chocolates. If in the area, I would stop in!
