Etisalat always employ cheap staff even the responsible one in this branch. He has no manner or way of talking he thinks he is working in NASA. Of course you know the nationality of this kind of people! Etisalat must employ locals and make them responsible to deal with customers better. No wonders this branch reviews is 3!
