These are lovely people. Very personable and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately my service experience wasn't as lovely. I got the date wrong for my service appointment (mea culpa!) and ended up taking the car in on the wrong day. I rescheduled while I was there, and also chatted with the manager about the services the car might need. I explained that since I didn't put many miles on the car, I had never done all of the scheduled mileage maintenance. I only log about 5k miles per year, and as such am just now to the 30k mark. The manager stated that the car would likely need an oil change (natch), coolant flush, CVT fluid flush, brake fluid flush and spark plugs, all based on age not mileage. I explained that I thought the spark plugs were replaced the prior year, but that the car still sputtered on start up. I said I would check the prior year's maintenance records to see about the spark plugs before bringing it in. Turns out, I had the brake fluid AND spark plugs replaced the prior year, I don't actually have CVT fluid because my model doesn't have CVT. We agreed to the oil change and the coolant flush (because I couldn't find record of that being done recently). I also held up a printout of the Audi PDF maintenance schedule and checklist from my prior year's dealer service and said "are you guys going to check this stuff? I want to make sure the car is in good condition." They said they didn't have a checklist but would give it a good once over. My car was at the shop for about five and a half hours before the manager called to tell me it was ready to go and someone would come get me (about 1.5 miles away) to pick it up. All good so far, right? Well, I paid for the repairs and drove the car home. The very next day, while leaving a business meeting, my car wouldn't start in a parking lot. I called the shop and after about an hour they came and jumped off my car and took it back to the shop (maybe 2-3 miles away). I asked if someone had checked the battery. I was told that checking the battery (even after the discussion about spark plugs and stuttering starts) was not procedure. I was told that not even the dealer would not have checked the battery. I'm sorry, but isn't the battery a pretty integral part of the car? Wouldn't you think someone would check a 7 year old battery, especially after making a big deal over other "time factor service" like the coolant and CVT? Well, they didn't. It is, by the way, on two of the three checks from the dealer both of which were shown on the PDF I brought with me when I dropped off the car (PDF available on the internet) and in my prior service checklist (photo provided and also shown when dropping off car. I missed a business meeting while all this was going on, so I wasn't too pleased. Actually, I was downright peeved to have been essentially carless for the better part of two days. Also, and this was totally random, when I arrived to pick my car up, it was in front of the shop, on the street basically, engine running, unlocked with the keys in it. Anyone could have taken my car. I was told "two people were watching it" but the only person visible in the shop was sweeping the floor and not paying attention to my car. And besides, if someone got in and locked the door and took off, what good would someone watching from the shop do? My car would be as good as gone the second the person got in. Anyway, again I want to stress just how nice everyone was. And it was great that they provide shuttle service if you live nearby and were willing to come pick me up after the battery died. But seriously, you don't check the battery? A 7-year old battery on a car that has been reported to have problems starting? C'mon!
I am recently new to Nashville and was directed to Eurofix by my mechanic I have been using for years at home. Kelley did a fantastic job of communicating with my mechanic to understand my situation and even arranged for my car to be towed from my location to their repair shop. Once I was there, mechanics immediately looked at my car and began to diagnose the issues even though it was late in the afternoon. I felt comfortable leaving my car there, and even better after they called to say it was complete and ready to be picked up, 3 business days later. Even after I was running late after work, they kept the shop open for me to pick up my car and talk through all the was done to repair it. Next time something goes wrong (which hopefully won't be for a long time!!) I am going straight back to Eurofix.
Folks were kind enough to get me in on short notice when We had a bad oil leak in my daughters car , a day before her college graduation. I called Max whom was very helpful and had the 2009 Saab 9-3 towed there. Turns out I had a oil sending unit failure as well as some other leaks they diagnosed. They also fixed the right light brake light assembly which had be problematic. The bill was a bit high by my standards, but since I do many of my own repairs I always think the service provider is expensive!! All in all it was a good ( and lucky) decision to have the Saab work done there. They were all a customer respectful team ( I also spoke to Sam, the GM) and I would go back there again for Saab service. Great job!!
I was almost 1,000 miles from home visiting my grandkids when one morning I started the car and it was idling really rough then I saw the engine light on. I had just made it getting my grandson to school. I went to one repair shop but they wasn’t equipped to do the job on my Mercedes Benz. They recommended me to go to Euro Fix. There was one in the area so I went and received a very friendly welcome and courteous service. They took care of me promptly and professionally and I haven’t had any problems with the car since. I am very grateful the job well done that they did and recommend them as the go to specialist for foreign made cars. Thanks Euro Fix. Emmett L Walker III
These guys were great! We brought them a 2012 Mini Cooper we bought from Crest Honda with a ton of problems that Crest refused to help us fix and they have been the best since day one. They kept us updated about what was going on, what was needed, etc. They had the car for a couple of months but was able to get it back to running condition for us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Unless you're "mad at your money" take your BMW and Mercedes to them for the care they deserve! ALL the people there that I've had business with are NOTHING but pure professional's in every single thing that they do at a discount compared to a dealership AND you get a 36 month warranty on the work they do! Who does that anymore? No one that I know of. Timothy in Kingston Springs
The professional team at EuroFix restored the reliability and efficiency of my 2012 MiniCooper. I did not have access to their expertise in the rural area I came from. EuroFix cleared my system and provided the necessary undates. They were thoroughly upfront about their assessment and reasonable prices for their work. I hope they will be there in the future .
I am new to Nashville and liked the sound or Euro Fix. I was impressed from my phone call on. I received an appointment right away and wonderful service and communication. Sam is brilliant. I am very happy to have this resource going forward for my car needs. They also outlined what needs to be done and that is very helpful.
They were great. I live in the country and really needed an oil change and had for got to schedule one. They didn’t have any openings but squeezed me in for an oil change . I so appreciated that! Very professional, great service and they care about you. So nice to have a company that goes the extra mile. I’ll be back.
EuroFix has some great employees. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was given a ride back to my home as the repair on my car needed parts. I picked it up the next morning and the weird noises I was hearing were gone Firestone could not find the problem but AutoFix did and repaired it.
These super sweet people helped check my tire pressure when my sensor went off on my way to another appointment. They even repositioned my car to make it easier for me to get out of the parking lot and gave me advice and directions on where I could go to have the issue fixed. Thank you!
EuroFix was a great experience. Kelly was an amazing advisor helping me optimize my warranty and excellent at communication. I even used the loaner car which was fine but I was just so happy to have something to get me around. I would recommend them for service and quality of work! 5/5
I’ve brought my Volvo in for a MAJOR repair and few minor fixes. Sam was very professional and kept me updated through out every repair. They have a very talented group of mechanics. Not only are fixes timely but they are done correctly. I definitely recommend EuroFix Belle mead.
I can't say enough great things about this place. The service is truly world-class. They are fantastic at communicating, which is hard to come by. The prices are fair, they work quickly, and their technical knowledge is superb. I will never take my car anywhere else.
I am very pleased with the work, transparency and communications with EuroFix. They took great care of my BMW and completed all repairs on time and at the prices quoted. I have absolutely no problems taking my car back to them when service and repairs are necessary.
Fantastic customer service! Second to none. They fixed our car while we waited! McKenzie and the whole staff were very nice and very accommodating. We've used them a couple times before and will continue because they do great work for a better price than dealers.
Quick and excellent service! I was amazed when they had my car done earlier than anticipated and appreciated how accommodating they were with everything. I left feeling relieved, stress free and satisfied. Now my new local maintenance mainstay for my car!
A EuroFix-Belle Meade technician rescued me with a battery cable jump from a Kroger's parking lot. Then, EuroFix assessed my vehicle and replaced the battery in a timely fashion. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. Thanks so much. Mary Freeman
Just be careful here, or anywhere that claims to "beat" the dealership, like Eurofix's radio ads claim. I dislike the dealer, almost with a passion, like most. I brought a 2011 X5 in to Eurofix for coolant hose replacement - they quoted me
I couldn’t be happier in my experience with eurofix. They don’t ever take anything apart or go tinkering around with your vehicle playing a guessing game about what “could be” wrong to drive up cost. As you would want a surgeon to be, they
Good experience overall. Did not try to up-sale me with repairs I might not need. It took longer than i expected to get my car back.. a full day for what turned out to be just an oil change. But they do good work and they save me money.
The folks at EuroFix were my heroes after a bad experience at the dealership. A friend recommended them and now I will too. Thorough, conscientious, professional and all at a significantly lower price than was previously quoted. I will
Had an issue with my front side door not opening on my 2008 bmw 328xi wagon. Their diagnosis required me being referred to another source for the final repair. Their honesty about how to proceed was greatly appreciated + the referral
This business deserves a top rating due to my experience of receiving professional service. The pricing has always seemed fair. The representatives are nice and courteous as they should be. My brakes are not having any problems after
I had a very frustrating issue with my car recently - a rattling sound when going over bumps that it was not easy to diagnose - but the persistence and customer service at Eurofix was great. They ended up trying a couple of different
I had a great experience here. I didn't actually have any work done because they were honest enough to let me know that the repair isn't going to be worth the money if I was selling my car. Honesty like that will have me coming back.
I have 35 years of experience in having car repairs performed on my cars. EuroFix explained the needed repair fully, gave me repair options with the pros & cons of each with no pressure one way or the other. The work was fast and
Great Experience with EuroFix Belle Meade. Sam and his team have been taking of our cars for years now when it comes to oil change, yearly inspections etc. Great, great team. They go above abd beyond with their customers.
Like them and their service! Office team is great and they seem to take good care of their customers. They may seem a little pricey, but do good work. Just a few small tweaks could make them 5star
EuroFix has the most amazing customer service and fit me at a moments notice to replace brake pads that were grinding. They did everything with a smile and a great price as well.
Eurofix is my go to repair shop for European cars. The staff is extremely honest, very communicative, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Eurofix to anyone!
Got a flat and my brakes were messed up and they fixed my brakes/bent them back free of charge since it took them about 5 minutes. They were super helpful and accommodating.
Had a brake flush done on my 2017 Jaguar XF. The service was great and was done in a timely manner. The prices are also reasonable. I recommend this business highly.
EuroFix Belle Meade was able to fit my car in for an appointment last minute, did a thorough and speedy job, and were overall pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.
We take both our European cars here. Service and communication is great. Loaner car is provided on larger repairs beyond regular maintenance …
Eurofix really helped me out in a pinch and I am grateful for that. Pros: Amazing customer service, good communications Cons: A little pricey
Very friendly while I waited on my vehicle. Service is excellent. I will use this business for further service on my C300 Mercedes.
So far the repairs have held up, excellently.. Only problem is the lack of loaner cars. They need a few more.
Excellent resource. Took a little time to get an appt but experience was altogether positive
Great service, great work, fair price. My car runs like a top now. Thanks.
