Louis (pronounced Louie) was flat with car repairs and roadworthy’s and had no where in his calendar for me and my requirements. Once I explained the dominoes effect that if I didn’t get the roadworthy straight away, it would have a detrimental effect of my ability to execute other matters I had prepaid, Louis found a way to make it work. Louis slotted me in around his busy workload, executed his part flawlessly and had me on the road within 24 hours! Thanks to Louis and Luvey for being so accommodating and I have taken my cars to Euroclass for well over 20 years. If you have a interlock in your car I would highly recommend Euroclass to look after you ! Lovey is amazing and actually explains ‘the how’s and do not’s’ of having one. Without her help I probably would still have mine today. And thank you Paul for a fast removal. I came in off the street on a Monday arvo just to enquire about pricing to replace and fit my headlight globes. I spoke to who I assume is the owner on the front desk - after a quick look at the vehicle he advised me that they did not carry that globe in stock but if I’d like to pop up to the Repco (700m drive) to grab it, he would fit them for me. Up and back in less than 10 minutes and he very kindly got them hooked up there and then for no charge! Even talked me through my clueless questions. Really impressed and super appreciative for the fantastic service.
