I called the clinic requesting for the refill for my wife and unfortunately I spoke with RUDE receptionist , she was un professional . I asked for the refill, she kept telling me should come to the clinic , I asked her name and requested to speak with dr Eimad or other doctors available at this time and ended up hang up the phone , called second and third time she kept hang up on me . This is really un expected from receptionist get the trust from Dr Eimad . I hope dr.Eimad will have an action on this incident. Dr Eimad is great , experienced , lovely with patience , dr. Eimad my family doctor since 2016 and I will continue with him as he is super , excellent experience and handling his patients professionally and caring always. Thank you Dr Eimad

Dr. Emad has been our Family Doctor for 12 years with my husband and my son as well. He's been very accommodating and helpful to us. He's such a professional doctor and he treated us like his family. Very good in keeping our health up to date by sending us regular checks. After our appointment, we're greatly satisfied with his good quality service. It makes a difference when you see a happy, professional and respectful doctor. In addition, his wife as a doctor too helps a lot to keep the clinic operations smoothly . This place has been falling apart. They contact me twice on October 7th to make an appointment for November 21st. And I asked multiple times if there was a closer date. I was told no. Now they are telling me the date was actually October 21st. When I asked multiple times on speaker in front of my friends and family. And not to mention all the times you show up for an appointment and they cancel it the same day and claim they “called”

1 highly recommend Dr. Emad Abdoulkarim to anyone in need of a physician who not only possesses excellent medical expertise but also truly cares about their patients. His kind and welcoming demeanor, coupled with his knowledgeable staff, make for a remarkable healthcare experience. Dr Emad is great... when you see him. However, the clinic does not adhere to the operating hours listed here, and people wait for the clinic too open for 2-3 hours in extreme weather conditions. The receptionists are rude, which is unwarranted, especially when dealing with people in pain. Simple admin improvements, like a sheet and phone calls, could alleviate this issue for the patients and the clinic.

Dont bother coming just a minute after 9 am. The wait time will be 4+ hours. If i could choose 0 stars for wait time i would put - 10. They said 2-3 hours, its been 5, only because we came at 9 20 instead of 9. Unbelievable

Get your staff the right training don’t tell people that you open @9am on Saturday’s oh yes come in the doors are open @8:45 am that was the call I got from 1 employee

Dr. Emad Abdulkarim is a very good doctor that cares deeply about his and hers patients' health and well-being. He's by far the best doctor I've ever had.

The Docs are great, but they have taken in too many patients. To see your family doctor for a non-walkin appointment, it takes 2 months...ridiculous

The worst staff! Worst doctors! Worst clinic in Ottawa. Do not go there!
