My husband has been a customer here for almost 25 years — basically since his first car. They do great work and are typically very nice and reliable. I was a bit discouraged by the lack of masks being worn and improper wearing of masks, so I said something to the men at the desk. The man who was helping us was kind about adjusting his mask, but the man next to him did not seem pleased. The office is small and not wearing a mask properly, over the nose, defeats the purpose. I wear a mask not just for my own benefit but for the safety of people around me. I would feel terrible if one of them were to go home with the virus and infect their families because of carelessness with mask or distancing protocols. I have no regrets mentioning this to their staff, despite the displeasure it seems to have caused. He was not the only staffer seemingly very casual about this; many of the folks working there seemed to prefer wearing their masks as chin straps. My husband also mentioned that they joked to him about him needing permission from me to pay for service, but that’s not the case; my husband doesn’t know the balances on our cards but he definitely doesn’t need permission to service our car. I might be a stickler about masks, but I am happy to pay for services that keep our car driving smoothly and safely. I am happy to pay these guys for their work; we are satisfied customers. We’ll return, but I hope the workers here choose to be better about masks. The more seriously they take it, the sooner we’ll be rid of masks and we can go about our lives without them.

Four new Michelin tires at a price lower than anywhere else that I could find (including that big box store), front end alignment, and new brakes all around. I could not have asked for a better experience at a more than reasonable price. And what made it exceptional was the quality customer service I received while there, Chris bent over backwards to get me in and out under my time constraints and was true to his word. I initially scheduled a day earlier through their call center for late in the day, then called backed and re-scheduled for noon. When I arrived they told me at least a 3 hour wait, so I requested a re-schedule for the next morning, for which they readily agreed. I never felt pressured for any additional work. The manager gave me an honest evaluation of work I might be interested in for my vehicle and I agreed in some cases. This store and the manager in particular exhibited a very high quality of customer service that is usually missing from auto service centers like this. And not just with me but with every customer I observed walking through the door. I would highly recommend this store in Evens tires on Convoy for tires and auto service. You can't go wrong and will be unbelievably satisfied.

Recently after picking up my granddaughter from school my car broke down. I was really stuck. I've had good experience with tires at Evans but didn't know if this location could handle mechanical repairs. Well, this shop was great! Ian and Chris coordinated all and made sure to handle all my needs.. They were professional and caring throughout. I had budget issues and they worked it out. I had transportation needs getting my granddaughter and I safely home and back...they took care of it. And most importantly, my old car was quickly up and running thanks to their flexibility with budget and integrity to get job done as needed for me to be safe. Their employees, Dante and Victor couteously and kindly provided the needed transportation. The mechanic (sorry I didn't catch his name) was very patient and reassuring as well, taking the time to explain, before and after, the required repairs while also offering me opportunity to inspect and or take pictures if I liked. All in all, in this day and age of customer-NO-service this team was exceptional and couldn't have provided better service. Much appreciated!!!

Ok I’m 64 went to the movies came out and had a flat tire . I could not drive far so your place was the nearest tire store. One tire cost me 228.00 dollars . At Walmart it’s 71.45 with 18 to install it . You need another one as well ! Here is the link to the finance department ! I had a bad fall almost 2 years ago . Still waiting for surgery. Being on workers comp they move at a snails pace ! So I don’t have a lot of money to spend . To come back and say my front brakes would be 700 and my back brakes 700 . That’s just plain awful ! Highway robbery! Your tire was sitting stack up in the hot sun ! I paid over 200 dollars for that ? Your sales person needs to put in his place ! Like over my knee for a good spanking !!! Not a fan at all ! Never will I recommend your rip off place ! Keep driving and go to a reasonable place ! I was in so much pain and just wanted to get home … For all you seniors don’t let them pull the wool over your eyes!!! Awful people !

These past ratings must be for tire service because ain't no way they're getting 5-stars from me for an oil change. Decided to try this place out after getting a flyer in the mail as they had a special on oil changes. I usually get conventional oil and they said no I need synthetic oil - of course let's do the more expensive oil! As a tire shop of course now I need 4 new tires! For $1100! No sir, just do my oil change. That was super fast and I began to question was anything even done for my car. What they didn't do is even put more air in my front tire because it was at the same pressure before I went there. This company needs to stay in their lane and just do tires. And I will definitely go elsewhere to buy them as that place is a ripoff. Valvoline does a thorough job of an oil change, so I will continue to give them my business.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The service whatever was only intentional trying to sell me a tire regardless of what the problem was. I had two screws in my tire. Never took the tire off and confirmed that the screw that was close to the side wall was even fixable! Directly to new tire. Then told me that the torn cv boot was dangerously in need of replacement. I went to another place and they took the time to remove the tire and confirm that it was fixable and that the cv axel was easily fixable every thing was was done out the door $425 not the over priced $1000 over the phone verbal quote. No actual written quote. I’ve purchased tires and alinement from your company. But the predatory over selling is why I will never use your company again

I have been to Evan’s tires four times now: to get new tires installed (they offered the best price for run flat tires in SD), rotate my tires every 6 months, and most recently, to take out a nail and get it patched up (both services are complimentary when you get tires from them). Each time, I had a great experience speaking with the manager over the phone or the front desk, and with the services. They’ve been friendly, efficient, and honest with their work— I’ve never felt pressured by them. Safe to say, I’ll keep coming back. I highly recommend them!

I came in for a tire rotation after having my car serviced and fully inspected at the dealership. Ian was dishonest on service that was not necessary and voided the warranty on the tires I bought from Evans less than a year ago. The quote on the unneeded service was 200%+ on the parts and another $800 in labor for a job that takes less than an hour. This was the second quote after I felt $2000+ was unreasonable. When I called later to discuss the estimate, Ian cancelled my appointment and just hung up. I wouldn’t recommend this shop for honest service.

Great team! When I first walked in this morning, I was greeted by Chris nice smile. Chris was so welcoming and very helpful. I am not sure of the repairman name that work on my car, but he was super fast, and he cleaned my rims (wow) excellent work! Before I left, it was a small glitch and several mechanics came to assist, which turned out to be nothing. Jesus was so kind and explained what it was, he was so nice it was like talking to a friend. It is so refreshing to experience great customer service and great work! I appreciate Evans Tire!

Dropped my car off for an oil change. I was called and told I needed rear shocks on my 5 year old car. I agreed. When I returned I was shown the shocks. There was a little bit of dampness near the "slide" section of one of the shocks. I did some research afterward and found out this is called "weeping" and is normal. I threw away over $500. At this same place I previously had some work done and was charged $1200. I later found two places that would do the same job for $700. Moral of the story is, get a second opinion.

The crew at Evans Tires today was SO helpful today- especially Chris! I went in because my tire pressure light came on & air wasn’t fixing it. They found a nail in my tire & fixed it. They also discovered my rear suspension needed to be replaced. This was a huge cost, but they made it as affordable as possible for me. They also got the work done SO fast, so I was able to get to work on time. I appreciate their knowledge & hard work, speed & efficiency, honesty, friendliness & professionalism.

Went in for brake inspection. I was in and out with barely a wait. I believe the technician that helped me was Chris but I could tell that all the staff at this location go above and beyond in their jobs. I was able to get my brakes fixed and resolved in a matter of minutes. I’m very grateful for the awesome service and work done by all the staff at this location. I will absolutely be returning again and would recommend anyone to do their service here. Thanks again!

To have such an employee in any company will inevitably drive all the customers away and with word of mouth, I would hate to see a company whom I have been loyal to for many years start losing businesses because of one such toxic employee. It would be 5 star if it weren't for automatically putting tire insurance on my invoice. This is not a requirement or even a good deal and I should definitely be asked if I want it. I saw it and declined the coverage, but I don't like that extra, unnecessary, expensive items were added to my initial bill without asking. Everything else was good and fast.

Been going here off and on for a couple decades. Showed up today, a busy Saturday, and they had me in n out the door in under 90 minutes without an appointment. Tires, oil change, and inspection. Fair priced as well. Manager, Gabriel I believe his name is, seemed like a good and honest guy. I'll continue going here for my vehicle needs.

Wanted to say thank you to the team at Evans Tire. My breaks were making a horrible sound and I was able to bring it in and get it all fixed the same day. What’s crazy is that I had taken my car to a dealership about 2 months ago and they never told me I needed new breaks. This place has integrity and is fair with pricing.

Superb service from evans tires. I needed air filled for my tires and i was serviced very quickly and treated kindly. Dante told me air is free and they'd be happy to fill my tires whenever I needed help. I have never tried to do it myself

Walked out $4,000 poorer for my 101,000 9 yr car from original $1,397 original quote. Hopefully all needed, suspension systems, steering, etc. Got good deal on Milestar tires less than $600. Last ones 3 yrs ago, 50,000 miles. Best ever.

Been here many times to get done my tires, engine oil and with many other reasons. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can ask questions about the car or about any other issues your car having and they will be happy to answer questions.
