I contacted EverWild Floral after my dad had suddenly passed away. I was greeted by Becca and was treated so kindly by all staff. Becca did amazing at listing to what I wanted, I had no idea what flowers would work or colors but knew I wanted a wreath and a picture in the middle. I could tell Becca was going to do everything she could to make sure I was provided with what I had in mind and I could tell she sincerely wanted to honor my dad with this wreath. I had placed the order Tuesday for a Saturday service. I had provided a picture and frame for them to use. I went in unannounced on Friday, the day before the service. The staff all knew my name and greeted me. Becca immediately called me over to the counter and seemed eager to show me how it was progressing, she was so proud of her work, justifiably. I looked at this beautiful wreath coming together and glance over and notice she has my dads picture sitting up prominent and in view almost like she was looking at it for inspiration to best display the life in my dads picture. Becca more than accomplished what I was wanting. It was the most beautiful flower arrangement I had ever seen. They delivered it on time and set it up for me. Words can't describe how easy of a process they made this for me. Without a casket this was the main way to be able to honor my father at the mass and they took every care to ensure this was perfect. They were sincere in their condolences and all communication was personalized and never felt like some email script. I could go on and on about how amazing of an experience working with them was. Please use them for any floral needs. They also made this little boutonniere for me, again with the upmost care to detail and it was custom to match the theme.

Updated review: After posting my last review, Sarah from EverWild Florals reached out and kindly offered to redo the Valentines Day arrangement. I understand that during busier holidays some things may miss quality control as extra hands are brought in to help but I genuinely appreciate a business that is concerned with customer satisfaction and willing to make things right. I was delivered a beautiful replacement arrangement that met the standard I’ve been used to from EverWild in the past. Thank you, Sarah, for your kindness and professionalism. It is a rare art these days and for that alone, I plan to continue supporting your business.

I ordered from Everwild for the first time on 5/17 & I was looking for a local (KC) flower delivery place & actually found them through Google. I ordered my selection & they quickly called and said that there was a glitch in the website and that part of my order details were missing. They also said they were out of a flower in the arrangement but allowed me to pick which flower I wanted to substitute. I felt like their customer service in getting in contact with me quickly was awesome! And then they even delivered them the same day! My sister was so surprised and the arrangement is stunning!! I will be using EverWild from now on!

EverWild truly acted as our knight in shining armor during our wedding. My fiancé and I had talked to many florists during our engagement and each one had told us our budget of $2,000+ was not manageable and we would need to double to work with them. Everyone on the EverWild team was transparent about what to expect, worked with us on the flowers and color scheme, and fit nearly EVERY item we wanted into our plan. It was a smooth process from start to finish and even after our wedding day gave us so much love and support. One of the best decisions we made for our day!

I received a bouquet from my husband for Valentine’s Day, they were gorgeous!! He ordered by a recommendation from a friend of ours. For Mother’s Day I ordered 3 bouquets, For 3 separate moms, all amazing! I love that you just pick what size you want (3 choices) and then it’s a surprise as to what the arrangement will be. They go by what the best flowers are that are available, rather than generic arrangements with possibly the lesser quality (I’ve loved everything I have seen!) I will definitely continue using EverWild!!

Yesterday I had a bouquet of flowers delivered to my long distanced girlfriend for her birthday! I’m based in Florida and getting her things on time are not my strong suit. Not only were the flowers gorgeous and affordable at that, the person making the delivery made sure to call and text me when it was dropped off! I received the Darling monthly bouquet as a Christmas gift from my sister. The only thing better than fresh flowers in the dreary winter season, is having a beautiful bouquet for 3 months! The flowers have been a bright spot in my day. I wasn't home for the second delivery on a very cold day. Received a call from EverWild that they didn't want to leave the flowers outside and made arrangements to deliver when I would be home. I will use EverWild whenever I need flowers for any occasion.

They were extremely helpful from start to finish! After placing my order, I was able to make a special request for my wife’s favorite flower to be included in the bouquet without expecting an additional charge. They took great care of my bouquet and ensured it was delivered when we were home, so the bouquet wasn’t left in the cold weather. Absolutely great care and a personal touch you won’t be able to get from most national flower companies. We’ll definitely be using EverWild again!

Randomly stopped in yesterday for my moms bday & wanted to get her a nice bouquet. I told them my budget & the colors I wanted. They exceeded my expectations! Super fast & efficient. I have a monthly subscription and last month asked them to cancel it since it wasn’t allowing me to do so online and said to contact the store. Two emails later no subscription cancelled and I was just billed for another month for flowers that wilted 48 hours after delivery. Do not recommend. The very least you can do is call your customer back and help them cancel. Will be disputing the charge with my bank since they do not want to assist or respond to inquiries.

I love the arrangement I ordered for my mother’s birthday! It arrived this afternoon. I just put my order in yesterday. I searched many local florists but was unable to find anything else in the area of this quality that was able to deliver this quickly without paying a premium price. I decided to purchase a monthly bouquet subscription for my dining room table. Online ordering was super easy and they had a delivery option open for the very next day. I received a text letting me know a delivery driver was on their way and a personal text from the delivery person letting me know that they made the contactless delivery. The bouquet is a gorgeous spring array that looks amazing on the table.

My first arrangement from EverWild and it is absolutely beautiful! Incredible customer service! My husband passed away August 2020, and I knew I'd be missing so many things, including the beautiful flowers he sent throughout the year. I just received a bouquet from EverWild Florals as a "Merry December" from my daughter. (we exchange little holiday things on Dec 1 that we can enjoy all month long). As you can see from the picture, it is quite beautiful and to my delight and surprise, it contains magnolia leaves. I have never seen real magnolia leaves, only artificial ones, and they are a perfect backdrop for the flowers. What a treat!
