I had a great experience here at Evolve Avenue N Marine Park location. I came here for right shoulder pain since 12/2021 and am glad I did. I initially tried getting an appointment at a totally different physical therapy company, but they didn't have any availabilities to suit my need. When I found Evolve and called them for an appointment, they had one within the next day. They did an initial intake and got my history. They figured out what was causing my shoulder pain (instability of the shoulder instead of frozen shoulder), and showed me all different kinds of exercises to strengthen my muscles. Due to my work schedule, they were very accommodating with my appointments. As a result, I worked with 3 physical therapists: Gil, Mitchell, and Derek. They each had their own expertise and knowledge, which allowed me to benefit in a variety of ways. Each session usually began with manual massage from my physical therapist. This was followed by exercises, such as shoulder taps, mountain climbers, performing "Y's, T's, and I's" using 4 lb weights and resistance bands, rolling a 'noodle' against the wall with resistance band, pretend drawing the alphabet in capital letters with a weighted ball in hand, kettle bell farmer's walk, planks, and many other exercises. They have a lot of equipment to accommodate innumerable exercises. I have completed my sessions today and my right shoulder pain is gone and my arms are nice and toned. Evolve has given me an exercise regimen plan that I can access via a link provided, so I can continue exercising beyond. The therapists are really nice and friendly, and even offered exercises for other issues I had (wrist and hip pain) when I inquired. The assistant Carmen was also very friendly, sweet, and nice. You can really tell there is genuine care. Also, Evolve runs their clinic organized and everyone plays a role and does their job. Yes, I would recommend this place for physical therapy. If ever I need to undergo PT again, I'll know where to go.

I've tried several Physical therapy providers in the last few years and found them lacking. I came to Evolve and have had a truly progressive experience. Mitch Kuhn has been my leader in physical development and he has been excellent at providing my direction towards healing. The lessons are thorough and very specific towards my physical health goals. Other facilities have misguided me and tended to fill my schedule with fluff exercises to extend my therapy contract. However, Mitch and Evolve have directed my therapy to best coincide with my needs. One of the best conditions for healing is the therapy environment. The facility is immaculately maintained. The equipment is current and plentiful and the staff is wonderful and supportive. When I arrive for an appointment, starting from the wonderful greeters on the check-in service , the staff is welcoming and encouraging. During my sessions, I receive motivation, encouragement and assistance from all the related staff. Carmen, Andre, Donna ( with an h), and Derek are all personally invested in the successful therapy of all patients. It is a pleasant environment and the therapy sessions are pretty thorough. I see my progress and more importantly I feel the difference in my performance. I thank Evolve and I am truly grateful to have been a patient.

UPDATE: I wanted to share that I am so pleased with my progress! Charlie and Eric continue to "nudge and encourage" me and I am already seeing results! Something as simple as standing up and realizing that I am not in agony gives me hope that recovery IS on the horizon! I have a really crazy work schedule and they are so accommodating! Thanks again for helping me to make progress! My Physician recently recommended that I start Physical Therapy for a variety of problems in my foot, including a tear in my plantar fascia, a heel spur and a cyst. I went to Evolve in Marine Park and I am beyond pleased with the care I am receiving. The entire staff is friendly and professional and the facility is well maintained and spotless. My Therapist, Charlie monitors my progress from session to session and pushes me just enough...not too far....but he doesn't let me be lazy either. I am also assisted by Eric who encourages me to keep working. I am pleased that they ensure that I am doing my exercises correctly to gain maximum benefit. I observe how other clients are treated while I am receiving my care and each and every individual is professionally and kindly cared for. I have been going to Evolve Physical Therapy Marine Park location for a couple months now. Best decision ever! I came in with severe pain from Achilles tendinitis. My therapist Dorothy did a thorough evaluation, explained everything to me and answered all my questions, taking as much time as needed. Dorothy is so kind and compassionate and you could immediately tell how passionate she is about what she does. Her skills are incredible! After her massaging the area, and doing some stretches I walked out of that first appointment in drastically less pain! Dorothy devised a plan of treatment for me, and week by week my pain diminished and I am getting stronger and stronger. It's not just the therapist that you work with. The PT assistants/exercise therapist all work in tandem to help you get the most of each session. Josh, Eric and Mehran are just the most friendly, lively , incredibly knowledgeable, supportive staff who make each session feel fun and productive. I also want to mention that the atmosphere is spa like; clean, well lit and very calming. I highly recommend Evolve, and in particular the amazing Dorothy for anyone needing physical therapy. I went to Evolve PT Marine Park location one week ago and met with Charlie and his PT assistant Esther. They were both so delightfully personable and very knowledgable. Charlie's reputation preceded him and was 100% truthful. The entire staff at this location are really great and the atmosphere is very inviting, welcoming and calming. He's very good at what he does and was on point diagnosing my condition. After only one session and my diligently following his instructions regarding my take home exercises, I am experiencing such unbelievable results in such a short period of time, that it's mind blowing! if you are thinking of starting any form of PT and is undecided as to where you should go. Hesitate no longer, but head straight to Evolve PT Marine Park location and ask for Charlie. You will not regret your decision to do. The relief that I am currently enjoying after experiencing months of chronic pain, after only one session with Charlie, is a game changer! Evolve Physical Therapy has been a life saver! After injuring my knee, I was barely able to hobble around, but after just a few sessions with Donna and her crew (Mehran, Josh, the Excercise Specialists) at the Marine Park branch, I got my life back and was back on my feet. During her comprehensive assessment at my first session, Donna noticed some lifelong gait irregularities, and designed a full program to correct them and strengthen all the muscles involved. I feel so much more functional as a person now. Shout out to Tehila for her positive energy and ability to design exercises to challenge me just enough to work hard but not overdo it, and to Dorothy for supervising. My daughter Delaney was diagnosed with torticalis at three months. She made improvements, but then after going back to daycare she fell behind again. Her muscles were stiff and a physical therapist with early intervention said without therapy she’d be behind and unable to crawl. Evolve was a life saver. Donna was incredible. She immediately put me at ease. Each exercise and stretch was explained. In addition she’d send me videos to help me see how I could do it at home. Her gentle nature meant that my daughter was comfortable and even smiling during therapy! In addition, Mehran and the rest of the staff showered my daughter with so much support and encouragement! It was a wonderful experience and I could not recommend them more. Beautiful facility too. Today Delaney’s nine months old and crawling and pulling herself up!

Evolve Physical Therapy is a great place! Had a great experience there recently. Took my mom for her PT. The staff there are all awesome - from the front desk to the therapists. Very polite , respectful, very punctual and professional in their services. Mitchell Kun was our PT . He was very kind, caring and respectful of our individual preferences. He made great effort to connect , bond, and build trust with my mom. He customized the plan according to my mom's state each visit. My mom could not bare weight, bend, squat, walk long distance before she went... Now she can which is priceless.. Thanks Mitchell. Carmen made a perfect fit in the treatment team. Evolve physical therapy is amazing! The place is nice and the staff is great. They are all super friendly and ready to help you grow and meet your needs. I have been going to Evolve for the past three months for my ACL reconstruction therapy and they do not disappoint. Every time I leave the session, I am feeling great and making so much progress. My therapist Charlie and pt aid Eric have helped me push past my mental block and work at hard to help me get back to using my knee! Their hands on approach is great as it allows me to really rebuild up my muscles and work towards my goals. I couldn’t have made amazing progress in the span of 3 months if it wasn’t for Evolve and Charlie allowing me to do so!

After a traumatic injury I started PT at another place which I felt lost in and didn’t feel I was getting the care I needed. I was referred to Nathan at Evolve. At first, I spoke with him on the phone and he was extremely caring and devoted in helping me. I knew right away I was in good hands. I “walked” in and right away I felt the warmth and care. The undivided attention I got was exceptional and continued throughout the year and a half I was being treated there. They were extremely on top of my well-being and made sure I progressed and get the results I wanted and needed. They have amazing hours and facility is very clean. I went to evolve physical therapy for TMJ. When I first got there it was really bad and pain-full. Charlie my PT who is very professional at his profession helped me tremendously as well as his assistant who is very professional at her profession and lectured me about graduating high school were able to help me with my problem. All the team members and exercise specialist are very good at what they do, Bradley, Erik and Alex especially, helped me progress and get stronger, I went from not being able to run due to intense tension and pain in my jaw to lifting again. I came to Evolve Physical Therapy a few months ago off the recommendation of a family member and I have no regrets. A professional staff, they not only provide exercises & stretches designed to strengthen your weak points, they listen and work with you in an interactive training manner while also pushing your body. I’ve seen other physical therapists in the area and Charlie at Evolve PT is absolutely top notch when it comes to the wealth of exercises and information that I was given. He performed many types of manual tests to diagnose my knee and shoulder pain and just after a few sessions, I learned a lot about the way my body works and most importantly, the pain and discomfort went away. Charlie was also very patient with me and answered each and every question that I had about my joints and anatomy. Pain and discomfort is always something that requires expert attention and I know I can count on Charlie and his team to alleviate all my worries and concerns. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve never enjoyed going to PT before coming to Evolve. I was experiencing extreme pain in my foot from running and was in a panic since I’m training for a marathon, but I’m in great hands with Nathan and Dorothy. I don’t experience pain any more and truly think it’s because of the work I’m doing with them during my sessions. I also have to say that the entire staff is beyond friendly and kind. I’m bad with names and can’t remember everyone there, but Josh is one that stands out. He’s been assisting with my exercises and makes sure my form is correct. Dorothy was amazing! I was having neck pain and lower back pain and she was able to diagnose the cause and gave me exercises that helped me right away! She was gentle and encouraging and went out her way to give me extra information, videos, and handouts with clear instructions of what to do at home. She listened to what I needed and wanted and didn't push me beyond my limits. She was very friendly, easy to contact and schedule appointments with, and a joy to work with! She gave incredible massages and, with the her guided exercises and instruction, helped me get rid of the pain I was experiencing! So grateful, thank you Dorothy!!

The gods were with me when I found Evolve. I had debilitating pain from lumbar radiculopathy. Charlie, my PT, got me my life back. Through massage, stretching, and exercise, he led me to a continuing recovery which I did not think possible. In past years I have joined a few other physical therapy establishments, but none compare to EVOLVE. This place is well organized, well equipped, kept super clean, and is very helpful. Aldo is the competent trainer for the ROCK STEADY boxing class developed for Parkinson's patients. My wife Risa is seeing Charlie and Aurus and is also very satisfied with their helpfulness and care. I have been coming to Evolve for 3 months now and I have to say I’m so happy that I chose to come here. When I came in for my initial visit I was evaluated by Charlie who is quite amazing. He listening to all of my concerns and put me at ease. I always feel so welcomed by him and his staff. I went from being in so much pain to getting back to were I was prior to my injury. Extremely appreciative of excellent help. Charlie is a pro and takes the time to make appropriate plan that leads to recovery. He is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to detail and is able to answer a plethora of questions that many shy away from. Donna is also a true professional who is extremely knowledgeable and caring and takes the time to plan for success. She makes recovery fun. This should be your top consideration for all things PT. Mitch Kuhn is a super star. His knowledge, manner and treatment eliminated my issue. It's rare to be treated by someone so passionate about helping people. I also appreciate Mitch teaching me things. They do make you "work" (do the exercises) but that's part of the recovery. A great friendly atmosphere. Kudos! Evolve has helped me heal in no time. The therapists and staff are so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. there's almost never any wait time. The therapists do amazing manual therapy.

NATHAN IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN!! I have been coming to Evolve Therapy now for years and hands down- Nathan @ the marine park location is god sent! What an amazing PT and human! Nathan has gone above and beyond as he rehabilitated me from multiple injuries (quad tear, ankle sprain, repetitive strain injuries from work with my upper body) and set backs throughout the years. Nathan’s professionalism, expertise and true true care will keep me coming back right here to him. And, let me not forget his manual therapy is a healing hand of gold! 10000% recommend!

I love this place. As a college athlete i wanted a pt place that would not only rehab my knee but push me to be my best self. And Evolve has done that and more. Charlie understands exactly what i need to not only get back on the court but to also be my best athletic self. My favorite part about working with Charlie is that he is constantly teaching me about my body and better take care of myself. Evolve PT was recommended to me by my doctor for a shoulder injury. It was painful for me to sleep or do simple things like getting dressed or reaching for things behind or above. Charlie worked with me for months. He measured my progress at each session. He was patient and revised my treatments and exercise plan as time progressed. I was searching for a PT familiar with hip injuries specifically related to dance, and I was so happy to find Donna at Evolve. If you need physical therapy Evolve is the place to go. I tried two physical therapists before my doctor Irwin Abraham recommended Charles Marinello , DPT. I arrived limping to my first session with Charlie hopeless and not expecting improvement. How wrong I was. Three months later my limp is almost gone and I’m moving my body with confidence and without fear. I can’t thank Charlie and the staff enough for their help. Charlie is the best therapist I’ve encountered. So if you need a therapist be sure to call Charlie first.

I’ve been coming here for about 5 months for physical therapy on both my knees. My therapist was Charlie and I’ve had the best experience with him. If you ever come here I highly recommend Charlie, he really know what he’s doing. He’s super nice and makes all his clients comfortable, he’s also really good at accommodating time if you’re a super busy person. I broke my leg back in October and needed a lot of therapy to literally get back on my feet. From my first appointment, I wasn't treated like a patient, but like a friend. Best physical therapy office in Brooklyn. The therapists are very kind and knowledgeable of their job. I've been experiencing pain in my entire lower body for over a year and found progressing relief through these kind therapists. The stretches and exercise techniques are practical, safe and effective. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming. No matter how far you live, this is the best office to choose. i went to Evolve with a torn rotator cuff, Tehila saw me right away and within a half hour had me moving my shoulder like i havent in over a year. Tehila really knows her stuff. The atmosphere is pleasant and you are really treated like a king there! I have sent many people to Eveolve and they all had the same result as i did. Hansen is an excellent physical therapist. I was nervous in the beginning, but Hansen has taken the time to address my fears and concerns and my condition has gotten a lot better since. I am finally able to return to doing the things with more confidence and less pain. He's very knowledgable, patient and understanding. Clyde, Jonny, and Josh are great with teaching exercises. And there's always a good laugh in the clinic.

Came in 6 months post op from an ACL tear, saw doctor Charlie and he took great care of me! He got me back to playing sports gave me all the great pointers I needed to get better. I have been going to evolve for my tendinitis in my ankle for a few weeks. Donna and Dorthy and the rest of the staff are so warm and friendly. You get the feeling that they truly care. Tehilla is terrific! She's super accommodating and knowledgeable. Not only has she helped me fixed my back and neck issues, but she's guided me to fixing my lifting forms outside of the physical therapy. Beyond that, the rest of the staff is fabulous. Charlie is an amazing physical therapist and it's a great calming atmosphere. They all really care about you and getting you better! I wouldn't go anywhere else but here!! I initially came to Evolve for sports physical therapy post operation for a patellar instability surgery. I came into Evolve to get PT for a total knee replacement. I ended up with Charlie as my therapist and he was absolutely amazing. I came to Evolve due to a pinched nerve and hamstring pain and he efficiently created a treatment plan that was very effective in reducing my symptoms and pain greatly.
