Executive Flight Centre employees are part of the 'personal item' scam conduct by Lynx Air to its customers. Flight cost 75 Canadian from Toronto to Calgary? Sounds nice. Until you get to the airport and then you get charged $150 for a carry on bag, which perfectly fit in the 'personal item box' but still wasn't accepted as a personal item. This is a money machine scam and a lawsuit against Executive Flight Centre and Lynx Air is on the way. You can see how my small school bag fit perfectly in the personal item box but Executive flight centre employee and superviser decided that it stick out a bit so I should be paying extra $150 dollars, and they did it to a couple more people who were on the line, which this box btw smaller than all other airlines standards for personal item bag size. This small bag fit perfectly under the front seat so why charging twice more than a ticket itself just for a small bag ? See the case of Frontier air. They did the same. In Toronto airport they don't carry those scam boxes and respect the customers so a small school bag is allowed to be brough to the plane, a bag with a laptop and a couple of shirts. So embarassing for this company to be part of this scam

I was traveling via Lynx Air. They lost my luggage and since that time, it was a big hassle ((((( very disappointed by their carelessness and No Reply policy(((((( I am sooo upset((((((( I think this company needs to remove the word executive from their name and call it something else. This review is only a wake up call before I start spreading the word about this useless company(((((( Find my luggage

Horrible experience with this company that takes care of Lynx Air in Calgary, unprofessional, discriminating, zero respect, no customer service, they never answer the phone and return calls. No wonder that Lynx has such a low rating
