I go here for my monthly eyebrow threading. I usually go with Jassi. Usually, I am happy with the service but today was an absolute disaster. Another therapist did the service but I was too upset to get her name. The therapist overthread a good chunk of my left eyebrow and it ended up looking like a part of it was missing. Instead of being upfront about it, she decides to overthread both my eyebrows. My left eyebrow was still obviously uneven after and when I pointed it out she tried to ignore it and say it was my "arch". She offered to fix it but when I asked how she would without further ruining/thinning my brows, she stopped. I had to get Jassi to look at it and I was told this in fact wasn't the "arch" and she did make a mistake. My eyebrows will grow back but my trust with this salon will not, specially since the lady who served me today tried to pretend nothing was wrong when she knew she made a mistake and tried to lie to me about it. To top it all off, I still had to pay even if they knew the service was subpar and they ruined my brows.

Awful experience. They advertise that they do waxing and threading and so made an appointment for an eyebrow and upper lip wax. At the beginning of my appointment the woman working immediately brought thread and I had to tell her I want wax to which she gave me and attitude and tried to convince to get threading. Eventually she gave in and did wax, it seems that she wasn’t experienced in this and instead of telling me she went in and half way though my wax began threading without my consent. I was in shock, she did the exact same with my lip. The entire service was so quick and even when I left there was still hair left of my face. They also put a bunch of essential oils and the wax was scented which is awful if you have sensitive skin. Maybe if the threading was actually as good as wax I wouldn’t be so upset but it’s the worst eyebrows i’ve ever had. If it wasn’t so cheap I wouldn’t of paid. Never going there again.

Went today to get my brows done and they were great! However I saw that they advertised bows threaded and Henna was $45 for both, when I went to pay the ladies quickly took the advertising away and charged me $50 instead. I understand to not make a scene for $5 however I do want to make a PSA for all future ladies so this doesn’t happen to you please be aware that they may round up the price after completing the service if I were you I’d take a picture as evidence prior to getting your brows done so you aren’t stuck getting charged more then what you bargained for! It made my experience to return unlikely as I do not want to be over charged again.

Went for eye brows and half back waxing . Before going I booked an appointment and enquired about the price for half back. The lady on the phone mentioned that it is 50 dollars for full back so half back will be 25 dollars. On getting the service the lady charged me 30 dollars. I told her I was told 25 dollars on phone so she lied to me and said that starting from 25 dollars. I didn’t want to make a scene for just 5 bucks but this is so unethical. I read the reviews later and found out that they have done it before. Never going here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Wasn’t overjoyed at the service. Beautician was using her phone during service and didn’t sanitise hands before touching my face and going between her phone. Also threaded under my chin but not under my bottom lip, which is part of my chin and what I paid for. I didn’t see immediately after but when I went home there were hairs on my chin! I had to pluck them myself! And I paid $15 more here than I would have going to my usual threading place only a suburb over. Saw good reviews here and thought I’d try but not again.

I paid for the package of shampoo, head massage, hair treatment and cut. The hairdresser looked like she was disappointed she had to do some work. I spent about 2 minutes at the bowl, hair was poorly washed, and treatment wasn't left in long. There was no head massage, it was like she didn't want to touch my hair. The cut was uneven and there were no layers. At least I discovered the reason the place is always empty.

Expensive and not organized. I went there for Diwali hand heena but at the 1st go the service lady said they don't have heena left and she asked me to come along to shops to buy the heena. That's really unprofessional. Also, the design that she has made is really bad, a 3yrs old kid could have done better. They should not take orders if they don't hire professionals.Highly disappointed.

Service was very average. Face waxing was not done properly. To top it, they say there is a surcharge on Card payment. And when you give cash, they deny giving you a receipt. So is it like, if you want a receipt, you have to pay them surcharge or they save the get on the whole transaction. This needs to be corrected . Either give receipt or stop surcharge on Card transaction.

First time getting my eyebrows threaded, I couldn't be happier with my experience. I was a spontaneous walk-in & desperately needed my eyebrows tidied up. The lady who attended to me was very nice, she kindly explained the whole process to me. I felt very comfortable there. Highly recommend it, my eyebrows haven't looked better! thank you so much~

Wahida is an excellent hair dresser! She did a great job with my haircut and colour. I then had Amrutha do my deep clean facial. I had nothing but compliments from my friends and family. I highly recommend this Salon for their professional and friendly service! ***** 5 Star!! I myself will go there every few weeks for my indulgence for sure.

Very friendly staff , they make u feel very comfortable.. i was a walk-in and they were kind enough to do an amazing eyebrow shaping , waxing n a really refreshing haircut n a protein treatment with a smile :) . Felt very relaxed. I definitely recommend this place

My daughter and I came in for hair dying, cuts and styling. Despite being the only hairdresser on that day, Waheeda tended to us both and we were very pleased with the results. This is my third time coming to Exotic Indian Beauty and I will be returning!

The girl did amazing job for me (full face) and my mom too her name is Manpreet very good and happy to recommend to everyone the only problem is she is not there always and even don’t know which day she comes to castle hill hope the manager can fix that

Walk in customer over booking is priority for haircut at Castle exotic Indian parlour. The person is put with some wet towel on the head saying free treatment as your hair is dry. Pathetic behaviour and service

I got the protein hair treatment and the charcoal facial done. really professional and punctual. Highly recommend and will be going back soon. Amrutha was really lovely and did a wonderful job with the facial.

Best eyebrows and hair styles. Price is very reasonable. I definitely recommend this place. Only flip side is, even after taking appointments, there is always a wait.
