I’d had a bad experience previously but thought things change and gave a second chance today, after all a wash/blow dry is the first thing learnt in hairdressing correct? My hair wash was cold, the lady didn’t seem interested to be even doing it, the conditioner was boiling hot and rushed, hair wasn’t brushed through and the neck area was dry. Move on to the blow dry,.. the lady wasn’t confident in what she was doing and it showed, I asked for a bit of volume and the staffed argued infront of me. My head was burnt by the dryer several times and I had to show them where it was still curled to straighten. No product was put in for heat resistance or to protect my hair. I left with smelly, matted hair that was frizzy. To top it off I paid a ridiculous $60 for it!! I’d like my money back. I’ve come home and straightened my hair myself :( Lesson learnt, absolutely do not recommend!

Most horrible, most blood boiling experience this morning. Appointment booked a week ago. Just simple curls which was a surprise for my bday girl. Reached 15 mins early.. shop was jam packed already.. asked me to wait.which was fine.. 15 past 10 ... Taken new customers and started root colouring and hair styling for another coustomer. By that time waited 30 mins already. No communication how long wait. Or an indication that we are going to do you soon. It was not a walk-in.. Walked out without saying anything. Dint wanted to insult them in my blood boiling moment. Ended up doing curls for my girl myself and being 30 mins late for my own party.. Lot of embarrassment and frustration. Aweful way to start a party fun day... Not going back again...

My worst choice ever was to visit this salon this morning. I desired blow-dry hair with layers. The girl's name is Suman, and I've included a photo that I'm so glad I captured because I don't want anyone to go through what I did today because of  this woman who obviously didn't know what she was doing. My hair was severely destroyed by her after she gave it a straight cut throughout the front. My back hair was left long and basically she gave me a bob cut.  So you can only imagine how awful and uneven my hair must appear. I am devastated and extremely disturbed. Please refrain from visiting this salon at your own risk.

My appointment was at 7pm the girls were lovely but felt service was lacking in professionalism and skill due to tiredness, fatigue and lack of commitment to see the job through to the end! The picture presented to her of the style I wanted was disappointing! She basically did not try! It was just layered and a rough blow dry by someone else as she was walking out the door. First time experience should be better than this! Maybe they should not take bookings for colour, cut and blow dry so late or make sure staff don't work 12hour shifts!

Have been going here for almost 2 years now, and it’s hard to say that I won’t be back again! Obviously new owners, and unfortunately only had an inexperienced lady on by herself with some other young lady, who didn’t say hello, goodbye, how can I help you or anything! Absolutely disgraceful and I know my neighbour had a bad experience a few days ago as well! I’m sure you will lose lots of business now that these changes have been made! Certainly NOT a benefit for the Salon in any way shape or form! From a FORMER CUSTOMER!

Annmaree and her staff are ALL gorgeous. From the call to make a booking ,the very happy welcome into the salon,the experienced consultation and the final product, i could not have been happier.All the girls are professional and so lovely. I have always had a drama trying to find a hairdresser that listens,advises and then produces exactly what I asked for but these girls have got it. Truly do yourself a favour. Not happy!!! :( Went in for eyebrow threading and after being so specific with my instructions on what I wanted, Sumit still threaded off half of my eyebrows!! I had specifically told her that I wanted a clean and showed her the areas to be mindful of as I had been trying to grow back for such a long time, she still didn't listen! So annoyed - Mamta is my usual lady who is good, I would avoid Sumit at all costs!!

I had the most pathetic experience with the lady who did my eyebrows today.first of all she doesnt even know how to use the thread, she was hurting my face everywhere.Despite of how the work was she atleast should have knowledge of how to talk with a costumer.She was throwing her attitude on me instead when i tried to explain her.She doesnt even deserve to work thereShe literally messed up my day.

Jas was amazing and I recommended her to grant permanency at Jordan Springs because she will attract more customers to come to the shop. Shes good at what she does, very respectful and friendly. My friends and I will not going anywhere and we will bring our business to Exotic Jordan Springs if Jass will work there to do waxing

Had my hair done today - wanted red and when I came home and had a shower and dried my hair was basically the same as I went in with plus I was missing a quarter of my hair. I will be making contact again asap for a refund as it is absolutely ridiculous. I will happily provide pictures

Getting my Mum to change hairdressers was a nightmare til we came across this place Booking an appointment was easy and the Cut was just lovely for my Mum!! Her previous hairdresser never lived up to the standards. Mums new go to Hairdresser now Thanks MJ see you in 6 wks

Really happy with their service, the girls are just too good, so professional and hard working. Sumi and Rupi were just great and so patient. There was long waiting but they didn't lose enthusiasm and welcomed everyone and provided their best service. Highly recommended

Not the best place I have ever been, seeming as the staff who was working seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing by not waxing the right areas even when I told her I wanted these things waxed and she didn’t even do it properly. Wouldn’t go there again. Not happy

My mother went to Kajal to get full facial done. She enjoyed the work done by Kajal a lot, not only was she really friendly and enthusiastic but very professional as well. She will deff be coming every month and will recommend to everyone.

worst haircut I have ever had!! She didn't listen to one thing I asked her to do. Infact she did the exact opposite of what I asked. I HATE MY HAIRCUT and its too short to do anything with it. I don't even think she was a real hairdresser!

Had very bad experience, did very bad hair cut, made my hair very short, there was no back mirror and she didn't even show using some other mirror. showed from back, I thought it is of good height, after the cut realised it is very short

Unfortunately the staff do not know how to colour hair. I have tried the service twice and both times extremely disappointed with the colour result. Doesn't look anything like what I asked for. I will not be returning.

Not happy at all. Went in for eye brows after saying what I wanted i walk out with very uneven eye brows one thiner then the other and to far apart not going back will take ages to grow out and get redone again …
