I had been doing business with this company through a middleman for years. When the company went under, I was given the middleman's details and took my business there directly, even though the manager of the business that went under recommended another company as a replacement. At first things were good, but then they started to change. The time they said they needed to do my laundry and return it to me doubled from 2 days to 4. On several occasions, I had to take my clothes to a second dry cleaner to correct what Expert Cleaners had done. Then there was their penchant for losing my socks. I have 2 pairs with only one sock. And most recently, when I gave them 20 pairs of socks to wash, they gave me back 16. To their credit, they agreed to pay for the missing socks, but also told me never to return. While this place is extremely convenient for me (on my way to work), it is sad that their service has deteriorated so much. If you want to gamble on losing your clothes, use this place, but you're better off using some other laundry service if you would like to get your clothes back.

This place is simply the BEST! Such amazingly great customer service and the quality of the cleaning is perfect! As for the reviews that claim bad service, I don't believe that at all! I've been going here for several years and have watched many people being served in addition to the service I've received. I've always ONLY seen top notch and super friendly interactions. They've never lost any of my shirts nor have they damaged anything. I can't say that for other cleaners I've been to!

One of two real Green certified cleaners. This company is owned by a local couple who are very nice and accommodating. They use an organic soap with almost freezing water. They DO NOT use harmful poisonous chemicals and methods like most cleaners do. Very cool. With the delivery service, sometimes items are not pressed or have to be re-cleaned and sent back. I found this to be a frustrating problem.

I took a shirt to a different tailor and didnt like the work she did, so the "experts" fixed it and cleaned my shirt. It looks perfect now, like it was never altered. THEN I had a leather coat cleaned it looks brand new! They do a great job!

This place has always been conveniently located for me and I found them to be friendly and professional. Hoping they can make it through the pandemic for when I start needing my clothes pressed on the regular again.

Very friendly service, they always remember not to crease my pants when I ask. You would be surprised how many places can't say the same. Great alterations as well, I would give 6 out of 5 stars!
