First time there is like walking into downtown toyko or HK.. Signs and symbols everywhere but no clear instructions ('too busy') . The main control is like the spin wheel on the Wheel of Fortune. No idea what the yellow box with flashing light is. No indication of price and time and minimum charge. I wouldn't call this transparency. I went to the closest machine that took notes coz that's all I had and after some confusion, I worked out I put too much money into the automatic wash which was I then forced to use. It was just labelled with some dollar amounts which meant absolutely nothing until I looked at other signs that explained what the different value washes mean. The standard wash was over in felt like a minute and the worse value for the $10. Very poorly designed and user unfriendly car wash. Never had any problems with any other car washes except this one (they were simple set ups with every function obviously labelled). Felt cheated.

The pressure washer is hopeless, the high pressure washer doesn’t even have that much force to get rid of caked on bird droppings. The owner must look into this and adjust the pressure of the water lines. Understanding the water restrictions in Sydney area, it’s recycled water so it shouldn’t be a problem with limiting the pressures. The vacuum timer is way too quick as well, didn’t have time to vacuum the backseat after putting $4 in, also not to mention the quickness of the timer of the washing bays as well. This place is a total rip off - not recommended

The machine has a number of different selections to choose from (see photo), There are 2 separate sections in each bay. Each requiring separate payment. First the vacuum clean area followed by the wash area. You don't have to use both areas. Both areas work on a timer and the machines allow you to change modes while you still have time remaining.

I wash my car here all the time through the day it's fine but come in to the night to many younger people come and hold up the car wash area and park their cars in the washing bay this needs to be dealt with. this normally happens on Thursday Friday and Saturday night when the staff aren't working.

Love this place. Been bringing my little Yellow Jazz here all the time. Feels safe and the staff, I think the owner is super friendly and is really helpful. Instructions are straight forward and the place is always clean. Comfortable coming here alone as a woman, even later at night. 5 Stars :)

Used the automated car wash. The result was good. However, I prefer travelling a little further to the laser touchless in Liverpool. The drying part wasn't so great at Express Car Wash. And certain parts of the car were still a little dirty. Overall value for money.

Amazing value for car wash saves you money. You just gotta hurry your washing time a bit other people wanna wash too. Busy times can be a challenge as more people are in the queue but overall great.

Staff constantly cleaning the facilities and assisting customers. Had an awesome experience with a staff member today. Will always be the best self service car wash facility in the western suburbs.

Nothing special about this place. With around 20-30 second delay between switching modes so it makes the price to time ratio not great. Only go there to condition and rinse the car off.

Has an automatic car wash as well as several manual bays. Usually a bit of rubbish about early on the weekends.

Old mate knows nothing about customer service, very rude about me going to the bathroom, lost a customer
