Es muy pero muy mala lavandería. Tiene dos máquinas para cambiar billetes a monedas la de la mano derecha es una estafa 100% metes el billete no sale ni una moneda. No hay donde llamar. Solo un correo electrónico. La máquina de la izquierda aveces da la monedas completas aveces te roba. Las máquinas más grande cuestan 13$ cuando en otros sitios cuestan 6$. Las máquinas del fondo cuando le coloque la ropa. Le eche jabón me aceptó 5 monedas. Después no acepto más nada. Tuve que mover la ropa perder jabón y las 5 monedas muy mala lavandería las secadoras no sirven para nada nunca voy a regresar....../. It is very, very bad laundry. It has two machines to change banknotes to coins, the one on the right hand is a 100% scam, you put the ticket in, not even a coin comes out. There is nowhere to call. Just an email. The machine on the left sometimes gives the full coins sometimes it robs you. The larger machines cost $ 13 when elsewhere they cost $ 6. The machines in the background when I put the clothes on. I put soap on it, I accepted 5 coins. Afterwards I do not accept anything more. I had to move the clothes lose soap and the 5 coins very bad laundry I will never return

This has been a completely different experience than any other laundromat that I have ever visited. It is a sparkling new laundromat, and extremely well-maintained, and had good breeze by the front washers. Went on a Friday afternoon, there were two other customers. The attendant lady was continuously checking all the machines and property. They support a FasCard integrated loyalty card that currently gets 10% bonus value on recharge. Recharge can be done with cash or credit/debit cards. With the loyalty card added to FasCard app, it is possible to activate washing machine from phone app. App shows status of active washer 2 minutes ahead. There is also a 25 percent discount on use of washers till end of April 2022 when paid with FasCard loyalty card. Used the big 13 load washer that starts from 13 (9.75 with 25% discount) for cold wash. With soiled option and extra wash and rinse, the wash took 23 minutes. Large dryer starts from 0.25 for 4 min. In 20 minutes, my comforter came out all dry at medium heat.

I have been around this community for 20 years and we already needed tranquility and a business that can provide us with comfort and a place for the whole family. Before, we couldn't come to this place because it was very mistreated and you couldn't even breathe inside this place. With these people, new owners made a radical change and now everyone can come and enjoy the cleanliness, friendliness, tranquility, comfort, this place 100% I recommend them, very good, the people here are very friendly, come with the family, without a doubt, you will not regret it

This place is very clean, spacious, and affordable! I love how the biggest washer came with the detergent already, so you don’t have to bring your own. However, you have to bring your own for the other size washers and for the dryer sheets. The machines have a touch screen on them, and both the option for card payments/Apple Pay and coin payments. I will be coming back here more often! I’m very satisfied and the workers here are very nice!

The place is clean, well maintained, has seating areas and a reading area for kids, the machines are up to date and efficient. Overall it is super great place to go. Not super accessible if you're mobility impaired, could use a better ramp, but everything else is great, plus there's a really good spot to get pastries and tamales across from it while you're waiting on your clothes.

Muy limpia,las maquinas muy grandes y en buen estado,tiene una promocion que no se por cuanto tiempo estara vigente pero por ahora,si lavas el martes,miercoles y jueves la secada es gratis,ademas la encargada muy amable.ademas si tu no tienes tiempo de lavar llegas dejas tu ropa y ellos lavan tu ropa y te cobran por libra.

Me encanta esta lavanderia esta muy cerca de mi casa, el personal es muy amable y siempre esta limpio. Lo malo que algunas personas sin hogar entran y roban. A mi ya me han robado 2 veces pero las chicas que trabajan ahi han ido con la persona para que regresen la ropa.

I only wash and dry here. It’s the cleanest, and most efficient washer and dryers in San Jose compared to the south, east, and downtown area. Washing cost is comparable to others and may be slightly higher but you can dry for free Mon-Thursday!

I love the cleanliness and efficiency of this laundromat! Everytime I go there I am in and out with no problems. Plus, it's a bonus to be located next to a panaderia so I could get breakfast while waiting for my clothes to finish!

The people that run this place are very nice! I normally don't use laundromat but this was by far one of the best I've been to. Machines are being cleaned at all times, and plenty of space to fold laundry. Would recommend to all.
