The assistant manager Faith was extremely rude. I wanted to exchange an item for a different size and asked her to check to see if there was back stock of the size I needed. She gave attitude as soon as I asked. They ended up not having what I needed so I did a return. Originally I paid partially with cash and the remaining with Apple Pay. She returned my cash and I asked did she need my card present for the Apple Pay. She said this is all you paid. I asked her how was that possible why the cash return didn’t match what was on the receipt. She then gave me more attitude about it until she looked at the receipt in further detail to see it was automatically returned. This is my 2nd time having a negative experience with her and I won’t be returning to the store. This wasn’t the standard when the former management team was there and she is a horrible representation of the store in general.

1. Fitting rooms are very dirty. 2. I went to the store to exchange an item purchased online. I was switching pants an 8L for an 8R. The manager said she could not do an even exchange and that I would have to pay the difference because they were purchased on sale and the sale ended two days prior. I called customer service who even tried to convince her that she should be able to do an even exchange being that it was the exact same item. She still refused. I had to return the item and have customer service place the order honoring the sale price. The manager continued to say that online has better deals and better service so I will be shopping online only and staying away from the store which isn’t much help.

I love Express, BUT the assistant manager at your Lenox store needs some serious management training. 50 years, and this was absolutely the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had!! I don’t recall her name, but having her represent your brand is pure embarrassment!! I don’t remember her name, but she’s a black woman with a Bob hairstyle and had no shame saying she was the assistant manager. I don’t write reviews often, but this experience definitely deserves one. I tried to call back to get her her name and she was rude over the phone. Seriously PLEASE GET HER SOME TRAINING !!!!!!

Summary: closed dressing rooms on a Friday evening. I was shopping Friday evening picking out clothes to try on. The person inside even asked me if I need help but did not think to mention the fitting rooms are closed. After I finished I realized the problem and he told me they were short staffed and had to close them. I was the only person in the store and ended up putting every single item back on the rack altho I regret I didn’t just throw them at the employee. Really bummed, I’ve been meaning to buy clothes from here for a while but there’s no way I’m coming back to this store

Today 8/6/2022 I arrived at the store at 6:15 and quickly grab some things to go to the fitting room, when I was in the fitting room the manager told me at 6:40 that they will be closing the store in 10 minutes. she didn't let him try anything on me and but when she said that she was already in the store and that it's not closing time she was super rude and she started yelling. when I asked who is the manager she said ME… and she started to close the store and talk in a derogatory and very unpleasant way. “ATTENTION EXPRESS PUBLIC RELATIONS” Very bad experience today.

Came to this location to exchange online purchases and nobody for the duration of my visit greeted me. The stores energy was very low but those price were extremely high. I will continue to support online only ..way better selection and deals without having to deal with humans with attitudes. Come on Express get your teams together. The basics of retail is to acknowledge your customers with a smile at the minimum. Not walk around looking depressed and uninterested in helping your clients. Sincerely shopping online only!! That was a waste of a 40 min drive.

I’ve been shopping at express for 20 years. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I watched a employee annihilate a customer just for asking her if she worked there. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life!!! I would love to speak to a district manager. Gabby was super helpful even though her co worker was clearly unprofessional and should never ever work in retail or any customer service job. The dressing rooms were disgusting too.

I loved the (best and first word that comes to mind) sharpness of the fashion variety this store offers. Went to 2 different locations...it was my man's birthday and we were looking for that special something. But couldn't find his size in neither store. If there is a downside to be said that would be it. Otherwise very good experience!

Cassie, one of the managers, always puts up with me returning stuff all the time. I buy way too much, then end up returning it or exchanging it for better deals or whatever. Erion was very pleasant at the register for my most recent return. Very efficient. They have the best variety of clothing for express in the Atlanta area

Came in tonight 5-13-2022 to shop for my birthday at 8:00 pm. The lady slim built with very very short hair was so dry when asking her questions. She barely looked up from the computer screen and she didn’t bother to help. The store only had a few people in it, her customer service wasn’t good..

Faith stated she was the store manager and she refused a return although I contacted customer service 3 times and said the item was returnable. She was extremely rude, arrogant, racist, and unprofessional.

The employees was so friendly. I went into the store to return some pant that I order. By the employees was being I walk out with three bags. I got some good deals very excited.

Tamara and the staff did such an awesome job assisting me today! I usually don’t shop at the Lenox mall location but now I will definitely be coming back.

I had a last minute event and needed a colorful blazer. The clerk was super helpful eventhough the mall was closing in less than 10 minutes. Life saver!

Elegant fashion, fix for party, office and any occasion serious or non serious. I love express fashion, feel fix, comfort and price ok.
