Hey Hey Hey ! This is thee most innovative storage place I’ve ever been too. I believe it’s new, so there is no pest , and roaches rodents or cobwebs. All the units I’ve used at this location are new , clean and up to par. You can’t get into your unit without you being here with your phone. This place is pretty cool and secure to the max. I love this place and will use them in the future. Oh ! Not to mention the customer service is top NOTCH !! She greeted us at the gate , walked us to our unit and made sure we understood everything about the place. I love it.

Ja’Bria and Candy were an absolute delight from the moment we walked in the we were greeted with smiles and when I gave my name they knew exactly who I was as I had filled out an inquiry online prior to my visit. They were both professional, polite, engaging, helpful and thorough. They also added a personal touch in making conversation throughout the process. My friend and I left feeling welcomed, informed and happy with features and condition of the facility itself as well

From my first initial contact with this location my experience has been phenomenal. I came in the next day to tour and lease and I could not be happier. The space is extremely clean and even smells fresh. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. Kareem was so helpful and made my experience easy and comforting. If you are looking for a storage facility this is your place.

Place is clean and great. Love that you can drive a box truck inside! Only down fall is the elevator system. Tied to the app and all 3 elevators are on the same button. So you have to play elevator shuffle to get up and down or you end up opening an elevator with someone in it trying to go up or down etc. very confusing. Other than that it’s been great. Good pricing.

So so grateful for the knowledge, assistance and excellent service received by Ja’Bria and Jazmin. It was a seamless experience and I feel confident that my items will be safely stored here. Additionally, the storage center itself is great — can’t beat the location, covered parking and easy access to the highway. Thank you so much for everything!!

This is a fantastic location. Needed to switch from one unit to a larger one. I had a very smooth transition thanks to the superb service from Ja’bria. She was very thorough and knowledgeable of the companies policies and products. She was even training a new hire, while assisting me and I hardly noticed. Highly recommend.

My experience here has just begun but so far, the customer service from Jabria was outstanding. She made me feel like we were friends already in our lifetime. She assisted me w/ all my purchases, took me on a tour and just made this experience quick, friendly and easy. I’ll highly recommend.

Brea was very friendly and thorough when giving me a tour and setting me up with my new storage unit. She made a logistical experience a more personable experience and we even shared a few laughs along the way. 10/10 recommend her to anyone looking to get their storage needs taken care of!

Amazingly clean and modern state-of-the-art facility and a super friendly and helpful staff. The indoor loading zone and abundance of carts made moving in and out the easiest moving experience ever. This is the nicest self storage I've seen, hands down. Thank you Extra Space!!

Lovely and very tech forward storage space in Midtown - use my phone to control everything, so no need to purchase a lock. Moved all of my stuff in today and it was painless! The elevators take a bit of getting used to - but the manager is very helpful and hands on!

Excellent customer service! Ja’bria and Cate assisted me with an app issue for accessing my unit and the facility despite being very busy on a Saturday afternoon. The facility is clean, secure, and in a great location!
