I have to admit, I would have never imagined service to be this great from a storage facility. While filling a form out online, I received a phone call from Janie and she was very professional and courteous. She invited me to come and view the available units and qualified me as to what would fit my needs. I am not sure who will read this review but if management does, you should know that Janie is top notch in customer service!!! She is so personable, and makes you feel like your more than a customer even bordering on family (the good family that is LOL!). The facility is very neat and clean. Thank you so much Janie for an extraordinary experience for something so ordinary you really make Extra Space Storage shine!! I hope you move up soon in the company!

I rent out a parking here and this one star review has NOTHING to do with the staff if anything the staff is great . It’s to do with the company itself ,they do not have a 24/7 number to call For help . THREE times this week I’ve had trouble with the gate not opening ,which is really inconvenient considering the fact I leave my work car there! Once was at 4 am I got to the storage punched in my code and nothing ,the other 2 incidents were today Sunday May 5 . When I got there there was a car ahead of me having the same issue and more cars were waiting behind us to get in . Then once again tonight when I went to drop off my vehicle the gate did NOT open . Very disappointed and don’t know if I can even trust leaving my vehicle there anymore .

This place is very clean and nice. Ricky was such a wonderful agent. It’s a safe storage in the area. At the same time i got very desappointed when after renting the storage for les than 24h on Thursday 25th and i returned on Friday 26th to cancel the storage for last minute event than wasn’t allot me to keep the storage; then I asked the guy I met their if I could get a refund of the $88 they charged me he completely said no with a not valuable response that I should have come the same day. Make any sense. I wish Ricky was at the office that day because that unfair and I will do all to contact the manager this coming week for a refund. Not nice

The other day I didn't know what I was gonna do.. I have such a short time to move and. First I visit in passing with tears on my eyes.. When i stopped there was no one here. As I was walking to my car a young lady pulled up .. And assisted me.. Had great product knowledge of the store and. Competitors... I promised I would come back and today I did.. Mr. Darrin Jones continued the legendary excellent customer service experience.. Not only did they help me save money.. He was very well spoken and continued to shine light on a. Left one star just to let everyone know my experience I purchased my unit Sat. May 4 i prepared for movers to move my belongings Sun May 5. When we made it to this site my gate access code did not work so I called customer service they put me on hold to call the property manager when she came back to the line she informed me that she didn't answer and that left a message with my name and number and she would give me a call back mind you I'm waiting with my movers which I am paying by the hour its been 20 minutes and no one has contacted me yet

This is one of the best storage places I have ever stored my items. The customer service is good. They are very helpful. Rickey was extremely nice, he informed me that I could bring my own lock instead of purchasing one from them. They sell boxes and tape just in case you need it for your move. The climate control unit Rickey recommended is awesome. My items have not collected any dust and are safe from bad weather. Have already recommended this storage to friends.

My experience with Extra space storage was great. I spoke with rickey and immediately felt confident in using them. Rickey was professional and made reassured me that my belongings would be keep in the nest storage space in the area. I got a great deal and he was very kind and did not rush anything. I will be using their services in the future and will recommend it to all my colleges. 10/10 for outstanding customer service.

I was having a Bad day but Ricky help me throughout the whole process. I love the way that he dealt with everything . I just want people to know that if you ever need help finding a storage place this is the place to go and speak with Ricky he is wonderful. He found me a great rate for a storage unit.I appreciate everything that you did for me and if I could give you more than five stars I would.

It was easy to get the storage unit but after a few months they raised the rate by $10. No big deal, I think and maintain the unit. Now this past month they doubled the rate to $140 and say they notified me this was happening but I never received a notification. I’d avoid ever storing anything with this company. Not a knock on the people who work there but you can’t trust the corporation.

Danny was such a great help today. I had 100 million things going on today and lost my key to my storage in the process and was overwhelmed. When I arrived to the property I was instantly greeted with such a great smile, Danny had me feel at ease and help cut my lock and provided me with a new one. Wonderful customer service he made my day with his positive personality and charm

Very affordable. Very convenient. Very friendly. The staff will greet and serve you with professionalism, and their policy and insurance are pretty reasonable. I've been storing there for going on 3 years, and I've never had any issues of any sort. I would definitely recommend Extra Space to anyone who are looking for a place to store their personal items, hands down no doubt.

Rickey was extremely helpful throughout this entire process. He showed me different units because I wasn't sure which size I needed. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The storage was very clean, well lit and felt very secure. Couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied with the outstanding customer service I received as well as the spacious unit.

I’ve been paying $200 for my storage space and have it on Automatic payments so I never miss a payment. This month they decided to charge me $140 WITHOUT NOTICE! And I’ve only been with them 3 Months!! That is not how you treat loyal clients. Do Not Set Up Auto Pay with them they will take advantage of you and take your money. Time to look for another space.

Moves are always very hectic, let's admit it! Especially if you are moving from another city. What I liked most about this team was their follow-up and communication in ensuring my transition went smoothly. Everyone was extremely professional. Great customer Service, David is very helpful and very friendly. He seems to enjoy his job and cares about the people as well as the business. The facility is clean and convenient .it has an electronic gate entry and exit as well as a 24-hour video surveillance and an on-site manager living there. I would definitely recommend this location.
