This Exxon is managed by the same guy as the Exxon on Charlotte. I have stopped at these two stations several times a week for years because they are on my way across town. They both have reliably poor customer service, filthy restrooms, dirty floors, and bad attitudes. The usual situation is 5-6 employees standing around talking, while one cashier handles a dozen or more customers in line. The only reason customers put up with these dumps is their LOCATION. I bought a flat coke today. No biggie, I went back later to exchange it. As a formality, I asked the manager if I could exchange it for a different one. He just shook his head no. He didn't ask me for the receipt or anything. Exxon just permanently lost a regular customer over a $2 coke! That's the definition of stupidity and arrogance.

The fried foods (Chicken, Burritos, etc.) are pretty good. The homemade tortillas are cooed but not thoroughly, you'll get one side raw. Also the cooks lack professionalism. They weren't rude but they expressed how they were annoyed on having to make tortillas because I wanted 4 tacos. Also the tortillas were more like thin pita breads, they were pretty thick & yes raw. I have bought from here before and it's the same. Also when I asked for some fresh veggies on my tacos instead of using the provided spoons and tongs the employee just reached in with her hand (glove on) squeezed the extra juices of the tomato out with her hand and put it on my food. I recommend for one to stay away and get your Tex-Mex food elsewhere. Also these employees seem pretty lazy and uncaring.

I pulled into this gas station tonight knowing they would be closed with the intention of using my debit card at the pump. Upon shutting my vehicle off there was a chorus of, "Aye! Closed!" over and over. After mentioning using my card at the pump a man approached my vehicle and began physically threatening my passenger and I while pulling up on his pants aggressively and circling my vehicle. The workers inside only watched and laughed. These are the rudest employees I had ever met for the most part over the last 3 years of going to this gas station, but this was beyond that. I am disgusted by this kind of behavior at a business. This place is horrible.

We were staying at a nearby hotel and stopped in to use up some time before check in and get gas. I was so impressed by the friendliness of all the staff at this store. They were always polite, courteous and helpful. The store was convenient to our stay and every time we went in everyone was helpful, polite and super nice. I would shop here all the time if I were from Nashville! These employees all deserve a 5 star. Thank you for making our stay locally a great experience! I also want to mention that the food was amazing and at a great price. I am going to miss the nacho's. Thank you for suggesting them to me!

This store is very unprofessional and has a sorry excuse of workers they are lazy, closed minded, and childish apparently the management is too. Employees close the store because the lack of staffing which is no ones fault but management even when they short staffed there's NEVER a manager on duty. The Employees disconnects the phone and they NEVER do any work but they have plenty of side conversations before, after and during checking out customers. This store is just repulsive and Corporate needs to actually see how this store is being ran VERY GHETTO.

Though you are able to enter the doors from 3 to 4. This place is closed. They WILL treat you like you're retarded if you walk through the doors. You will be made to feel like a horrible person. You will be allowed to use the bathroom, but if you so much as attempt to fill a container that YOU HAVE BROUGHT with water. You WILL encounter hostility. To be clear. I was dead sober. And the doors were unlocked. I was there at that hour cuz I'm a rideshare driver.

Regular gas station. The Laredo Taco is hit or miss. When the redhead is cooking during the day, the food is on point. The later in the afternoon, the worse the hot selection. On the weekends, the coolers and shelves are empty Closing hours change regularly without notice (Close at 2 Open at 3, Close at 3, Open at 5, etc). The fountain thing didn't work for almost a year so I still don't trust it. Cool people that work there though.

This ExxonMobil like many pretends the bathroom is out of order...As paying customers you should be allowed to use the restrooms my guess is they don't want to clean them since the workers mostly play around instead of working..What's the since of having a restroom if you want allow customers to use it...If u ask me the whole store itself needs more cleaning than the bathroom probably needs.

employees are aweful! Pretty sure I saw one of them making a drug deal in the parking lot. Then come in pull a customer infront of me in line and ask them about money, which held the line up and led to a unnecessary confrontation. They seriously need some management and maybe some police presence. Seriously. If u don’t have customers and treat them right then u have no job people!

The morning employee was very rude. There are lots of people out asking for money all the time. I work night shift and I went in for a beer and a bag of chips at 5:58am. The women working opened the other cash register when I walked up and let 2 people in front of me. Then she would not sell the beer at 6. She made me wait for everyone else in line to check out.

Barely earns One star. Fuel is always the most expensive in the area. Not once, in 4 years have they ever had their full selection of coffees available. There is Always something broke, always 2 pots (min) empty. And in this time of Covid I've never seen the place clean. If you need to pee, I recommend behind the building or next to the dumpster.

Did you know that 7/11 and Exxon were in kahuzt together. In the D.C. area 7/11 is the spot for late night snacks, gas and a lot of stuff. Well, now Sluppees, in This area,I missed that. Now my only wish is that Exxon adopt the infamous JAMAICAN BEEF PATTIES. ALRIGHT EXXON-7/11

Dirtiest 7-11 I have ever been in. Store shelf’s are nearly empty. 5 people standing around behind register only one is working. This doesn’t include 4 people behind taco bar and only one doing anything. All the employees are busy shouting at friends that are at counter eating.

Wish you would accept 100$ bills your a convenient gas station right off the interstate but you have to have small bills in order to buy anything sadly my bills are to big for your store so i wont be visiting this location any more but other than that its a nice clean store

Poor customer service when I was there. Will not go back, had to wait 5 minutes for cashier to quit walking around, then after she finished checking out my purchase, I said "Thank you" and she just looked out the window, ignoring me. Too many choices to ever go back there.

Waited in line for food for 10 minutes. They saw me but ignored me. Then when someone else came up they started to help him until he said "na he was here first help him" to which the lady responded, "I dont help white folks he is on his own.

There was a very rude employee. She didn't know how to do her job and instead of asking for help she wanted to argue but the manager came and fixed the situation so that's why I'm giving it 4 stars cause I appreciate him for that!

Place is ok no bathrooms coffee is always low soda machines are nasty I had a big come out in my ice several times so if you like cold fountain drinks check before you drink it if it's any cups or lids or even soda in the machine

I've been here twice and I have to drive to another pump to use my card. Also, both times the outside station will not print a receipt. You have to walk in and wait in the slow lines. Very annoying.

Our family was traveling through and were told that the bathrooms were not working. When we came outside, we also found that the pump was not working so we just took our business elsewhere.

As the only public business for a brisk walk in any direction, it naturally accumulates the detritus of the local area no matter what's going on. Not a great place to hang out.

Only one register open ever morning with a line out the door. Very poor service , no sausage n biscuits. Employees look pissed off and disinterested. No sense of urgency.
