The F45 Sunbury team are absolutely amazing both in and out of the studio! I just want to give these guys a shoutout for the effort, enthusiasm, resilience and support they have provided not only members, but the wider community during the hardship of lockdown. Every day theses guys show up and stream a new workout that is recorded and made available for members to tap into. As a member, I have continued my training as normal during lockdown. I've trialled and done short memberships at F45's in the past but didn't continue on for too long. After joining Sunbury F45 in July 2021 I'm hooked. Bev and the trainers are genuine, encouraging and make the classes challenging but enjoyable. The overall vibe of the centre is really welcoming. I'd encourage anyone who wants a fun, challenging and never repetitive workout to go to F45 Sunbury

Absolutely love training with Bevan and the team at F45 Sunbury. Great customer service, great atmosphere and most importantly the training is great fun. I love the format and the inclusive nature of the sessions and the fact it doesn't feel like your typical gym. I am fitter than I have been for years and I owe to F45 Sunbury!!!
