Ventajas: 1 El servicio es rápido pues siempre encuentras lavadoras desocupadas. 2 Hay lavadoras de diferentes capacidades. 3 Sus precios son bastante accesibles. 4 Abren de lunes a domingo. 5 Tienen servicio de tintorería a buen precio. Desventajas: 1 El lugar siempre está sucio, desordenado. 2 A veces no cumplen con el horario que anuncian, abren tarde o cierran antes. 3 El tipo que atiende es nefasto, grosero, déspota. 4 Hay una hermosa perrita que no sé bajo qué condiciones debería estar en un establecimiento como éste. 5 El personal no respeta el uso de cubrebocas. 6 No vayan los domingos, el tipo mal ecarado va esos días y siempre llega tarde o no llega, y cuando llega siempre está de malas...

I took out a laundry service (so they wash, dry and deliver clothes) On positive side. The staff were really friendly, and the laundry service was on time. However, the clothes came back with the colour really faded, and a lot of them had shrunk too (see photo) . Not ideal as some of the stuff was really quite expensive. I wouldn't have another service wash done here again. In hindsight, I guess they just put everything together on a really hot wash, without looking at what should go in cooler wash. I would still try the machine myself in the future, so that I can separate clothes properly and have a cold wash etc.. But the service wash experience has not been a good one :(

Loved this place. We came from a 5 day trip with 4 more days left and we had so much laundry to do. I contacted them at 0800 by WhatsApp and they answered within a couple of mins. They answered all my questions. We took our clothes in (3 families) and they had it done within a few hrs. Everything was clean and folded really nice. If y’all are looking for an express service, make sure you go here. Excellent place.

Buen servicio por parte de la chica y la señora en las mañana pero en la tarde está un tipo todo amargado, lleve una cobija grande que siempre me la cobran en $120 y otras que las chicas siempre me las cobran en $70 u 90 no me acuerdo bien ayer fue mi novio y el tipo nefasto las cobro parejo en $120 nunca esta de buen humor.

The laundry was done the same day, folded and smelled great. The staff was very friendly and the price was appropriate. I took the laundry at 11am and had it back by 4pm. All the clothing was intact with no damage.

Die Damen hier sind sehr freundlich! Die Wäsche war sauber und ordentlich zusammengefaltet. Heute, bei meinem zweiten Besuch habe ich leider meine Wäsche dort vergessen und bin ohne sie auf dem weg nach Europa.

En un monto de ropa: de seis parejas de calcetines, dos venían si su par correspondiente, los otros iban juntos...no se ocuparon en buscar los dos que faltaban. Falta de profesionalidad.

En todas sus sucursales buen servicio , aveces secan de mas la ropa y medio se encoje

Las dos señoritas son muy seriviciales y muy atentas.
