I have never been treated so rudely by anyone . Yesterday we got an order for our product , Today we delivered both the fruit and veg guy and the manager that also works in sunninghill knows about it . We drove all the way out there to deliver as our product is finished and no one bothers to call from soars when they run out ! Our clients phone us wich we send to other spars . No 1 I arrived at receiving and they don’t want to take the goods No 2 I walked with jerry to the manager Werner or warren bold headed guy who also said of jerry doesn’t want the stock just take it back , I mean you have both ordered and now send me back ... I don’t take that easily .... the stock is finished people are asking for my stock but yet they push an opposition company rather than me ... the tone of voice and the non ability and rudeness of him not understanding that the stock had been ordered , I didn’t accept , because why ?? It’s finished and people want our product , he told me that I must leave otherwise he will call the security in me ? Can you believe it , just get rid of the problem by treating a supplier in a very bad manner and jerry the fruit and veg manager seemed to enjoy it very much with crossed arms and a grin on his face ! What an humiliating experience !! This general manager handlers thos in a very bad manner and I don’t like the aggression he had in him while he was confronting me in front of his staff as soon as his staff was gone he softened a little and than he started again and I looked behind me and jerry was there .... something is not right with these people and I would love to find out why ...but the other manager would not have let this happen !!! For now we will send all the clients that phone is for our product to diffrent spars or stockists , no one seems to understand their jobs over there and who is in charge and They all tell us they are in charge !!! What are we supposed to do as suppliers ... sending people back with their stock is not the way to go ! It was ordered and take it and have a meeting for future ...this spar will get why it hands out , I do believe in karma !

They have all the items that is expected from a Superspar and the staff are always friendly, but there is nothing out of the ordinary special about this Spar and the Items in the fruit section are not up to SuperSpar standards.

It's my local spar and all the staff are very kind and are always smiling. They just might not know what Parmesan cheese and chorizo sausage is though

It's slowly improving would like to see better competitive prices compared to pnp
