My husband tried to open and Account he got the card but is not able to get the OTP because the number on the system is no longer his number, fnb branch Featherbrook refuses to help him change his number and calling they say go to the branch ! Absolute pathetic service !! I will not be using fnb again He cannot change it at a ATM because the card is not activated when inserted into a atm

Very friendly staff, as is customary of EVERY FNB branch, service center or staff members. Clean. Quiet and relaxing ambiance. Cozy. The 'How can I help you?' experience should be extended to the whole Mzantsi, ultimately the whole world!
