This is my first time shopping here, The prices are reasonable , Most of the staffs are very friendly and the services are amazing. For example, I asked their male staffs some questions about the products. They gave me good responses and help me to find the products I want. Unfortunately one of the staff’s attitude made me feel uncomfortable. The attitude of the middle age lady who stands at the front is not too nice. When I asked her questions It seems like she doesn’t really understand what I'm saying, it might be she isn’t really good in English? When I asked her questions, she left a glance at me and went back to her phone. She was’t even try to put afford to answer my questions therefore I just went to ask the other staffs which are more friendly and helpful. After shopping, I think she had a argument with a customer, her attitude was rude to the customer. In conclusion, the shopping experience is quite pleasant, there are whole lots of products with reasonable pricing. The service is ALMOST perfect. Overall I will recommend Asian Foodness Supermarkets to my neighbor.

Most of the positive reviews are from people with 1 or 2 reviews, so we can assume that they aren't honest reviews. I really wanted to like this place since it opened and have shopped here several times to get an accurate impression but I have to say that the service here is appalling. The middle aged women who works on the first counter from the left always grimaces, does not say hello or really acknowledge your presence, nor make eye contact, ignores my questions and aggressively throws my purchases and receipts. I understand that the culture may not be centred around customer service but repeatedly and consistently being treated in this passive aggressive manner is not okay. This is just one example of several poor experiences. I won't shop here again, there are much better shopping experiences across at Yang Yang 4 shops down and KFL if you don't mind driving a kilometre down Springvale Rd.

Foodness Asian Supermarket in Forest Hill Chase Visited on 18/10/2022 It is clean and bright store with wide isles compared with many similar Asia groceries / supermarkets, but location wise, it is not ideal as it is almost at the extreme end of all the stores. The only consolation is that it is next to Aldi. The foot traffic of Forest Hill Chase has been impacted bad,y by COVID, and number of stores have been closed permanently. The fact that FOODNESS still survive has shown its resilience and has a good support base of customers.

Foodness Asian Supermarket in Forest Hill Chase offers a great selection of products, good quality and fresh! Apart from that, they do offer variety of special group purchase via their social media platform too. Their store is clean, items are neatly display on shelf and very spacious aisle. They offer delivery and pick up service too. It makes shopping for our essential items at this difficult moment a lot simpler and convenient! Highly recommend Foodness Asian Supermarket!

Excellent customer service and product knowledge and very helpful staff, normally I don’t like going to Asian supermarket as they look old & dirty. But foodness Asian supermarket give me a complete different shopping experience the venue was tidy & clean the shelf has a clear indication of where to find the product I need . Foodness in Forest Hill shopping centre has many special offers. As a durian lover, lately I brought some fresh durian Foodness aired in from Malaysian. Very nice, I should have brought more. Foodness does not only promotion asian food, but also offers local produces too. I ordered some truffle and fresh wild scallops form them not to long ago. They are nice people very easy to deal with.

Amazing Asian convenient store with lots of nice surprises. Have excellent selection of produce at amazing prices. They have regular promotions. Bough lot of items including 1. Black Thorn Durian 2. Mao Shan Wang Durian 3. Fish skin chips (very tasty). its had regular promotions with malatang next door. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Defiantly a place to shop .

If we go forest hill for grocery, this is the shop we must go for restocking. I loved the rice we brought there, we have already purchased another bag and finished off. Once they have the stock back in, we will go for our third one. Price are pretty mush reasonable. $4 for soup chicken, I can not ask for more. Staff are always friendly and welcoming.

I find Foodness is a great place to shop as they have a huge variety of products....it's a one stop shop. Price is competitive, with some at great value. Service is fantastic, including home delivery which is great at current stage 4 lockdown. Always feel welcome. Keep it up the great service.

Excellent customer service experiences with foodness. Been ordering home delivered groceries from them since March. Same day delivery, and they even bring it up to your apartment. They also offer other service like purchasing any items from Forest hill shopping center. Highly recommended
