I bought a Crocs shoe from them recently, after a week of using it I found out that the right shoe was a little bit tighter than the left one, I went to them and told the salesperson about my problem and he contacted the administration in Cairo & sent them the shoes & they took it for three weeks to do the inspection & then they called to me to get back to the branch to get a new one instead of the defected.

بجد حاجه جميله جدا لانها مريحه اوى انا جبت ليا وللعائله.اولا الكروكس العادى رائعةومريح.ولو مش عجبك شكله في حاجات شكلها بقي مش عادى ونظيفه جدا وتنفع في خروجات كتير علي فكره.وكمان المحل بيعمل عروض حلوه في بلاك فرايداي وكمان تخفيضات اخر السنه وعروض 50% خصم.هوا غالي شويه بس نظيف اوى

A good place for footwear , but you must go there during offers time. Otherwise it is going to be expensive. You can mainly find Crocs , Cat and some other brands. Clogs and shoes for men , women and children.

رغم العروض المتاحة في الموقع الإلكتروني كل مرة يقال ان العروض غير متاحة للاسكندرية و عند الطلب من خلال الموقع لا تصل اي شحنة عند اختبار الدفع عند الاستلام و ده بعد تجربة اكتر من مرة للاسف

خدمه سيئه جدا. اشتريت منهم بعد شهر وخمس ايام الموتشي فتح من الجنب ورفضوا يرجعوا او يصلحوه. أسوأ خدمه عملاء شفتها
