"The place is crazy"
DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I bought some tickets back in October to one of these events for November 5 at their Ventura location for fun box. I purchased four tickets for the 4:30 PM entry. We just arrived around 5:15pm and found out that your van had closed at 5 PM without giving me or my guests any information prior at the time that they were going to close! I understand that i was late to my entry time any but WHY WOULD YOU SELL SOMEONE TICKETS TO A 4:30PM entry time with tickets that were apparently good for 2 hours if you were planning on closing at 5:00pm!? Their website stated that the location closed at 7pm. And then afterwards I received a message that I had not seen earlier that stated that funbox had changed my tickets to 3:30 PM without even calling or confirming with me and then proceeded to tell me that I could come anytime anyways, due to daylight savings. But if I was able to come anytime time due to daylight savings why wouldn't you say that you are closing at 5pm? So through this whole experience, I drove about 45 minutes for nothing, and was extremely disappointed and would have liked to receive a refund. We spoke to one of the workers that was still on the premises and told us we could contact the company to receive a refund. I emailed, called, texted and received no response. Terrible experience and a horrible company. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

I have 2 boys, ages 8 &9, so this was right up their alley. They had a blast. I went thru the jump maze with them once and then sat down in the seating area and let them go have a ball. I gave 4/5 because we did not really get the full 90min as advertised and I wish they had snack options. I paid for the 90min session at 130p, did not get in til about 145p (because of the checkin times, getting socks, waiting for the last group to get out for cleanup), they announced our time was up and to exit at 245p (15min early so they can clean for the next group), so we really only got an hour jump time. They did not have any snacks, just offered overpriced water, Gatorade, and shaved ice. But again, the kids loved it. I would go again when they have the discounted days.
Great place to take the kids to expel some of that extra energy. The jump space is huge. There are mazes and obstacles throughout the jump space. There were a lot of people jumping when we went but the space did not feel crowded at all. When you buy tickets you reserve a 2 hour window of play time. The start to usher people out of the space about 10 minutes before the time is up before letting the next group in. The location has a small concession stand with a variety of bottles beverages but as expected the items are overpriced. I would recommend bringing along your own water or snacks instead. Portable restrooms are available on the side of the space.
The kids loved it! Ended up buying discounted $9 tickets the last week they were here and the kids (8, 10, 13) all had a great time. You get 1.5 hours to jump (90min) but they kick everyone out 15min sooner to empty it out before the next group (which makes sense cause it did take about 15min foe everyone to actually leave). they have over a dozen takes with chairs or benches where parents can chill while they play. Place is huge so parents can play too! Definitely recommend, not very expensive. Located in the same plaza as the AMC theater with plenty of parking.
The place is crazy. You need at least one adult per child. We were a big group of adults and kids and lost one child. We got very little to no assistance in helping to find him. Extreme loud music l, which they refused to turn off so we could call the kids name to find him. But at the end they did and we were able to find the lost boy. So if you can take just one child per adult it can be fun. Otherwise kids run into different directions and one side is totally open so a kid can easily run off. No wonder they make us sign waivers!
Very hard to get in touch with FunBox via phone -- left several messages over the course of a week and never received a call back. Email communication was also difficult. There are restrictions on who can enter listed on the waiver, but the waiver is only available once tickets are purchased -- so if you have a medical condition that prevents you from entering, you won't know until after you buy tickets, and they do not issue refunds or communicate at all about any issues that may arise.
Took my son on Halloween got the tickets early in the week. Let me start by saying this place is huge. It's every kids dream to be able to do something like this. The atmosphere was awesome lot's of kids n parents having an amazing time in these difficult times. I definitely recommend coming here if you want you n your kids to have a blast . My son is 9 n he was so tired he fell asleep on the ride home haha. Tickets are affordable keep in mind they have equipment n staff to pay.
When we arrived the generator was down and we had to wait for 40 mins for them to get gas to fix the problem. They offered refunds or vouchers for the following week. Neither would work for us since we had plans for the next weekend and we had just drove a hour to get there in traffic. And if we left right back we would have been stuck again in even more traffic going home. So getting just a refund WOULDNT have helped especially with gas prices being as high as they are now.
It was horrible . It was my grandsons 7 birthday.. 40 minutes into our 2 hour session the entire "fun b6x" went flat. The entire thing, wifh it full of kids. They ran out of gas. How this happens is beyond me. Thats really the only thing you need to keep this " fun box " inflated. My grandsons birthday was ruined. A bunch of 7 year olds do understand that someone didnt do their job and make sure there was gas in the generator. Very disappointing and devestating for us all
Amazing activity that will keep families of all ages entertained. Highly recommend going in the morning or on opening weekend as the jumper can get quite dirty with leaves and debris (only reason I didn’t give five stars) We had so much fun we went twice. Once on opening weekend in the morning and again another day in the afternoon. If you have little ones the morning one would be a better fit as it’s less crowded.
Omg this place is big, so much fun for all ages literally. I was jumping, my teenager was jumping and the little ones were all having fun, there are slides, obstacle curses ( our fave) and so many jumping and climbing areas. It can be a bit pricey when you have more than 2 kids and whether or not an adult is jumping if you want inside, you still have to pay. Will definitely go for the fourth time
Had a great time. Brought my son and his friend to enjoy the bounce house and was very pleased. They provide seating for parents that aren't bouncing, clean restrooms and most importantly I was allowed to bring my, well behaved, dog with me. The only complaint I have is that my son and his friend were able to walk out of the event without a parent and were wandering around the parking lot looking for me.
I took my 2 year a couple months back. We went during the younger kid time and she was having a blast until some older kid went running through and knocked her down. She must have take a knee or something to the face because her mouth was bleeding a lot. Thankfully no lost teeth. Point is they do nothing to restrict older kids from playing during the supposed "toddler time"
Spring topia. Not worth paying VIP. More like a $15-20 ticket price point. 2 of the rides had height limitations which left 2 rides left. Pictures made it look like L.A. county fair but it was anything but. Couple booth games and the lands were more like picture spots then anything. Still an ok outing when you have nothing else to do and have children under 7
This place was awful. Wall to wall kids who pushed and shoved past my 5 year old so much so that he fell and got hurt. When I asked for an ice pack there were none to be given from the staff. This place is dirty and crowded and I’m annoyed we wasted our time. My son is now worried about going into bounce houses, something that he previously loved. Awesome!
My boys loved this place. The obstacles course was great and the slide was awesome. Remember to keep your arms up while sliding because my boy got a slide burn on his elbow. It seems to be at it’s a capacity and it’s didn’t feel crammed or too crowded. A plus is that there is a shady area where parents can sit while the kids release a ton of energy.
The bounce house is ok. It's big and wasn't full of kids. Actually pretty empty which is good. Many different bounces like a maze and a slider etc. There's a sitting area for parents but they make you pay to enter and the staff is very rude and inexperienced. Also no water offered to buy there so had to go to nearby coffee place to get it.
Was a great time out for the kids. Ample play area with different zones. I love the fact they didn't oversell the time slots which in turn didn't have the bounce houses packed to the brim. Their reservation system works very well to keep things fun for everyone. Lotsa seating areas for breaks, or people to just chill while others jump.
Omg this was the MOST fun we've had in a loooong time!!!! It was sooo much to do! I didn't know it was so big. So many slides, joust and tether ball games to choose from. We jumped and jumped till we were out of breath... And the price was spot onnnn. You gotta go B4 they relocate. Oh yea and the kids had fun too!!!!! Lol!!! …
Had an amazing time at Funbox! The massive bounce castle was a blast with its many different areas. Despite the wet and drizzling weather, we still had so much fun! This place is great for kids and adults alike, providing endless entertainment. I would definitely recommend Funbox for anyone looking for a fun and unique experience!
I applied for this job about a week ago and they called me while I was in class. I explained that I wasnt able to call and after multiple attempts I got no call back. Very unproffesional from the hiring manager to give up so easily considering he read my message. My application clearly stated I was still a student as well.
Huge! Well worth the price for 2hrs of tons of fun. Staff was friendly and professional. Definitely would do this again! They have snacks and drinks but would recommend bringing your own water to avoid long beverage line. Can't wait till they come back to our area . We will definitely be going again.
We had a great time and our 5pm slot wasn’t terribly crowded. Fun for all ages! My only recommendation would be to sanitize between the sessions and perhaps offer a slot just for toddlers/small kids otherwise it can get a bit dangerous with big kids and small kids running from all sides.
Fun place to take kids of all ages. Felt quite safe, the most dangerous part is just how many kids are running in every direction which leads to some collisions. If it's sunny the thing really heats up and can be sweaty. Overall a good experience and 2 hours felt like plenty of time.
It was a decent experience with my family!! Various obstacles and slides for everybody. One thing I wish is the floor condition. Lots of the dried pine tree leave stuck to our socks and sting sometimes when we jumped. Except that condition, I am highly recommended to visit here.
Omg this place is amazing, for what it was worth 1000% recommended I did not see it dirty, and there are many people taking care that the rules are respected, you better bring your own socks not to buy .... my children jumped until they no longer they could more!
This place was great tired put my 4 and 3 year kids. My daughter has Asd and the sensory input was there. Working on so many things we work on in her ot. The ice cream was a plus. It was easy to get around and over all the price was great. We would go back.
Took my kids and their cousins to Funbox and they had an amazing time. We ate sno cones and they got their balloon animals made. Definitely recommend this place. Just take an umbrella or umbrella with stand because there's tables and chairs but no shade.
People always as if it was crowded. I think it was the right amount. Not too crowded where I felt unsafe and not too dead where I asked where is this place worth it. It was really fun. Kids run into each other, parents falling... it was a great time.
It was extremely dirty. Everywhere was wet. The workers did not care and warn the kids inside. There were so many unattended kids who is out of control. They were pushing each other. Super easy for other and young kids to get injured.
My 9 year old daughter loved it, I also had a good time They had music playing, Bring your own snacks/beverages Floor had trash around sitting area No bathrooms To many big kids running around little kids was not a good combination,
The staff are great with kids. Pre-school teachers in the making. The cracker snap job by the roundabouts indeed make the FUNBOX a must for those with kiddos. As well as those on an office break that want a quick adrenalin rush!
My kid had a lot of fun only thing is no food vendors so make sure to bring food and juices for your family Gatorade was 4$ each that they was selling but overall great place money well worth it
We had so much fun here! We got the $13 weekday sale for 90 min of jumping and it was totally worth it. My son had the time of his life. He also got an ICEE at the end for $6. Very satisfied.
It was SO much fun, especially for a 3 year old. My only complaint it some parts seemed super dirty and in a Covid world it's concerning. Also no bathrooms. But what a cool place and idea.
My 4 y/o loved this place! Bouncing for two hours and in bed on time!!! Worth the trip and the entry fee. This is supposed to be seasonal, so I don’t know how long they are in town.
My kids really love it here. The environment is very nice what a way for the kids to have a really fun time with slides , mazes jumping and running around. Kids were so happy.
It was the bouncing great time! Had lots of fun and would recommend it to those who like to bounce. However it's somewhat crowded though, other then that it's fun.
We had fun! Kids loved it. They played great music for all ages. We had the yummiest water ice from Happy Ice LA and it being a Black Owned Business was a plus!
We had a group of 14 and everyone had a blast! Jumpers are geared towards younger kids (13 or 14 years old & under). However, even adults enjoyed our time.
Place was fun for kids need more pop up tents or something or some type of shade and more bathrooms maybe even some water misters for kids to cool off
It was fun but very crowed at my 3 year old got hurt from older kids and the parents were very rude it’s like they didn't care spent 44 dollars
This location is not open on May 27, 2023. Please update your website, automatic hours, google search results. Waste of time driving here
This place is fun for littler ones - however, if you are over the age of 15, do not go by yourself as you will get bored within the hour
Rude employees.

If we aren’t able to go can we go for next weekend I tried to called but it won’t let me talk to someone or leave a message
Owner is rude.. she isn’t worried about people having a good time, she’s worried about when her next lunch break is.
Seen the viral tiktok !! Absolutely disgusting behavior for a business owner !!

The bounce house was fun, but was very crowded. I twisted my ankle on a slide on March 12 very bad experience.
Loved this place! Not only did the children have the time of their life's but so did us parents! Great place.
"Mask required" signs everywhere with absolutely zero enforcement. No proof of vaccination required.
Had a blast with my group wish we had more time and that you would be around longer in the year.
We had a great time together as a family! Fun for all ages. Very clean and well organized!
Great place ...my kids enjoyed themselves.. I hope it can stay in Woodland Hills
My daughter loved every moment of the experience. Staff was very nice.
It was crowded AF but there was still so much to do it was really fun.
Waaay too crowded. Babies crawling around underfoot. Not safe or fun.
