I wish I knew her name :( but I was having trouble yesterday finding some shirts I like, there was a lot I liked but one of the ladies that works there helped me out and she was very patient with me. I really wish I knew her name, but I wanted to say thanks to her. She really knows her customer service and I’m very satisfied. :) Edit: I found the receipt with the name of the staff member that served me, her name was szahra. Thank you again for your customer service. :)

I went into this store tonight and I was served by a girl named Bella. She handled multitasking and helping multiple customers at once brilliantly. Great upselling and very friendly conversation. Would definitely come again!

Nice clothes, however the service was poor. When I asked, "Do you have in black because it look blue?" the staff member immediately responded that he is colour blind lol..

staff are always lovely here, friendly and helpful too. got store credit for my pants that unfortunately had a broken clasp. good sales too.
