Thank you to the 2 fabulous team members that provided exceptional service yesterday afternoon (Thurs 16th March). Both were super engaging and helpful. My daughter and i left the store and we both said that we were very impressed with the fantastic customer service we received. ALL retail stores should have that kind, energetic, positive and bubbly vibe. Well done Factorie! You have a couple of wonderful team members that have exceeded expectations.

My friends and I were there shopping, the staff got so rude just because we were checking more clothes. I mean that's what we do while shopping right? We look for as many clothes to make sure which one we're going to buy. She was so rude and loud that we left the hangers in the changing room. It was a very bad experience.
