Parked here on Thursday to see an evening show at the Ashcroft after many years. Ringo only and no signal in this underground car park and poor signage.. Exit via dark and dodgy stairs with loose and uneven paving plus litter at the top. . Feels very neglected and unsafe. Definitely wouldn't use on my own. Using Fairfield WiFi we found we could only pay for 1 or 24 hours! Unbelievable. Paid for 24 hours to see a 2 hour show. Totally let's the venue down.

On the bright side of course it’s a good location if going to the Fairfield Halls. On the not so bright side; it doesn’t feel very “used”. It felt dark, deserted and eerie and that was on a sunny Saturday afternoon! Also, it’s not very well signposted, after exiting my car, it wasn’t clear how to find my way out on foot. I paid £3.45 for 2 hrs parking, via Ringo.

Parked here to watch a show at the Fairfield Hall. You may pay only via the RINGO app. Around £7 for 4 hours so fairly reasonable. Only downside is the carpark can get very busy during show times.

Tried to pay on the app but it only offered me 1 hour or 13 hours options, neither of which were any use so I went to another car park. They just be losing a lot of business

Need app to get parking authority as no place to use c/card on a machine and back up customer service - useless AI

Really sad that the underpass and steps to the street level are urine lined.
