Dr Satchithananthan was very friendly, clear and thorough. Easy to book (as long as you are there at 8am). Efficient process checking in and issuing prescriptions etc. Very good service. Only wish there were more appointments available- but understand that’s tricky for all practices at the moment.

I was given the opportunity to attend an NHS Health Check by my GP surgery. This was announced by text message that came with a link to book an appointment. Different days and time options were given. The health check was done very professionally by a kind nurse and took less than 10 minutes.

This practice is excellent, efficiently run and have doctors, physiotherapist, pharmacist and nurses available, generally with some notice. Urgent appointments for a doctor are released on the day. They offer various vaccinations. The receptionists are always extremely helpful.

Variable service. However, very efficient appointment for a recent Covid vaccination, which took place on time and was plain sailing. The practice is improving as compared with a couple of years ago; booking was painless and the appointment ran as smoothly as one could ask.

Called in the morning, was told that there were no appointments available. Request to placed me on the waiting list. Surgery, called me back a few hours late confirming appointment became available so managed to see GP within same day. Good customer service. Thank you.

I was there to have staples removed from around my spine. The nurse reassured me and helped to calm me down as I was a bit nervous about it. She was amazing, there was hardly any pain and they were all removed a lot quicker than I expected.
