My granddaughter attends Fairmont High School. She has been there since grade 8 and is preparing to do her Grade 12 finals now. This school has been such a great school from the start until now. Firstly the grade 8 "adoption" ceremony and the pledge by the pupils, to abide by the code of conduct, immediately instilled a sense of responsibility into my granddaughter's mind. There has been times during her journey that she struggled, not only academically but mentally as well. We contacted the school counselor, who did a few sessions with her and pointed us in the right direction. Over the years, our granddaughter has grown and matured into this well rounded young person. The support staff and teaching staff have all been positive influences and we thank them for that. This school has so much to offer to any young person, to reach their full potential.

not reccomended to students who don't fit 'the box'. eg: anyone with disorders, disabilities or abnormalities of any kind. staff put in near to no effort to support special needs kids and if you get bullied for being special needs, well then good luck, because the chances of getting help are also near to none.

We went here for the Junior Cross country event. The venue had safe parking. The field was easily accessible to the kids. The toilets for the kids were clean. They had a fun day in a lovely environment.

There are some brilliant teachers in this school ,but unfortunately they do not make up for the constant waste of time, injustice and outdated learning systems.

It's a decent school. Unfortunately, it's so big that individual students don't get the attention they deserve, and problems like bullying go unnoticed.

It’s been almost a decades, striving across the Indian Ocean in Aussie, but I’m still grateful & proud that I was once a Montie student! Cheers

Every pupil can take part ,there are so many societies and sport to choose from. The dance studio is fabulous.

It's a good school but some ethics aren't up to standard, needs vending machines and a better gaming facility

Fantastic environment for education. My son is enjoying every moment of it. Its also very safe and secure
