do NOT go here. Brought my dress in to wash some coffee stains out and explained it’s for a wedding and I have a flight to catch the following day. The lady there told me it’s fine and it’ll be ready for tomorrow at 12. I explained that I will be working and won’t be there until 4. Upon picking it up, a man there explained they tried their best to take it off and that’s all they can do. The stains didn’t even look like they were taken off. I asked why he didn’t call me earlier to explain he couldn’t remove as I mentioned to the lady I have a flight. He told me to pay the $15 and wear it and come back to have it cleaned free of charge. Which doesn’t make sense because why would I wear a dirty dress to a wedding and he’s telling me he won’t charge me later when he didn’t even get anything out at all. This is so ridiculous and bad customer service. He was adamant on giving me a refund and only wanted to take my money.

They actually took care of my emergency dry cleaning in an hour (their policy is 1 hour per item). Reliable. Fast. Impeccable value. They may not be my local shop, but in emergencies, I now know where to turn.

They did more than expected and on time. Will definitely recommend.
